Abstract
本发明是一种汽车内饰件表面处理装置,包括输送带,在输送带的前后两侧设置有支撑杆,在支撑杆的上端设置有内部有吹风装置的风罩,在风罩的上端设置有数个进风管,在支撑杆上、输送带的下方设置接尘槽,在接尘槽的下端设置有数个出风管,出风管与进风管连接实现风循环,在接尘槽内由上至下依次设置过滤棉层、无纺聚酯纤维布层,在接尘槽的一侧、输送带的上方设置有喷淋管,在接尘槽的一侧、在输送带的下方设置回水槽,在回水槽的下方设置有出水管,出水管通过回水管以及循环水泵与喷淋管连接,在输送带的下方、回水槽的一侧设置沥水槽。本发明对汽车的内饰件进行了清洗,降低了劳动强度,提高了清洗效率。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车加工技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种汽车内饰件表面处理装置。
背景技术
汽车内饰件在生产过程中,内饰件表面会粘附灰尘、污渍,如果直接丢弃不用会造成浪费、成本高,而人工清洗内饰件不仅工作效率低,劳动强度大而且还会造成内饰件的损坏等。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种汽车内饰件表面处理装置,该装置能有效的去除内饰件表面的灰尘等杂质。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明是一种汽车内饰件表面处理装置,包括输送带,在输送带的前后两侧设置有支撑杆,在支撑杆的上端设置有内部有吹风装置的风罩,在风罩的上端设置有数个进风管,在支撑杆上、输送带的下方设置接尘槽,在接尘槽的下端设置有数个出风管,出风管与进风管连接实现风循环,在接尘槽内由上至下依次设置过滤棉层、无纺聚酯纤维布层,在接尘槽的一侧、输送带的上方设置有喷淋管,在接尘槽的一侧、在输送带的下方设置回水槽,在回水槽的下方设置有出水管,出水管通过回水管以及循环水泵与喷淋管连接,在输送带的下方、回水槽的一侧设置沥水槽。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在每个出风管的上端设置HEPA滤网。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在回水槽内由上至下依次设置石英石层、海绵层和活性炭层。
本发明的进一步改进在于:进风管与出风管的数量相同且一一对应。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的汽车内饰件在输送带的带动下向前运动,通过风罩内的吹风装置也就是吹风机来进行风力除尘,经过吹风装置吹出的风通过出风管出风经过过滤,将风过滤后循环进入进风管内循环利用,喷淋后的水再回水槽内通过三层过滤,有效的过滤掉水中的杂质以及灰尘等,有效的实现水资源的循环利用。
本发明结构简单、设计合理新颖,对汽车的内饰件进行了清洗,降低了劳动强度,提高了清洗效率。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1所示,本发明是一种汽车内饰件表面处理装置,包括输送带1,在所述输送带1的前后两侧设置有支撑杆2,在所述支撑杆2的上端设置有内部有吹风装置的风罩3,吹风装置为吹风机,在所述风罩3的上端设置有数个进风管4,汽车内饰件在输送带的带动下向前运动,通过风罩内的吹风装置也就是吹风机来进行风力除尘,在所述支撑杆2上、所述输送带1的下方设置接尘槽5,在所述接尘槽5的下端设置有数个出风管8,所述出风管8与所述进风管4连接实现风循环,在所述接尘槽5内由上至下依次设置过滤棉层6、无纺聚酯纤维布层7,经过吹风装置吹出的风通过出风管出风经过过滤,将风过滤后循环进入进风管内循环利用,在所述接尘槽5的一侧、所述输送带1的上方设置有喷淋管10,在所述接尘槽5的一侧、在所述输送带1的下方设置回水槽11,在所述回水槽11的下方设置有出水管15,所述出水管15通过回水管以及循环水泵与所述喷淋管10连接,实现水资源的回收利用,在所述输送带1的下方、所述回水槽11的一侧设置沥水槽16,在每个所述出风管8的上端设置HEPA滤网9,过滤灰尘等杂质,避免循环风中有灰尘影响内饰件的质量,在所述回水槽11内由上至下依次设置石英石层12、海绵层13和所述活性炭层14,喷淋后的水再回水槽内通过三层过滤,有效的过滤掉水中的杂质以及灰尘等,有效的实现水资源的循环利用,所述进风管4与所述出风管8的数量相同且一一对应,优选的进风管和出风管的数量均为两个。
本发明结构简单、设计合理新颖,对汽车的内饰件进行了清洗,降低了劳动强度,提高了清洗效率。
Claims (4)
1.一种汽车内饰件表面处理装置,包括输送带(1),其特征在于:在所述输送带(1)的前后两侧设置有支撑杆(2),在所述支撑杆(2)的上端设置有内部有吹风装置的风罩(3),在所述风罩(3)的上端设置有数个进风管(4),在所述支撑杆(2)上、所述输送带(1)的下方设置接尘槽(5),在所述接尘槽(5)的下端设置有数个出风管(8),所述出风管(8)与所述进风管(4)连接实现风循环,在所述接尘槽(5)内由上至下依次设置过滤棉层(6)、无纺聚酯纤维布层(7),在所述接尘槽(5)的一侧、所述输送带(1)的上方设置有喷淋管(10),在所述接尘槽(5)的一侧、在所述输送带(1)的下方设置回水槽(11),在所述回水槽(11)的下方设置有出水管(15),所述出水管(15)通过回水管以及循环水泵与所述喷淋管(10)连接,在所述输送带(1)的下方、所述回水槽(11)的一侧设置沥水槽(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种汽车内饰件表面处理装置,其特征在于:在每个所述出风管(8)的上端设置HEPA滤网(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种汽车内饰件表面处理装置,其特征在于:在所述回水槽(11)内由上至下依次设置石英石层(12)、海绵层(13)和所述活性炭层(14)。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种汽车内饰件表面处理装置,其特征在于:所述进风管(4)与所述出风管(8)的数量相同且一一对应。
