本发明公开了一种新型空气净化器,包括主箱、推杆和净化箱,所述推杆固定在主箱的顶部一侧,所述主箱顶部另一侧设置有出气口,所述出气口的下部设置有净化箱,所述主箱底端内壁靠近推杆一侧从左往右依次安装有吸气机、储水器、蓄电池和空气监测器,所述净化箱内安装有鼓风机,且所述鼓风机位于出气口的正下方,所述主箱左侧壁安装有控制器,所述主箱右侧壁设置有入水口,所述主箱底部外壁设置有出水口,所述主箱底部固定有支撑板,所述支撑板底部固定连接连接架,本空气处理装置可以随意移动,具有净化能力强,能耗低等特点,可以处理酸性和各种水溶性气体杂质等各种有害物质,能够轻松净化各种空气污染。

一种新型空气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,具体为一种新型空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器又称“空气清洁器”、空气清新机、净化器,是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(一般包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,主要分为家用、商用、工业、楼宇。空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气。常用的空气净化技术有:吸附技术、负(正)离子技术、催化技术、光触媒技术、超结构光矿化技术、HEPA高效过滤技术、静电集尘技术等;材料技术主要有:光触媒、活性炭、合成纤维、HEAP高效材料、负离子发生器等。现有的空气净化器多采为复合型,即同时采用了多种净化技术和材料介质。但是目前市场上的空气净化器都为普通的固定式结构,且对空气的净化能力不达标,对酸性和水溶性气体杂质处理很差,而且耗能也很大。因此,提供一种净化能力强,耗能低的新型空气净化器,这是一个亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型空气净化器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型空气净化器,包括主箱、推杆和净化箱,所述推杆固定在主箱的顶部一侧,所述主箱顶部另一侧设置有出气口,所述出气口的下部设置有净化箱,所述主箱底端内壁靠近推杆一侧从左往右依次安装有吸气机、储水器、蓄电池和空气监测器,所述吸气机顶部铰接第一通气管的一端,所述第一通气管另一端与储水器固定连接,所述储水器固定连接第二通气管的一端,所述第二通气管另一端与净化箱远离出气口的一侧固定连接,所述净化箱内安装有鼓风机,且所述鼓风机位于出气口的正下方,所述主箱左侧壁安装有控制器,所述主箱右侧壁设置有入水口,所述主箱底部外壁设置有出水口,所述蓄电池、空气监测器、吸气机和鼓风机均与控制器电性连接。
优选的,所述净化机靠近第二通气管的一侧由左至右依次活动连接初效率网、HEAP滤网、活性炭过滤网和静电驻极滤网。
优选的,所述初效率网、HEAP滤网、活性炭过滤网和静电驻极滤网顶端均设置有拉环。
优选的,所述主箱底部固定有支撑板,所述支撑板底部固定连接连接架,所述连接架固定连接车轮,所述连接架上设置有减震弹簧。
优选的,所述储水器内加入适量的石灰水或氢氧化钠,且第一通气管和储水器固定连接的一端需要深入储水器。
优选的,所述储水器和蓄电池、空气监测器之间设有防水层。
与现有技术相比,本发明突出的实质性特点和显著的进步如下:
本空气处理装置可以随意移动,且具有多层空气过滤装置,所述的多层过滤网可以随意拆卸,方便清洗,具有净化能力强,能耗低等特点,可以处理酸性和各种水溶性气体杂质,如去除花粉杂质;离子和放射性微粒;甲苯、二甲苯和酚类等有机以及恶臭气体病毒和细菌各种有害物质,能够轻松净化各种空气污染。

本新型空气净化器,包括出气口1、鼓风机2、主箱3、蓄电池4、空气监测器5、吸气机6、第一通气管7、控制器8、支撑板9、车轮10、连接架11、第二通气管12、推杆13、静电驻极滤网14、活性炭过滤网15、HEAP滤网16、初效率网17、净化箱18、出水口19、储水器20、防水层21和入水口22。所述推杆13固定在主箱3的顶部一侧,所述主箱3顶部另一侧设置有出气口1,所述出气口1的下部设置有净化箱18,所述主箱3底端内壁靠近推杆13一侧从左往右依次安装有吸气机6、储水器20、蓄电池4和空气监测器5,所述储水器20和蓄电池4、空气监测器5之间设有防水层21,所述吸气机6顶部铰接第一通气管7的一端,所述第一通气管7另一端与储水器20固定连接,所述储水器20内加入适量的石灰水或氢氧化钠,且第一通气管7和储水器20固定连接的一端需要深入储水器20,所述储水器20固定连接第二通气管12的一端,所述第二通气管12另一端与净化箱18远离出气口1的一侧固定连接,所述净化箱18靠近第二通气管12的一侧由左至右依次活动连接初效率网17、HEAP滤网16、活性炭过滤网15和静电驻极滤网14,所述初效率网17、HEAP滤网16、活性炭过滤网15和静电驻极滤网14顶端均设置有拉环,所述净化箱18内安装有鼓风机2,且所述鼓风机2位于出气口1的正下方,所述主箱3左侧壁安装有控制器8,所述主箱3右侧壁设置有入水口22,所述主箱3底部外壁设置有出水口19,所述蓄电池4、空气监测器5、吸气机6和鼓风机2均与控制器8电性连接,所述主箱3底部固定有支撑板9,所述支撑板9底部固定连接连接架11,所述连接架11上设置有减震弹簧,所述连接架11固定连接车轮10。
工作原理:吸气机6吸入污染气体,气体经过第一通气管7后进入储水器20,在储水器20内去除酸性和水溶性气体杂质后由第二通气管12进入净化机18,经过第一层初效滤网17初步去除杂质,经过第二层HEAP滤网16去除花粉、杂质离子和放射性微粒等,再通过第三层活性炭过滤网15处理甲苯、二甲苯和酚类等有机及恶臭气体,最后通过第四层静电驻极滤网14处理SARS病毒和细菌,去除污染杂质后的气体经鼓风机2由出气口1加速吹出。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.新型空气净化器,包括主箱(3)、推杆(13)和净化箱(18),其特征在于:所述推杆(13)固定在主箱(3)的顶部一侧,所述主箱(3)顶部另一侧设置有出气口(1),所述出气口(1)的下部设置有净化箱(18),所述主箱(3)底端内壁靠近推杆(13)一侧从左往右依次安装有吸气机(6)、储水器(20)、蓄电池(4)和空气监测器(5),所述吸气机(6)顶部铰接第一通气管(7)的一端,所述第一通气管(7)另一端与储水器(20)固定连接,所述储水器(20)固定连接第二通气管(12)的一端,所述第二通气管(12)另一端与净化箱(18)远离出气口(1)的一侧固定连接,所述净化箱(18)内安装有鼓风机(2),且所述鼓风机(2)位于出气口(1)的正下方,所述主箱(3)左侧壁安装有控制器(8),所述主箱(3)右侧壁设置有入水口(22),所述主箱(3)底部外壁设置有出水口(19),所述蓄电池(4)、空气监测器(5)、吸气机(6)和鼓风机(2)均与控制器(8)电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述净化箱(18)靠近第二通气管(12)的一侧由左至右依次活动连接初效率网(17)、HEAP滤网(16)、活性炭过滤网(15)和静电驻极滤网(14)。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型空气净化器,其特征在于: 所述初效率网(17)、HEAP滤网(16)、活性炭过滤网(15)和静电驻极滤网(14)顶端均设置有拉环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述主箱(3)底部固定有支撑板(9),所述支撑板(9)底部固定连接连接架(11),所述连接架(11)固定连接车轮(10),所述连接架(11)上设置有减震弹簧。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空气净化器,其特征在于: 所述储水器(20)内加入适量的石灰水或氢氧化钠,且第一通气管(7)和储水器(20)固定连接的一端需要深入储水器(20)。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空气净化器,其特征在于: 所述储水器(20)和蓄电池(4)、空气监测器(5)之间设有防水层(21)。
