背景技术
由于我国人口基数大,在产生生活垃圾的程度上比其他国家要多得多,又因为我国是生产大国,其中也不能避免会制造出许许多多的垃圾,据统计,我国现在的大中型城市大约有650多个,城市消费水平相对农村普遍较高,2012 年我国城市垃圾达到惊人的3亿吨,面临这么多垃圾我们该怎么处理,每天在清洁工人在城市垃圾清扫干净之后,由垃圾运输车到制定地点进行处理,其中有一半以上并没有进行处理,裸露在大气中,或者就地燃烧,在垃圾焚烧中由于充斥着各种物体,其中包括塑料,还有其他一些有害物质,在燃烧过程中会释放有害气体,带来大量污尘,给环境带来极大的污染,损害人类的健康,为此我们提出了一种用于垃圾焚烧烟气处理的除尘系统,用于解决上述问题。

为本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于垃圾焚烧烟气处理的除尘系统,用于解决上述背景技术中提出的焚烧垃圾带来的大量烟尘问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种用于垃圾焚烧烟气处理的除尘系统,包括本体,所述本体设有定位支撑架,所述本体的左侧设有进风口,所述本体的内腔设有控制阀,所述控制阀右侧设有挡风板,所述本体的内腔底部设有积尘箱,所述本体内腔设有滤袋过滤装置,所述滤袋过滤装置上方设有压缩空气管道,所述压缩空气管道连接脉冲电磁阀,所述本体内腔顶部设有初步净气室,所述本体右侧通过连接管道连接机体,所述机体的内腔设有过滤板,所述过滤板上方设有喷淋管,所述喷淋管上方设有挡水板,所述机体的内腔底部连接过滤池,所述过滤池底部通过管道连接循环水箱,所述循环水箱的右侧连接循环泵,所述循环泵右侧连接循环水管,所述循环水管的顶端出口处通过弯管与喷淋管连接,且喷淋管底部均匀安装有喷淋头,所述机体的顶端右侧连接引风管,所述引风管右侧连接抽尘风机。
优选的,所述滤袋过滤装置包括支撑顶板、弹簧和滤袋组成,所述滤袋通过弹簧与支撑板连接。
优选的,所述过滤板由下而上由粗滤滤网、HEPA滤网和复合滤网组成。
优选的,所述循环水箱的内腔横向安装有微滤膜过滤板,所述循环水箱的左右两侧壁对称安装有加热板。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,设计新颖,除尘效果强,实用性强,在本体内腔通过挡风板简单的实施了尘气分离,滤袋过滤装置初步处理有效的解决了大部分烟气和大颗粒灰尘,再通过喷淋装置和过滤板装置,对烟气中的灰尘、有害物质和异味进行二次过滤和消硫除味,在循环水箱内设置过滤组件,并利用循环泵、循环管道实现喷淋冷却后的水经过过滤后再次利用,实现水资源的循环使用,并在循环水箱的外侧设置电加热板,能在外部气温较低时防止循环水箱内的水冻住,影响其使用。

请参阅图1-4,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种用于垃圾焚烧烟气处理的除尘系统,包括本体1,所述本体1设有定位支撑架2,所述本体1的左侧设有进风口3,所述本体1的内腔设有控制阀4,所述控制阀4右侧设有挡风板5,所述本体1的内腔底部设有积尘箱6,所述本体1内腔设有滤袋过滤装置7,所述滤袋过滤装置7上方设有压缩空气管道8,所述压缩空气管道8 连接脉冲电磁阀9,所述本体1内腔顶部设有初步净气室10,所述本体1右侧通过连接管道11连接机体12,所述机体12的内腔设有过滤板13,所述过滤板13上方设有喷淋管14,所述喷淋管14上方设有挡水板15,所述机体12的内腔底部连接过滤池16,所述过滤池16底部通过管道17连接循环水箱18,所述循环水箱18的右侧连接循环泵19,所述循环泵19右侧连接循环水管 20,所述循环水管20的顶端出口处通过弯管与喷淋管14连接,且喷淋管14 底部均匀安装有喷淋头,所述机体12的顶端右侧连接引风管21,所述引风管21右侧连接抽尘风机22。
其中,所述滤袋过滤装置7包括支撑顶板73、弹簧72和滤袋71,所述滤袋71通过弹簧72与支撑顶板73连接。所述过滤板13由下而上由粗滤滤网 131、HEPA滤网132和复合滤网133组成。所述循环水箱18的内腔横向安装有微滤膜过滤板182,所述循环水箱18的左右两侧壁对称安装有电加热板181。
工作原理:含尘气体通过进风口3进入定位支撑架2固定的本体1内腔,打开控制阀4,烟气随着挡风板5作用下会降低气流流速和改变方向,较大颗粒的灰尘在重力和惯性力作用下,与气分离,沉降到本体1底部的积尘箱6 中。而气体会继续上升进入滤袋过滤装置7,经过滤袋过滤装置7的过滤净化,粉尘会阻留在滤袋71表面,净化后的空气经过滤袋71端口进入本体1内腔顶部初步净气室10中,随着滤袋71表面粉尘不断增加,当除尘阻力达到设定值时,系统发出清灰指令,脉冲电磁阀9开启,将关闭的输出口打开,压缩空气经由输出管和喷吹嘴喷入袋内实现清灰,信号停止相继复位,喷吹停止。而在初步净气室10的含尘气体经由连接管道11进入机体12内腔,通过机体 12上方的喷淋管14喷出清洗液对空气进行喷淋,把空气中残留的灰尘进行降尘处理,含尘气体在机体12内腔继续上升中经过过滤板13,过滤板13再对空气进行除味,脱酸等后达到挡水板15上方,清洗液则会进入机体12底部的过滤池16进行过滤后经由管道17进入循环水箱18,通过循环泵19和循环管道 20连接到喷淋管14,实现喷淋后的水经过过滤后再次利用,实现水资源的循环使用,并在循环水箱18的外侧设置电加热板181,能在外部气温较低时防止循环水箱18内的水冻住,影响其使用。而在挡水板15上方的清新空气则会在抽尘风机22的作用下通过引风管21把清新空气引出并排放在大气中。实现焚烧垃圾烟气除尘系统的一整套流程。本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,除尘效果强,具有很强的实用价值。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种用于垃圾焚烧烟气处理的除尘系统,包括本体(1),其特征在于:所述本体(1)设有定位支撑架(2),所述本体(1)的左侧设有进风口(3),所述本体(1)的内腔设有控制阀(4),所述控制阀(4)右侧设有挡风板(5),所述本体(1)的内腔底部设有积尘箱(6),所述本体(1)内腔设有滤袋过滤装置(7),所述滤袋过滤装置(7)上方设有压缩空气管道(8),所述压缩空气管道(8)连接脉冲电磁阀(9),所述本体(1)内腔顶部设有初步净气室(10),所述本体(1)右侧通过连接管道(11)连接机体(12),所述机体(12)的内腔设有过滤板(13),所述过滤板(13)上方设有喷淋管(14),所述喷淋管(14)上方设有挡水板(15),所述机体(12)的内腔底部连接过滤池(16),所述过滤池(16)底部通过管道(17)连接循环水箱(18),所述循环水箱(18)的右侧连接循环泵(19),所述循环泵(19)右侧连接循环水管(20),所述循环水管(20)的顶端出口处通过弯管与喷淋管(14)连接,且喷淋管(14)底部均匀安装有喷淋头,所述机体(12)的顶端右侧连接引风管(21),所述引风管(21)右侧连接抽尘风机(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于垃圾焚烧烟气处理的除尘系统,其特征在于:所述滤袋过滤装置(7)包括支撑顶板(73)、弹簧(72)和滤袋(71),所述滤袋(71)通过弹簧(72)与支撑顶板(73)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于垃圾焚烧烟气处理的除尘系统,其特征在于:所述过滤板(13)由下而上由粗滤滤网(131)、HEPA滤网(132)和复合滤网(133)组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于垃圾焚烧烟气处理的除尘系统,其特征在于:所述循环水箱(18)的内腔横向安装有微滤膜过滤板(182),所述循环水箱(18)的左右两侧壁对称安装有电加热板(181)。
