Abstract

本发明涉及一种注塑工艺。所述注塑工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)将待注塑的材料分类;(2)将分类后的材料和辅助料按设定的配比分别熔融;(3)将配好的原料注入注塑机,采用超声波振动方式加热到设定温度;(4)将熔融后的热固性材料注入模具的热固端,将熔融的热熔性材料注入模具的热熔端;(5)材料注入完成后,开启超声波振动方式使模具内热熔性材料和热固性材料中间的接触部分充分融合;(6)融合后模具内保持一定的压力待原料冷却固化成型。本发明所述注塑工艺中对注塑料按性能进行分类混合,并辅助超声波加温,使材料混合更均匀,内部结合更好,保证后续注塑产品的质量。

一种注塑工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种注塑工艺。
背景技术
注塑是工业产品生产造型的一种方法,一般使用注塑机将热塑性塑料或热固性料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品。在现有的注塑工艺中,有采用单一材料进行注塑的,也有采用多种材料共同进行注塑,采用多种材料共同注塑的要求材料之间化学性能相似,由于各种材料性能不可能完全相同,并且材料内还要加入一些辅助料,例如色粉、分散剂等。否则产品内部结合力不好,质量无法提升。注塑时,通常通过注塑材料的选择配合注塑工艺,以达到最佳的产品质量。本发明旨在提供一种用于多种材料混合注塑的注塑工艺。
发明内容
根据以上目的,本发明提供一种注塑工艺,提高多种材料混合注塑的产品质量。本发明的技术方案如下:
一种注塑工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将待注塑的材料按照热固性材料和热熔性材料分类;
(2) 将热固性材料和热熔性材料和辅助料按设定的配比分别熔融;
(3)将配好的原料注入注塑机,采用超声波振动方式加热到设定温度;
(4)将熔融后的热固性材料注入模具的热固端,将熔融的热熔性材料注入模具的热熔端;
(5) 材料注入完成后,开启超声波振动方式使模具内热熔性材料和热固性材料中间的接触充分融合;
(6)融合后模具内保持一定的压力待原料冷却固化成型。
优选的,步骤(3)中超声波的频率控制为15-20kHz,超声波加热温度为280~350℃。
优选的,步骤(3)中超声波加热后保温30 分钟,进入步骤(4)。
优选的,步骤(5)中开启超声波震动10-20分钟,再静置30分钟。
优选的,步骤(5)中超声波的频率控制为15-20kHz。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:(1)所述注塑工艺中对注塑料按性能进行分类混合,并辅助超声波加温,使材料混合更均匀,内部结合更好,保证后续注塑产品的质量。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,实施例仅用于解释说明而不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
本发明所述的注塑工艺是针对多种物料混合注塑情况下改进工艺,具体操作如下:(1)首先将待注塑的材料按照热固性材料和热熔性材料进行分类; (2) 将热固性材料和热熔性材料和辅助料按设定的配比分别熔融。前面两个步骤中尽量使性能相同的注塑料一起混合,再辅以改善性能的各种添加材料,以保证混合的效果;(3)将配好的原料注入注塑机,采用超声波振动方式加热到设定温度。超声波频率控制为15-20kHz,一般加热至280~350℃,具体可根据选择的材料来确定。超声波加热后保温30 分钟后再进入下一个步骤。(4)将熔融后的热固性材料注入模具的热固端,将熔融的热熔性材料注入模具的热熔端,模具中部是相通的,两种材料会混合在一起,注塑时根据具体的注塑产品的需求,可将两种材料再次完全混合,或者仅在相接处混合,以适应不同的场合应用需求; (5) 材料注入完成后,开启超声波振动方式使模具内热熔性材料和热固性材料中间的接触充分融合;此步骤中,采用15-20kHz的超声波频率,控制超声波震动10-20分钟,再静置30分钟即可。(6)融合后模具内保持一定的压力待原料冷却固化成型。
虽然对本发明的描述是结合以上具体实施例进行的,但是,熟悉本技术领域的人员能够根据上述的内容进行许多替换、修改和变化、是显而易见的。因此,所有这样的替代、改进和变化都包括在附后的权利要求的精神和范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种注塑工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将待注塑的材料按照热固性材料和热熔性材料分类;
(2) 将热固性材料和热熔性材料和辅助料按设定的配比分别熔融;
(3)将配好的原料注入注塑机,采用超声波振动方式加热到设定温度;
(4)将熔融后的热固性材料注入模具的热固端,将熔融的热熔性材料注入模具的热熔端;
(5) 材料注入完成后,开启超声波振动方式使模具内热熔性材料和热固性材料中间的接触充分融合;
(6)融合后模具内保持一定的压力待原料冷却固化成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中超声波的频率控制为15-20kHz,超声波加热温度为280~350℃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种注塑工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中超声波加热后保温30分钟,进入步骤(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑工艺,其特征在于,步骤(5)中开启超声波震动10-20分钟,再静置30分钟。
5.根据权利要求4所述的塑料注塑工艺,其特征在于,步骤(5)中超声波的频率控制为15-20kHz。
