本申请目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,若本申请实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,若本申请实施例中有涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述,则该“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
本申请提出一种清洗装置,解决无法对应用于汽车上的门槛投影灯进行及时清洗的技术问题。
在本申请实施例中,如图1所示,清洗装置100用于清洗汽车上的门槛投影灯7,该清洗装置100包括自动清洗组件1和感应组件2,自动清洗组件1和感应组件2均设置于汽车的门槛饰板61上,自动清洗组件1的喷水口朝向门槛投影灯7,感应组件2用于检测门槛投影灯7上是否有脏物,以使自动清洗组件1启动或停止清洗门槛投影灯7。
本申请技术方案的自动清洗组件1和感应组件2均设置在门槛饰板61上,自动清洗组件1的喷水口朝向门槛投影灯7,以便在启动自动清洗组件1时,通过自动清洗组件1将清洗液喷向门槛投影灯7,利用喷向门槛投影灯7的清洗液清洗门槛投影灯7;感应组件2用于检测门槛投影灯7上是否有脏物,当感应组件2检测到门槛投影灯7上有脏物时,就说明门槛投影灯7需要清洗,以避免脏物影响门槛投影灯7的光线投影,影响门槛投影灯7的投影质量,当感应组件2未检测到门槛投影灯7上有脏物时,就说明门槛投影灯7是干净的,不需要通过自动清洗组件1进行清洗,以降低成本;由于通过感应组件2可以实时检测门槛投影灯7上是否有脏物,以在门槛投影灯7上有脏物时及时通过自动清洗组件1进行清洗,从而提高智能化程度以及用户满意度。
在本实施例中,感应组件2可以为视觉成像装置,例如,感应组件2可以为摄像头,以通过分析摄像头采集的图片确定门槛投影灯7上是否有脏物,感应组件2还可以为相机,本实施例在此不作限定。
可以理解地,本实施例中的门槛饰板61,是指汽车车门下方,并且上下车时用户脚容易碰到的部位。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,清洗装置100还包括控制单元3,感应组件2和自动清洗组件1均与控制单元3电性连接,以通过控制单元3控制感应组件2与自动清洗组件1协调工作,实现及时清洗门槛投影灯7的目的。
在本实施例中,当感应组件2检测到门槛投影灯7上有脏物时,感应组件2会将门槛投影灯7上有脏物的信息反馈给控制单元3,控制单元3根据感应组件2的反馈信息控制自动清洗组件1启动以将清洗液喷向门槛投影灯7,实现清洗门槛投影灯7的目的;当感应组件2检测到门槛投影灯7上没有脏物时,感应组件2会将门槛投影灯7上没有脏物的信息反馈给控制单元3,控制单元3会根据该反馈信息控制自动清洗组件1停止向门槛投影灯7喷清洗液,以节省成本。
在本实施例中,控制单元3可以设置于门槛饰板61上,也可以在门槛饰板61上设置壳体5,将控制单元3设置于壳体5内,本实施例在不作限定;控制单元3可以为电子控制单元3(Electronic Control Unit,简称ECU)。
在另一可选实施例中,感应组件2和自动清洗组件1均与外部控制器电性连接,以通过外部控制器控制感应组件2和自动清洗组件1协调工作,具体地,该外部控制器可以为车机系统,还可以为外接的电脑,本实施例在此不作限定。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,自动清洗组件1包括出水头11、抽水器12和水箱13,出水头11、抽水器12和水箱13均设置于门槛饰板61,出水头11上具有喷水口,喷水口朝向门槛投影灯7,抽水器12与出水头11连通,且抽水器12与控制单元3电性连接,抽水器12与水箱13连通,水箱13用于存储清洗液,抽水器12用于将水箱13内的清洗液从喷水口送出。通过抽水器12将水箱13内的清洗液抽送到喷水口,可以增加清洗液从喷水口到达门槛投影灯7的冲击力,提高自动清洗组件1的清洗效果;喷水口可以导向清洗液喷出的方向,使得清洗液喷射到门槛投影灯7,提高清洗效果;水箱13可以存储清洗液,以实现及时清洗门槛投影灯7的目的,从而使得自动清洗组件1可以实现随时自动清洗门槛投影灯7的目的。
在本实施例中,抽水器12可以为水泵。
在一实施例中,水箱13具有注水口(图中未示出),以通过注水口向水箱13内注入清洗液,当水箱13内的清洗液不够时,用户可以通过注水口向水箱13内注入清洗液,以使水箱13内有足够的清洗液去清洗门槛投影灯7。
在本实施例中,还可以在水箱13内设置水位检测器件,以通过水位检测器件检测水箱13内的水位,以告知用户水箱13内的清洗液的余量,方便用户向水箱13内加注清洗液。
可以理解地,清洗液可以为自来水,也可以为混有洗洁精的自来水,本实施例在此不作限定。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,清洗装置100还包括吹风组件4,吹风组件4设置于门槛饰板61,吹风组件4与控制单元3电性连接,吹风组件4的出风口朝向门槛投影灯7,以通过吹风组件4向门槛投影灯7鼓风,提高门槛投影灯7表面的空气流速,加速吹干门槛投影灯7表面的水分。
在本实施例中,当自动清洗组件1朝向门槛投影灯7喷水,以清洗门槛投影灯7后,再通过控制单元3控制吹风组件4向门槛投影灯7鼓风,以加速吹干自动清洗组件1清洗门槛投影灯7后留下的水渍,避免门槛投影灯7的表面有水渍残留而影响门槛的投影灯的投影质量。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,吹风组件4包括出风头41和气泵42,出风头41和气泵42均设置于门槛饰板61,出风头41具有出风口,出风口朝向门槛投影灯7,气泵42与出风头41连通,且气泵42与控制单元3电性连接,以通过气泵42将空气从出风口鼓出,提高门槛投影灯7表面的空气流动速度,加速吹干门槛投影灯7表面的水渍,而出风口则可以起到导向空气的作用,以使吹风组件4排出的空气可以到达门槛投影灯7。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,控制单元3具有电接口31,电接口31用于与汽车的车机系统电性连接,从而通过车机系统控制自动清洗组件1和感应组件2协调工作。
在本实施例中,控制单元3用于控制感应组件2自动检测,然后根据感应组件2反馈的检测结果确定是否要对门槛投影灯7进行清洗,该控制过程不需要用户参与即可实现;当控制单元3的电接口31与汽车的车机系统电性连接时,用户可以通过车机系统手动控制感应组件2以及自动清洗组件1,以便根据用户的意愿进行清洗门槛投影灯7。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,在重力方向上,喷水口和感应组件2的高度均高于门槛投影灯7的高度,以避免清洗门槛投影灯7之后的污水在重力作用下反向进入喷水口,还能减少感应组件2上的水渍,避免感应组件2的高度过低造成污水溅射在感应组件2表面,导致感应组件2的感应准确度下降的问题。
在一实施例中,如图1所示,清洗装置100还包括壳体5,壳体5设置于门槛饰板61,自动清洗组件1和感应组件2均设置于壳体5内,以通过壳体5保护自动清洗组件1以及感应组件2,还可以提高清洗装置100的整体性。
在本实施例中,控制单元3可以设置在壳体5上,吹风组件4也可以设置在壳体5内。
此外,如图1所示,本申请实施例还提供一种汽车,该汽车包括车体6、门槛投影灯7和上述任一实施例述及的清洗装置100,车体6具有门槛饰板61,清洗装置100的自动清洗组件1和感应组件2均设置于门槛饰板61,门槛投影灯7设置于门槛饰板61。
本申请实施例提出的汽车包括车体6、门槛投影灯7和清洗装置100,该清洗装置100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于该汽车采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,门槛投影灯7可以在地面8上形成投影区9,投影区9可以根据用户的个性化进行设计,从而提高用户体验。

Claims (10)
- 一种清洗装置,其中,所述清洗装置用于清洗汽车上的门槛投影灯,所述清洗装置包括:自动清洗组件,所述自动清洗组件设置于所述汽车的门槛饰板上,所述自动清洗组件的喷水口朝向所述门槛投影灯;感应组件,所述感应组件设置于所述汽车的门槛饰板上,所述感应组件用于检测所述门槛投影灯上是否有脏物,以使所述自动清洗组件启动或停止清洗所述门槛投影灯。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洗装置,其中,所述清洗装置还包括:控制单元,所述感应组件和所述自动清洗组件均与所述控制单元电性连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的清洗装置,其中,所述自动清洗组件包括:出水头,所述出水头设置于所述门槛饰板,所述出水头上具有所述喷水口,所述喷水口朝向所述门槛投影灯;抽水器,所述抽水器设置于所述门槛饰板,所述抽水器与所述出水头连通,且所述抽水器与所述控制单元电性连接;水箱,所述水箱设置于所述门槛饰板,所述抽水器与所述水箱连通,所述水箱用于存储清洗液,所述抽水器用于将所述水箱内的清洗液从所述喷水口送出。
- 如权利要求3所述的清洗装置,其中,所述水箱具有注水口,以通过所述注水口向所述水箱内注入清洗液。
- 如权利要求2所述的清洗装置,其中,所述清洗装置还包括:吹风组件,所述吹风组件设置于所述门槛饰板,所述吹风组件与所述控制单元电性连接,所述吹风组件的出风口朝向所述门槛投影灯。
- 如权利要求5所述的清洗装置,其中,所述吹风组件包括:出风头,所述出风头设置于所述门槛饰板,所述出风头具有所述出风口,所述出风口朝向所述门槛投影灯;气泵,所述气泵设置于所述门槛饰板,所述气泵与所述出风头连通,且所述气泵与所述控制单元电性连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的清洗装置,其中,所述控制单元具有电接口,所述电接口用于与汽车的车机系统电性连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的清洗装置,其中,在重力方向上,所述喷水口和所述感应组件的高度均高于所述门槛投影灯的高度。
- 如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的清洗装置,其中,所述清洗装置还包括:壳体,所述壳体设置于所述门槛饰板,所述自动清洗组件和所述感应组件均设置于所述壳体内。
- 一种汽车,其中,所述汽车包括:如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的清洗装置;车体,所述车体具有门槛饰板,所述清洗装置的自动清洗组件和感应组件均设置于所述门槛饰板;门槛投影灯,所述门槛投影灯设置于所述门槛饰板。
