本发明涉及发酵饮品制造技术领域,具体涉及一种智能化一体发酵罐,包括罐体、控制器和温控系统,罐体的内部设置搅拌轴,搅拌轴的上端部装有搅拌叶轮,搅拌轴的下部贯穿罐体,并外接搅拌电机,罐体上分别设置出料口、进料口以及进液口,所述出料口上安装输出管路,进料口上安装进料管,进料管外接料箱,进液口上安装清洗管,清洗管穿过罐体,清洗管上安装清洗球;本发明所述的发酵罐能够进行全自动的发酵,能够全自动的实现进料、搅拌、恒温发酵、巴氏灭菌、冷藏、定量出料、清洗等功能,可用于发酵饮品的现场制作与销售,减少了外部环节,避免人工操作带来的污染,并且能够自我清洗,减少了人力的投入。

本发明涉及发酵饮品制造技术领域,具体涉及一种智能化一体发酵罐。
背景技术
目前商场等使用的发酵饮品售卖机一般是将已经发酵好的饮品倒入到售卖机内,进行买卖,不能够进行现场发酵,不能够保证发酵饮品的新鲜度和口感,而工厂使用的发酵系统结构复杂,集成度低,体积大,不适合现场发酵,而适用于家庭场景的酸奶机等产品功能过于单一,操作不能实现无人化,现在迫切需要一种小型的发酵罐,能够进行少量现场发酵。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题中的不足,本发明的目的在于:提供一种智能化一体发酵罐,能够现场发酵,并且能够自我清洗,减少人力投入。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
所述智能化一体发酵罐,包括罐体、控制器和温控系统,罐体的内部设置搅拌轴,搅拌轴的上端部装有搅拌叶轮,搅拌轴的下部贯穿罐体,并外接搅拌电机,罐体上分别设置出料口、进料口以及进液口,所述出料口上安装输出管路,进料口上安装进料管,进料管外接料箱,进液口上安装清洗管,清洗管穿过罐体,清洗管上安装清洗球;所述温控系统包括热电半导体元件和换热装置,热电半导体元件一端与发酵罐相连,另一端与换热装置相连。
优选地,进料管上设置密封阀,进料管的内部设置绞龙,进料时密封阀处于打开状态,物料通过绞龙进入发酵罐内,进完后密封阀关闭。
优选地,输出管路上安装出料泵和出料控制阀。
优选地,清洗管上安装增压泵和清洗球阀门,清洗时打开清洗球阀门,无菌水加压后进入清洗球,清洗球旋转清洁发酵罐。

本发明所述的发酵罐能够进行全自动的发酵,能够全自动的实现进料、搅拌、恒温发酵、巴氏灭菌、冷藏、定量出料、清洗等功能,可用于发酵饮品的现场制作与销售,减少了外部环节,避免人工操作带来的污染,并且能够自我清洗,减少了人力的投入。

下面结合附图对本发明实施例做进一步描述:

如图1-3所示,本发明所述智能化一体发酵罐,包括罐体1、控制器和温控系统,罐体1的内部设置搅拌轴,搅拌轴的上端部装有搅拌叶轮8,搅拌轴的下部贯穿罐体1,并外接搅拌电机5,搅拌叶轮8用于使各种物料均匀分散,发酵罐竖直放置,搅拌叶轮8通过密封轴承与搅拌电机5相连,罐体1上分别设置出料口6、进料口以及进液口,所述出料口6上安装输出管路,输出管路上安装出料泵和出料控制阀,进料口上安装进料管4,进料管4外接料箱3,进料管4上设置密封阀2,进料管4的内部设置绞龙10,固态物料由进料管4进入,进料时密封阀2处于打开状态,物料通过绞龙10进入发酵罐内,进完后密封阀2关闭,进液口上安装清洗管7,清洗管7穿过罐体1,清洗管7上安装清洗球9,清洗管7上安装增压泵和清洗球阀门,清洗时打开清洗球阀门,无菌水加压后进入清洗球9,清洗球9旋转清洁发酵罐;所述温控系统包括热电半导体元件和换热装置,热电半导体元件一端与发酵罐相连,另一端与换热装置相连,可以实现灭菌、发酵所需的恒温及保存需要的冷藏。
控制器控制整个装置的运行,包括控制搅拌电机5、增压泵运转的速度和时间,出料控制阀、清洗球阀门和密封阀2开闭的动作和时间,以及对整个温控系统的控制。
本发明的具体使用过程:
使用前,打开清洗球阀门,清洗管7外接水源,先对罐体1进行清洗,清洗完毕后,加入发酵所需要的水和固体物料,搅拌电机5动作,驱动搅拌叶轮8将物料在罐内搅拌均匀,温控系统开始工作,将罐体1内温度调节到发酵所需的温度,当发酵完成后,进行巴氏灭菌并冷藏,取用时,打开出料控制阀,出料即可。

1.一种智能化一体发酵罐,包括罐体(1)、控制器和温控系统,其特征在于,罐体(1)的内部设置搅拌轴,搅拌轴的上端部装有搅拌叶轮(8),搅拌轴的下部贯穿罐体(1),并外接搅拌电机(5),罐体(1)上分别设置出料口(6)、进料口以及进液口,所述出料口(6)上安装输出管路,进料口上安装进料管(4),进料管(4)外接料箱(3),进液口上安装清洗管(7),清洗管(7)穿过罐体(1),清洗管(7)上安装清洗球(9);所述温控系统包括热电半导体元件和换热装置,热电半导体元件一端与发酵罐相连,另一端与换热装置相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能化一体发酵罐,其特征在于,进料管(4)上设置密封阀(2),进料管(4)的内部设置绞龙(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能化一体发酵罐,其特征在于,输出管路上安装出料泵和出料控制阀。
