背景技术
随着社会的发展,环保概念日益深入人心。环保材料已经成为了现代装饰装潢中一个重要需求。以环保墙体材料为例,在其加工厂房中,会产生较多粉尘,容易造成大气污染。
然而现有的大气污染治理设备在使用过程中存在着一些不足之处,一方面对于大气内的颗粒污染物治理效果不够全面完善,导致颗粒污染物的治理效果不佳,另一方面在治理过程中缺少二次保护的措施,容易发生设备对环境产生二次污染的现象,降低了治理设备的使用效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于:为了解决现有大气污染治理设备处理污染物颗粒不够全面完善,以及缺少对环境进行二次保护的问题,提供一种环保墙体材料加工配套用大气污染治理设备。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种环保墙体材料加工配套用大气污染治理设备,包括壳体,所述壳体的内部由过滤室、静电除尘室和加湿室组成,其中,所述过滤室的水平端内表壁卡接固定有活性炭吸附板,所述静电除尘室的内表壁上端螺栓固定有电极板,所述静电除尘室的内表壁下端螺栓固定有吸尘板,所述壳体的一侧外表壁焊接有进气管,且进气管的外侧螺栓固定有鼓风机,另一侧外表壁焊接有出气管。
其中,所述鼓风机的上表面螺栓固定有进气罩,且进气罩的内表壁螺栓固定有滤网,所述进气罩的底部且位于滤网的外侧螺栓固定有集尘管。
其中,所述过滤室的底部且位于活性炭吸附板的下方焊接有除尘管,且除尘管的底部焊接有储存盒。
其中,所述壳体的上表面一侧焊接有储水箱,且储水箱的下方通过导管延伸加湿室的内腔,并且与螺栓固定有加湿室内表壁的喷淋管连通。
其中,所述壳体的内部且位于加湿室的底部螺栓固定有集水盒,且集水盒的内表壁螺栓固定有紫外消毒灯。
其中,所述集尘管的横截面呈外倾式结构。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型中,该治理设备的整体结构设计相对一体化,其内部分为相对独立的三个处理室,能够对大气中的颗粒污染物进行多重全面完善的处理效果,确保了大气内颗粒污染物的全面高效的清理作用,具有较强的实用性。
2、本实用新型中,通过设置的滤网和集尘管,能够对进入壳体内部的大气进行初步过滤的效果,避免较大直径颗粒的污染物进入过滤室内而影响活性炭吸附板的正常使用,从而提高了治理设备的连续运行稳定性。
3、本实用新型中,通过设置的集水盒和紫外消毒灯,能够对喷淋除尘后的污水进行紫外消毒的处理,防止集水盒内的污水二次排放污染的现象,提高了治理设备的环保性。

具体实施方式

参照图1-3,一种环保墙体材料加工配套用大气污染治理设备,包括壳体5,壳体5的内部由过滤室4、静电除尘室7和加湿室12组成,其中,过滤室4的水平端内表壁卡接固定有活性炭吸附板15,静电除尘室7的内表壁上端螺栓固定有电极板6,静电除尘室7的内表壁下端螺栓固定有吸尘板14,壳体5的一侧外表壁焊接有进气管1,且进气管1的外侧螺栓固定有鼓风机2,另一侧外表壁焊接有出气管10。
鼓风机2的上表面螺栓固定有进气罩3,且进气罩3的内表壁螺栓固定有滤网18,进气罩3的底部且位于滤网18的外侧螺栓固定有集尘管19,过滤室4的底部且位于活性炭吸附板15的下方焊接有除尘管16,且除尘管16的底部焊接有储存盒17,壳体5的上表面一侧焊接有储水箱8,且储水箱8的下方通过导管延伸加湿室12的内腔,并且与螺栓固定有加湿室12内表壁的喷淋管9连通,壳体5的内部且位于加湿室12的底部螺栓固定有集水盒11,且集水盒11的内表壁螺栓固定有紫外消毒灯13,集尘管19的横截面呈外倾式结构。
活性炭吸附板15的截面呈倒V形结构,一方面能够对进入过滤室4内的大气颗粒进行除尘吸附的作用,另一方面除尘吸附后的颗粒会沿着活性炭吸附板15向下滑落进入除尘管16内,最后落在储存盒17内收集,从而避免过滤室4内灰尘颗粒过多而影响后续的除尘过滤效果。
工作原理:使用时,启动鼓风机2,鼓风机2产生强大的吸力将外界的空气通过进气罩3吸入进气管1内,此时进气罩3内的滤网18能够对较大直径颗粒的污染物进行初步过滤,过滤下来的颗粒落在集尘管19内收集,之后空气进入过滤室4内被两个活性炭吸附板15进行双重过滤吸附,过滤下来的颗粒沿着除尘管16进入储存盒17内收集,之后空气进入静电除尘室7内,由电极板6电离出大量带电离子并且与颗粒污染物接触沉淀,然后落在吸尘板14表面聚集,静电除尘后的空气进入加湿室12内,储水箱8将水流通过喷淋管9向加湿室12内喷淋进行加湿除尘,而加湿产生的污水低落在集水盒11内收集,并且被紫外消毒灯13进行消毒处理,最后,空气通过出气管10排出壳体5,从而使得该治理设备完整运行。

1.一种环保墙体材料加工配套用大气污染治理设备,包括壳体(5),其特征在于,所述壳体(5)的内部由过滤室(4)、静电除尘室(7)和加湿室(12)组成,其中,所述过滤室(4)的水平端内表壁卡接固定有活性炭吸附板(15),所述静电除尘室(7)的内表壁上端螺栓固定有电极板(6),所述静电除尘室(7)的内表壁下端螺栓固定有吸尘板(14),所述壳体(5)的一侧外表壁焊接有进气管(1),且进气管(1)的外侧螺栓固定有鼓风机(2),另一侧外表壁焊接有出气管(10)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保墙体材料加工配套用大气污染治理设备,其特征在于,所述鼓风机(2)的上表面螺栓固定有进气罩(3),且进气罩(3)的内表壁螺栓固定有滤网(18),所述进气罩(3)的底部且位于滤网(18)的外侧螺栓固定有集尘管(19)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保墙体材料加工配套用大气污染治理设备,其特征在于,所述过滤室(4)的底部且位于活性炭吸附板(15)的下方焊接有除尘管(16),且除尘管(16)的底部焊接有储存盒(17)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保墙体材料加工配套用大气污染治理设备,其特征在于,所述壳体(5)的上表面一侧焊接有储水箱(8),且储水箱(8)的下方通过导管延伸加湿室(12)的内腔,并且与螺栓固定有加湿室(12)内表壁的喷淋管(9)连通。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环保墙体材料加工配套用大气污染治理设备,其特征在于,所述壳体(5)的内部且位于加湿室(12)的底部螺栓固定有集水盒(11),且集水盒(11)的内表壁螺栓固定有紫外消毒灯(13)。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种环保墙体材料加工配套用大气污染治理设备,其特征在于,所述集尘管(19)的横截面呈外倾式结构。
