本发明公开了一种汽车把手的涂装工艺,包括:步骤一:用丙酮淋洗汽车把手基材层2‑3遍,并将汽车把手基材层表面用砂纸打磨至表面不平整,在其表面涂覆一层润滑油;步骤二:对所述汽车把手进行静电粉末喷涂,所述涂料为彩色油漆;步骤三:在所述涂料上层涂布透明涂料层;步骤四:对所述汽车把手表面镀锌和镀铜;步骤五:进行烘干、固化和抛光,并在表面涂抹光亮涂层。本发明简化了生产步骤,节约了成本和时间。通过镀锌处理,增强了涂料与铝合金的附着力。另外由于有色涂料组合物自有的特性,则使得汽车部件能够防尘、防腐;同时此涂装方法对于溶剂的合理布局也在一定程度上节约了成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内装饰生产领域,特别涉及一种汽车把手的涂装工艺。
背景技术
涂装是汽车把手生产的最后一道工序,其目的是提高汽车把手的耐腐蚀性和美感。铝合金轮毂在经过机加工等关键工序完成后,考虑到铝合金轮毂在实际使用中条件比较差,为了减少铝合金在空气中氧化等影响因素以及达到美观的目的,所以对涂装后的涂层性能有较高的要求。
目前,在对汽车把手的涂装中,其涂装方法往往较为复杂,步骤繁琐,耗费较大的人力物力。另外当在前处理中钝化效果不好时,就会导致在喷涂时需要提供大量的供粉量才能保证喷涂完整和均匀,造成浪费。针对上述问题,本领域技术人员亟需提供一种汽车把手的涂装工艺。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种汽车把手的涂装工艺,包括:
步骤一:用丙酮淋洗汽车把手基材层2-3遍,并将汽车把手基材层表面用砂纸打磨至表面不平整,在其表面涂覆一层润滑油;
步骤二:对所述汽车把手进行静电粉末喷涂,所述涂料为彩色油漆;
步骤三:在所述涂料上层涂布透明涂料层;
步骤四:对所述汽车把手表面镀锌和镀铜;
步骤五:进行烘干、固化和抛光,并在表面涂抹光亮涂层。
优选的是,所述烘干是在70℃中执行5-60分钟。
优选的是,所述静电粉末喷涂的喷涂压力为0.2~0.5MPa,静电电压为20~50KV,喷涂时间为5~9s。
优选的是,所述烘干是在80℃中执行5-60分钟。
优选的是,所述烘干是在90℃中执行5-60分钟。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:本发明得到的汽车部件的涂装工艺,改变了现有技术中的关于汽车部件涂装的方法,简化了生产步骤,节约了成本和时间。通过镀锌处理,增强了涂料与铝合金的附着力。另外由于有色涂料组合物自有的特性,则使得汽车部件能够防尘、防腐;同时此涂装方法对于溶剂的合理布局也在一定程度上节约了成本。
具体实施方式

步骤五:进行烘干、固化和抛光,并在表面涂抹光亮涂层。

步骤一:用丙酮淋洗汽车把手基材层2-3遍,并将汽车把手基材层表面用砂纸打磨至表面不平整,在其表面涂覆一层润滑油;
步骤二:对所述汽车把手进行静电粉末喷涂,所述涂料为彩色油漆;
步骤三:在所述涂料上层涂布透明涂料层;
步骤四:对所述汽车把手表面镀锌和镀铜;
步骤五:进行烘干、固化和抛光,并在表面涂抹光亮涂层。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车把手的涂装工艺,其特征在于,所述烘干是在70℃中执行5-60分钟。
3.如权利要求1所述的汽车把手的涂装工艺,其特征在于,所述静电粉末喷涂的喷涂压力为0.2~0.5MPa,静电电压为20~50KV,喷涂时间为5~9s。
