Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种恶臭气体处理装置,包括:废气收集罩、旋转水淋塔、UV光氧催化装置、活性炭吸附装置、末端除臭装置、引风机和排气管,废气收集罩的出气口通过风管与旋转水淋塔的进风口连接,旋转水淋塔的出风口通过风管与UV光氧催化装置的进风口连接,UV光氧催化装置的出风口通过风管与活性炭吸附装置的进风口连接,活性炭吸附装置的出风口通过风管与末端除臭装置的进风口连接,末端除臭装置的出风口通过管道与引风机的进风口连接,引风机的出风口与排气管连接。本恶臭气体处理装置可以同时有效去除恶臭气体中的发臭成分、粉尘、大颗粒有机物、氮氧化物等有害物质,净化效果好。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及环保设备技术领域,具体涉及一种恶臭气体处理装置。
背景技术
[0002] 在污水厂、垃圾房、养殖业、食品加工业、印刷业等生产过程中,经常会产生散发恶 臭的有毒废气,这些废气中含有大量的污染物,因此如果不经处理直接将废气排放到大气 中的话,不但会造成环境污染,而且还会危害周边的生活安全。
[0003] 目前,在现有技术中处理恶臭气体时大多还在使用传统方法,主要有:燃烧法、活 性炭吸附法、生物分解法、药剂喷洒法、等离子法等。上述处理方法分别基于不同的除臭原 理来进行恶臭气体的净化处理,虽然在一定程度上缓解了恶臭污染,但都存在各种缺点。
[0004] 传统的恶臭气体净化设备先将恶臭气体收集到储气罐中,然后通过净化装置对恶 臭气体进行净化,在完成净化之后再将气体排送到外部环境中。但是恶臭气体中通常还含 有粉尘、大颗粒有机物、氮氧化物等有害成分,这些有害成分的存在会在很大程度上影响恶 臭气体的净化难度,因此,如何提供一种可以同时有效去除恶臭气体中的发臭成分、粉尘、 大颗粒有机物、氮氧化物等有害物质的装置成为了亟待解决的问题。 实用新型内容
[0005] 针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提出了一种恶臭气体处理装置,可以同时有效 去除恶臭气体中的发臭成分、粉尘、大颗粒有机物、氮氧化物等有害物质。
[0006] 为实现上述技术方案,本实用新型提供了一种恶臭气体处理装置,包括:废气收集 罩、旋转水淋塔、UV光氧催化装置、活性炭吸附装置、末端除臭装置、引风机和排气管,所述 废气收集罩的出气口通过风管与旋转水淋塔的进风口连接,所述旋转水淋塔的出风口通过 风管与UV光氧催化装置的进风口连接,所述UV光氧催化装置的出风口通过风管与活性炭吸 附装置的进风口连接,所述活性炭吸附装置的出风口通过风管与末端除臭装置的进风口连 接,所述末端除臭装置的出风口通过管道与引风机的进风口连接,所述引风机的出风口与 排气管连接。
[0007] 在上述技术方案中,污水厂、垃圾房、养殖业、食品加工业、印刷业等产生的废气首 先由废气收集罩收集并通过风管进入旋转水淋塔,旋转水淋塔将废气中可溶于水的有害物 质及部分灰尘、大颗粒有机物等进行去除,随后经过处理后的废气进入UV光氧催化装置,UV 光氧催化装置使用紫外光线使臭氧转化为强氧化剂0H,进而将恶臭的有机物分解为H20和 ⑶2,经过进一步净化后的废气随后进入活性炭吸附装置,通过活性炭的吸附作用去除大颗 粒有机物、氮氧化物等有害物质,最后通过末端除臭装置防止UV光氧催化装置在处理废气 时产生的臭氧不能完全分解而随气流排出管道,散发到大气中而形成二次污染,最终处理 后的废气通过排气管排出。
[0008] 优选的,所述旋转水淋塔包括塔体;设置在塔体底部侧端的废气进口;设置在塔体 底部内侧且与废气进口正对的排渣室,所述排渣室的侧面上设置有可开合的清理口;设置 在排渣室底部的储水室,所述储水室与排渣室之间通过过滤网分隔;设置在排渣室正上方 的水气旋转混合室;安装在水气旋转混合室正上方的填料室;多个并排设置在填料室上方 的喷淋头;安装在喷淋头上方的水气分离器;以及设置在塔体顶部中心的排气口。需要处理 的废气从废气进口进入塔体内,同时喷淋水由喷淋头均匀喷出,喷淋水在水气旋转混合室 内与废气接触,在高速旋转气流作用下达到水和被处理气流充分混合碰撞,可溶于水的污 染物充分与水接触并随着喷淋水向下流动,经过水喷淋处理后的废气继续向上移动,并通 过填料室,填料室中的填料对废气中不溶于水的污染成分进行吸附去除,经过两次净化的 废气经过两次净化的废气最终经过水气分离器分离后,最终从塔体顶部中心的排气口排 出。跟随喷淋水一起流入排渣室的污染物经过过滤网过滤后被截留在过滤网上,过滤后的 喷淋水流入储水室,以便循环利用。
[0009]优选的,所述储水室的一侧还安装有循环水箱,所述循环水箱通过循环水泵和高 压水管与喷淋头连接。储水室内的喷淋水经过过滤后进入循环水箱,循环水箱中的循环水 通过循环水泵再次通过喷淋头喷出,从而实现喷淋水的循环使用。
[0010]优选的,所述循环水箱上部侧端设置有溢流管,所述循环水箱的底部设置有排水 管,所述排水管上设置有排水阀。通过溢流管可以有效控制循环水箱内的液位稳定。当循环 水箱内的循环用水重复使用一定次数后,可以通过排水管排出,从而方便循环水的更新。 [0011]优选的,所述UV光氧催化装置包括壳体;设置在壳体前端的进风口;设置在壳体后 端的出风口;安装在壳体内且位于进风口后端的均风器;安装在均风器后端的离子管模块, 所述离子管模块上并排间隔均匀设置有多个高能离子管;安装在离子管模块后端的第一 UV 模块,所述第一 UV模块上安装有多个呈矩阵分布的短波段UV管;安装在第一 UV模块与出风 口之间的第二UV模块,所述第二UV模块上安装有多个呈矩阵分布的长波段UV管。需要处理 的废气从壳体前端的进风口进入本设备,均风器可以物理捕捉气流中的颗粒,同时能使气 流布满整个UV处理室,高能离子管是由真空的石英管中充注少量汞制成,有效的降低工作 电压,避免高压电弧暴露在空气中,有效地减小了安全隐患,同时发射的紫外线能量得到提 升,高效的产生大量的正负离子和臭氧。通过第一 UV模块上的短波段UV管产生的波长为 185mn的紫外线将氧分子转化产生臭氧,同时通过第二UV模块上的长波段UV管产生的波长 为254nm的紫外线将臭氧转化为强氧化剂0H,进而将废气中的有机物分解为H20和C02。从而 实现对废气污染物的高效净化。

[0015] 3、本恶臭气体处理装置中的UV光氧催化设备结构简单,操作方便,通过两种不同 波段的UV管组合,可以将废气中的有机物高效分解为H20和C02,提高了废气净化效率,同时 由于使用均风器可以物理捕捉气流中的颗粒,同时能使气流布满整个UV处理室,高能离子 官是由真空的石央菅中充注少量汞制成,有效的降低工作电压,节约能耗。

[0023] 本实用新型的工作原理是:污水厂、垃圾房、养殖业、食品加工业、印刷业等产生的 废气首先由废气收集罩1收集并通过风管2进入旋转水淋塔3,旋转水淋塔3将废气中可溶于 水的有害物质及部分灰尘、大颗粒有机物等进行去除,随后经过处理后的废气进入UV光氧 催化装置4,UV光氧催化装置4使用紫外光线使臭氧转化为强氧化剂0H,进而将恶臭的有机 物分解为H20和C〇2,经过进一步净化后的废气随后进入活性炭吸附装置5,通过活性炭的吸 附作用去除大颗粒有机物、氮氧化物等有害物质,最后通过末端除臭装置6防止UV光氧催化 装置4在处理废气时产生的臭氧不能完全分解而随气流排出管道,散发到大气中而形成二 次污染,最终处理后的废气通过排气管8排出。
[0024]参照图2所示,所述旋转水淋塔3包括塔体31;设置在塔体31底部侧端的废气进口 32;设置在塔体31底部内侧且与废气进口 32正对的排渣室33,所述排渣室33的侧面上设置 有可开合的清理口 35;设置在排渣室33底部的储水室34,所述储水室34与排渣室33之间通 过过滤网311分隔;设置在排渣室33正上方的水气旋转混合室36;安装在水气旋转混合室36 正上方的填料室37;多个并排设置在填料室37上方的喷淋头38;安装在喷淋头38上方的水 气分离器39;以及设置在塔体31顶部中心的排气口310。
[0025] 旋转水淋塔3的工作原理是:需要处理的废气从废气进口 32进入塔体31内,同时喷 淋水由喷淋头38均匀喷出,喷淋水在水气旋转混合室36内与废气接触,在高速旋转气流作 用下达到水和被处理气流充分混合碰撞,可溶于水的污染物充分与水接触并随着喷淋水向 下流动,经过水喷淋处理后的废气继续向上移动,并通过填料室37,填料室37中的填料对废 气中不溶于水的污染成分进行吸附去除,经过两次净化的废气最终经过水气分离器39分离 后,从塔体31顶部中心的排气口 310排出。跟随喷淋水一起流入排渣室33的污染物经过过滤 网311过滤后被截留在过滤网311上,过滤后的喷淋水流入储水室34,以便循环利用。
[0026] 参照图2所示,所述储水室34的一侧还安装有循环水箱312,所述循环水箱312通过 循环水泵和高压水管315与喷淋头38连接。储水室M内的喷淋水经过过滤后进入循环水箱 312,循环水箱312中的循环水通过循环水栗再次通过喷淋头38喷出,从而实现喷淋水的循 环使用。
[0027] 参照图2所示,所述循环水箱312上部侧端设置有溢流管313,所述循环水箱312的 底部设置有排水管314,所述排水管314上设置有排水阀。通过溢流管313可以有效控制循环 水箱312内的液位稳定。当循环水箱312内的循环用水重复使用一定次数后,可以通过排水 管314排出,从而方便循环水的更新。

[0029] UV光氧催化装置4的工作原理是:需要处理的废气从壳体41前端的进风口 42进入 本设备,均风器45可以物理捕捉气流中的颗粒,同时能使气流布满整个UV处理室,高能离子 管461是由真空的石英管中充注少量汞制成,有效的降低工作电压,避免高压电弧暴露在空 气中,有效地减小了安全隐患,同时发射的紫外线能量得到提升,高效的产生大量的正负离 子和臭氧。通过第一 UV模块4了上的短波段UV管471产生的波长为185nm的紫外线将氧分子转 化产生臭氧,同时通过第二UV模块48上的长波段UV管481产生的波长为254nm的紫外线将臭 氧转化为强氧化剂0H,进而将废气中的有机物分解为H20和C02,从而实现对废气污染物的高 效净化。

1. 一种恶臭气体处理装置,其特征在于依照废气流动方向依次包括:废气收集罩、旋转 水淋塔、UV光氧催化装置、活性炭吸附装置、末端除臭装置、引风机和排气管,所述废气收集 罩的出气口通过风管与旋转水淋塔的进风口连接,所述旋转水淋塔的出风口通过风管与UV 光氧催化装置的进风口连接,所述UV光氧催化装置的出风口通过风管与活性炭吸附装置的 进风口连接,所述活性炭吸附装置的出风口通过风管与末端除臭装置的进风口连接,所述 末端除臭装置的出风口通过管道与引风机的进风口连接,所述引风机的出风口与排气管连 接。
2. 如权利要求1所述的恶臭气体处理装置,其特征在于:所述旋转水淋塔包括塔体;设 置在塔体底部侧端的废气进口;设置在塔体底部内侧且与废气进口正对的排渣室,所述排 渣室的侧面上设置有可开合的清理口;设置在排渣室底部的储水室,所述储水室与排渣室 之间通过过滤网分隔;设置在排渣室正上方的水气旋转混合室;安装在水气旋转混合室正 上方的填料室;多个并排设置在填料室上方的喷淋头;安装在喷淋头上方的水气分离器;以 及设置在塔体顶部中心的排气口。
3.如权利要求2所述的恶臭气体处理装置,其特征在于:所述储水室的一侧还安装有循 环水箱,所述循环水箱通过循环水泵和高压水管与喷淋头连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的恶臭气体处理装置,其特征在于:所述循环水箱上部侧端设置有 溢流管,所述循环水箱的底部设置有排水管,所述排水管上设置有排水阀。
5.如权利要求1所述的恶臭气体处理装置,其特征在于:所述UV光氧催化装置包括壳 体;设置在壳体前端的进风口;设置在壳体后端的出风口;安装在壳体内且位于进风口后端 的均风器;安装在均风器后端的离子管模块,所述离子管模块上并排间隔均匀设置有多个 高能离子管;安装在离子管模块后端的第一 UV模块,所述第一 UV模块上安装有多个呈矩阵 分布的短波段UV管;安装在第一UV模块与出风口之间的第二UV模块,所述第二UV模块上安 装有多个呈矩阵分布的长波段UV管。
