本发明公开了一种基于立体车库为新能源车充电的连接装置,它包括设置于立体车库的载车板(1)顶部的充电桩(2)、母头(3)和通孔(4),母头(3)内开设有沿其轴向设置的定位孔(5),定位孔(5)贯通载车板(1)设置,母头(3)上且沿其圆周方向均匀开设有多个导电孔(6),导电孔(6)与充电桩(2)的输入插头连接;立体车库的车架(11)上设置有导向杆(7)和定位杆(8),导向杆(7)和定位杆(8)均垂向设置,导向杆(7)的长度大于定位杆(8)的长度,导向杆(7)位于通孔(4)的正上方。本发明的有益效果是:能够在立体车库中为新能源汽车充电、能够确保公头与母头精确平稳对接、节省车主充电时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及新能源充电的技术领域,特别是一种基于立体车库为新能源车充电的连接装置。
背景技术
随着新能源汽车的发展,新能源汽车的数量也日益增多,给新能源汽车充电带来了新麻烦,新能源汽车只能在特定的位置处充电,且需要车主守着充电,非常不方便,浪费了车主大量时间。若停放在立体车库中又无法进行充电,存在应用范围有限的缺陷,当要充电时,需要将新能源汽车从立体车库中驶出并开往地面充电桩处进行充电,非常不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构紧凑、能够在立体车库中为新能源汽车充电、能够确保公头与母头精确平稳对接、节省车主充电时间的基于立体车库为新能源车充电的连接装置。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种基于立体车库为新能源车充电的连接装置,它包括设置于立体车库的载车板顶部的充电桩、母头和通孔,母头内开设有沿其轴向设置的定位孔,定位孔贯通载车板设置,母头上且沿其圆周方向均匀开设有多个导电孔,导电孔与充电桩的输入插头连接;所述立体车库的车架上设置有导向杆和定位杆,导向杆和定位杆均垂向设置,导向杆的长度大于定位杆的长度,导向杆位于通孔的正上方,通孔的内径大于导向杆的外径,定位杆与定位孔同轴设置,定位杆的外径与定位孔内径相等,定位杆上套设有公头,公头的底表面上设置有与导电孔相配合的插头,插头与安装在地面上的电源经电线连接。
所述的通孔和母头均设置于载车板的侧板上。
所述的定位杆的底部设置有锥形头。
所述的母头的顶部设置有锥形孔,锥形孔与定位孔连通。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明结构紧凑、能够在立体车库中为新能源汽车充电、能够确保公头与母头精确平稳对接、节省车主充电时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1~4所示,一种基于立体车库为新能源车充电的连接装置,它包括设置于立体车库的载车板1顶部的充电桩2、母头3和通孔4,母头3内开设有沿其轴向设置的定位孔5,定位孔5贯通载车板1设置,母头3上且沿其圆周方向均匀开设有多个导电孔6,导电孔6与充电桩2的输入插头连接;所述立体车库的车架11上设置有导向杆7和定位杆8,导向杆7和定位杆8均垂向设置,导向杆7的长度大于定位杆8的长度,导向杆7位于通孔4的正上方,通孔4的内径大于导向杆7的外径,定位杆8与定位孔5同轴设置,定位杆8的外径与定位孔5内径相等,定位杆8上套设有公头9,公头9的底表面上设置有与导电孔6相配合的插头10,插头10与安装在地面上的电源经电线连接。
如图1和3所示,所述的通孔4和母头3均设置于载车板1的侧板上。所述的定位杆8的底部设置有锥形头,母头3的顶部设置有锥形孔,锥形孔与定位孔5连通。
本发明的工作过程如下:车主停车时,将新能源汽车13倒车入库到载车板1上,到位后下车将充电桩2的输出插头与新能源汽车13上的充电口对接,对接后车主走出车库,操作人员通过立体车库的升降装置12将载车板1向上举升,载车板1在上升过程中,导向杆7首先插入于通孔4中,以防止载车板1晃动,实现了初步定位;当载车板1继续上升一段距离后,定位杆8插入于定位孔5中,随后插头10插入各自的导电孔6中,插头10与导电孔6电接触,实现了母头3与公头9的平稳精确对接,地面上的电源输出的电流顺次经电线、插头10、充电桩2的输入插头、充电桩2的输出插头进入新能源汽车13上的充电口中,从而实现了在立体停车库中为新能源汽车充电。因此使新能源汽车无需在指定的区域充电,而且车主开走后,电能已经充满,无需车主守候充电,极大节省了车主的时间。

1.一种基于立体车库为新能源车充电的连接装置,其特征在于:它包括设置于立体车库的载车板(1)顶部的充电桩(2)、母头(3)和通孔(4),母头(3)内开设有沿其轴向设置的定位孔(5),定位孔(5)贯通载车板(1)设置,母头(3)上且沿其圆周方向均匀开设有多个导电孔(6),导电孔(6)与充电桩(2)的输入插头连接;所述立体车库的车架(11)上设置有导向杆(7)和定位杆(8),导向杆(7)和定位杆(8)均垂向设置,导向杆(7)的长度大于定位杆(8)的长度,导向杆(7)位于通孔(4)的正上方,通孔(4)的内径大于导向杆(7)的外径,定位杆(8)与定位孔(5)同轴设置,定位杆(8)的外径与定位孔(5)内径相等,定位杆(8)上套设有公头(9),公头(9)的底表面上设置有与导电孔(6)相配合的插头(10),插头(10)与安装在地面上的电源经电线连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于立体车库为新能源车充电的连接装置,其特征在于:所述的通孔(4)和母头(3)均设置于载车板(1)的侧板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于立体车库为新能源车充电的连接装置,其特征在于:所述的定位杆(8)的底部设置有锥形头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于立体车库为新能源车充电的连接装置,其特征在于:所述的母头(3)的顶部设置有锥形孔,锥形孔与定位孔(5)连通。
