Abstract

本发明公开了一种石墨烯改性水泥基防水涂料,其由以下组分和重量份组成:硅酸盐水泥52‑60份,石英砂38‑48份,木质纤维素1.5‑3份,憎水剂3‑8份,可再分散性胶粉2‑4份,石墨烯纳米片4‑8份,减水剂0.1‑0.5份,填充料0.1‑0.3份。本发明相对于现有的抗裂水泥基防水涂料增强了性能。

一种石墨烯改性水泥基防水涂料
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种石墨烯改性水泥基防水涂料。
背景技术
在一些强度较低的基层,传统的做法是在其用于地表及地下或砖石砌体的内外浇筑水泥混凝土,然后在水泥混凝土固化后,用水泥沙浆进行找平,再涂上防水涂料,然后再在防水涂料上做保护层,但是传统的水泥基防水涂料粘结强度较低,很容易在这种混凝土的基层与防水层之间易发生开裂脱离,易脱落,碰到硬物品(如:红砖、灰刀、钢铁头等),也容易开裂、脱落,严重影响使用寿命及防水效果。原来的防水层表面光滑,特别在斜屋面上做防水施工时对工人的安全有很大的隐患,因此出现了抗裂水泥基防水涂料,抗裂水泥基防水涂料是指水泥与不同级配的砂中加入可再分散性胶粉、改性剂等。经固化后,水泥砂浆由完全刚性变成具有一定的柔性,其机理在于材料的分子组成发生了变化,当聚合物微粒加量足够大时,水泥、砂子及其间隙完全被聚合物微粒包裹与填充,随着水分的挥发,聚合物微粒逐渐靠拢,水泥与可再分散性胶粉,水泥、砂之间形成弹性层,表现出水泥基的柔性。
水泥基防水涂料所用原材料品质的好坏,直接影响砂浆的技术性能指标,故对砂子的含泥量、砂的品质以及外加剂的技术性能亦有十分严格的要求。现有的水泥基防水涂料与基层的粘结强度较差,容易开裂,与防水的使用寿命有着较大的差异,水泥砂的含量以及胶粉的含量都是抗裂水泥基防水涂料的关键。
后来,本申请人为了克服上述技术缺陷,提出了改进方案并获得了201310008277.4号中国发明专利。
发明内容
精益求精,本申请人深深地感受到,只有产品不断创新才能更好地发展。是否能使201310008277.4号的抗裂水泥基防水涂料的性能得到进一步增强呢?为此,申请人做出了许多次的试验,试验了许多种不同的组分和用量,付出了创造性劳动,才得到了本发明。
本发明的目的在于提供一种比现有的抗裂水泥基防水涂料性能更好的石墨烯改性水泥基防水涂料。
所采用的技术方案为:
一种石墨烯改性水泥基防水涂料,其由以下组分和重量份组成:
进一步地,所述硅酸盐水泥为普通硅酸盐52.5R水泥。
进一步地,所述石英砂为50-100目的石英砂。
在本发明技术方案中,硅酸盐水泥的作用是提高凝结的速度,优选普通硅酸盐52.5R水泥进一步增加强度;石英砂优选50-100目的石英砂用来进一步增加强度。
木质纤维素具有优异的和易性及抗流坠性能,提高材料拉伸强度,并能起到了很好的抗裂作用。
憎水剂具有很好的防水效果,可以让抗裂水泥基涂料分子表面形成薄的防水胶膜,阻止水的进入,采用现有的常见的憎水剂。
可再分散性胶粉(丙烯酸性),可以有附着力强,柔性好,防水效果好等特点。
减水剂有助于缩减产品的水量,增加产品的整体强度。
石墨烯纳米片具有大于35m2/g的高比表面积和发达的中孔,孔隙结构分布合理,申请人发现,相对于现有的抗裂水泥基防水涂料,石墨烯纳米片的加入一方面可以减少可再分散性胶粉的使用,另一方面可以提高产品整体的粘结强度、抗渗强度、抗压强度和抗折强度。
在组分的含量中,申请人发现,石墨烯纳米片的含量不能太低,太低无法对防水涂料发挥有效的作用;含量也不能太高,太高一来成本很高,二来其对防水涂料也无法发挥其全部的100%的作用。因此,需要一个合理的有效的范围,使得在该范围内,其既能充分发挥协同作用,给配方带来整体的增强效果,又能尽可能降低成本。经申请人多次摸索,包括与其他组分及含量的共同调整,付出了创造性的劳动,才得出石墨烯纳米片4-8重量份的范围。
制备时,只需按照上述组分混合搅拌,即可制得产品,制备方便。
本发明的有益效果在于:
通过多次对现有201310008277.4号配方的调整试验,得到了一种性能更强的石墨烯改性水泥基防水涂料。
本产品在操作过程中,直接在混凝土基层上涂刷,用刷子或镘刀施工2至 3层,每层厚度不超过2mm,总厚度3mm-5mm,可在潮湿的基层上施工,基层不需要找平,防水层上无需做保护层,缩短工期,减少综合造价,同时具有无毒、无味、耐高低温、绿色环保等特点,而且,本发明的成型面并非是光滑面,而是带有一点麻面,最大限度的避免了斜屋面上做防水施工时对工人的安全有很大的隐患。

下面结合实施例进一步描述本发明的技术方案,但只是从申请人众多实验中例举的部分实施例,本发明要求的保护范围并不局限于此。

本各个实施例制得的石墨烯改性水泥基防水涂料的检测方法和 201310221846.3号的柔韧型防水涂料的检测方法一致。
从上表可知,本发明的石墨烯改性水泥基防水涂料在粘结强度、抗渗强度、抗压强度和抗折强度上,在各个低限值上均全面地比201310008277.4号的抗裂水泥基防水涂料得到了大幅度的提高,在低限值的比例上,是2201310008277.4 号的抗裂水泥基防水涂料的2倍左右,增幅超出了预期,取得了预料不到的技术效果。
