背景技术
目前,金属表面涂覆尼龙,一般采用高压静电喷涂法,这种方法会使复杂形状的金属支架表面尼龙层覆盖不均匀,会产生漏底现象,同时涂层的附着力达不到使用要求,多次高温灭菌消毒后会产生起泡或脱皮现象,在医疗器械行业中是绝对不能接受的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提出一种涂层附着力好,经久耐用的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,以及通过此方法制得的产品。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的一种技术方案是:一种不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,包括以下步骤:
A.预处理;将工件浸泡在酸性溶液中20min~25min,所述酸性溶液的成分为3wt%~5wt%的盐酸,5wt%~8wt%的硝酸,2wt%~3wt%的乙二酸,其余为水;
B.底漆喷涂;对工件表面喷涂厚度为10μm至30μm的底漆,所述底漆由以下质量百分比的组分混合而成:氨基改性丙烯酸酯20%~30%,甲基丙烯酸酯15%~20%,纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯5%~8%,固化剂0.3%~2%,硅烷偶联剂5%~10%,分散剂8%~15%,其余为有机溶剂;
C.烘干加热:将工件置于温度为250℃~280℃的烘箱中5min~6min,使得底漆固化且工件预热;
D.尼龙涂覆:采用流化床浸涂工艺,将预热的工件浸入尼龙粉中3s~6s,使得尼龙粉在工件表面形成厚度为100μm至500μm的尼龙涂层;
E.流平,冷却。

本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法采用了酸腐蚀的方法既洗去了表面的杂质,又通过微孔腐蚀获得了需要的粗糙度,使得不锈钢基材与表面的涂层结合更加紧密,且不会影响工件的尺寸精度。本发明的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法采用了特制的底漆,附着力好,综合性能优异,使得不锈钢基材与尼龙涂层的结合更加牢固。制成的医疗器械盒用支架表面光滑厚实,使被支撑的器械表面不会被挂伤或摩擦。耐磨性是不锈钢的3倍以上,抗拉及屈服强度高,支架被弯曲30度涂层表面能保持完好,25次连续高温灭菌测试,未发生任何变形,能通过2000小时的盐雾测试,经久耐用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,包括以下具体步骤:
A.预处理;先将工件依次进行去毛刺、喷砂、折弯处理,再将工件浸泡在酸性溶液中22min,所述酸性溶液的成分为5wt%的盐酸,7wt%的硝酸,2.5wt%的乙二酸,其余为水。酸性溶液可以去除工件表面的杂质,同时对工件表面进行微孔腐蚀,形成12μm至18μm的微孔,使得工件表面具有一定的粗糙度,与喷砂工艺相比成本较低,且可以保证工件不会变形,不会影响尺寸精度。采用上述特制的酸性溶液进行试验,小于20min时后续涂层的结合强度达不到要求,大于25min时会导致涂层局部出现不平整的情况,因此,工件浸泡在酸性溶液中的时间优选20min至25min。
B.底漆喷涂;对工件表面喷涂厚度为25μm至30μm的底漆,所述底漆由以下质量百分比的组分混合而成:氨基改性丙烯酸酯26%,甲基丙烯酸酯18%,纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯8%,固化剂1.5%,硅烷偶联剂8%,分散剂10%,其余为有机溶剂。
其中,氨基改性丙烯酸酯采用中山市科田电子材料有限公司牌号为3295的脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯由丙烯酸树脂和占丙烯酸树脂用量6%的纳米二氧化硅溶胶复合而成。甲基丙烯酸酯采用甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。硅烷偶联剂为KH550。有机溶剂是乙酸乙酯。固化剂是TDI三聚体。分散剂是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯有利于提高附着力,和涂层的柔韧性和弹性。纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯有利于加强涂层的物理机械强度,提高耐折弯性。该底漆配方分散效果好,具有合适的表面张力和成膜性。
C.烘干加热:将工件置于温度为280℃的烘箱中5min,使得底漆固化且工件预热。工件表面的温度一般达到230℃左右
D.尼龙涂覆:采用流化床浸涂工艺,将预热的工件浸入尼龙粉中3s,使得尼龙粉在工件表面形成厚度为150μm的尼龙涂层。也可用静电喷涂工艺代替流化床浸涂工艺。
E.流平,冷却,对工件表面的平整性进行检查,然后包装入库。

D.尼龙涂覆:采用流化床浸涂工艺,将预热的工件浸入尼龙粉中6s,使得尼龙粉在工件表面形成厚度为300μm的尼龙涂层。
E.流平,冷却,对工件表面的平整性进行检查,然后包装入库。
实施例3
本实施例的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,包括以下具体步骤:
A.预处理;先将工件依次进行去毛刺、喷砂、折弯处理,再将工件浸泡在酸性溶液中20min,所述酸性溶液的成分为3wt%的盐酸,8wt%的硝酸,3wt%的乙二酸,其余为水。
B.底漆喷涂;对工件表面喷涂厚度为25μm至30μm的底漆,所述底漆由以下质量百分比的组分混合而成:氨基改性丙烯酸酯28%,甲基丙烯酸酯20%,纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯7.5%,固化剂1.5%,硅烷偶联剂9%,分散剂11%,其余为有机溶剂。
C.烘干加热:将工件置于温度为280℃的烘箱中5min,使得底漆固化且工件预热。
D.尼龙涂覆:采用流化床浸涂工艺,将预热的工件浸入尼龙粉中3s,使得尼龙粉在工件表面形成厚度为150μm的尼龙涂层。
E.流平,冷却,对工件表面的平整性进行检查,然后包装入库。
实施例4
本实施例的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,包括以下具体步骤:
A.预处理;先将工件依次进行去毛刺、喷砂、折弯处理,再将工件浸泡在酸性溶液中20min,所述酸性溶液的成分为4.5wt%的盐酸,6wt%的硝酸,2wt%的乙二酸,其余为水。
B.底漆喷涂;对工件表面喷涂厚度为12μm至18μm的底漆,所述底漆由以下质量百分比的组分混合而成:氨基改性丙烯酸酯27%,甲基丙烯酸酯19%,纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯8%,固化剂1.5%,硅烷偶联剂8%,分散剂10%,其余为有机溶剂。
C.烘干加热:将工件置于温度为280℃的烘箱中5min,使得底漆固化且工件预热。
D.尼龙涂覆:采用流化床浸涂工艺,将预热的工件浸入尼龙粉中6s,使得尼龙粉在工件表面形成厚度为300μm的尼龙涂层。
E.流平,冷却,对工件表面的平整性进行检查,然后包装入库。

C.烘干加热:将工件置于温度为280℃的烘箱中5min,使得底漆固化且工件预热。
D.尼龙涂覆:采用流化床浸涂工艺,将预热的工件浸入尼龙粉中3s,使得尼龙粉在工件表面形成厚度为150μm的尼龙涂层.

Claims (10)

1.一种不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,包括以下步骤:
A.预处理;将工件浸泡在酸性溶液中20min~25min,所述酸性溶液的成分为3wt%~5wt%的盐酸,5wt%~8wt%的硝酸,2wt%~3wt%的乙二酸,其余为水;
B.底漆喷涂;对工件表面喷涂厚度为10μm至30μm的底漆,所述底漆由以下质量百分比的组分混合而成:氨基改性丙烯酸酯20%~30%,甲基丙烯酸酯15%~20%,纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯5%~8%,固化剂0.3%~2%,硅烷偶联剂5%~10%,分散剂8%~15%,其余为有机溶剂;
C.烘干加热:将工件置于温度为250℃~280℃的烘箱中5min~6min,使得底漆固化且工件预热;
D.尼龙涂覆:采用流化床浸涂工艺,将预热的工件浸入尼龙粉中3s~6s,使得尼龙粉在工件表面形成厚度为100μm至500μm的尼龙涂层;
E.流平,冷却。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,其特征在于:所述底漆中氨基改性丙烯酸酯的质量百分比含量为25%~28%,甲基丙烯酸酯的质量百分比含量为18%~20%,纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸酯的质量百分比含量为7%~8%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,其特征在于:所述氨基改性丙烯酸酯是脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。
4.根据权利要求2所述的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,其特征在于:所述甲基丙烯酸酯是甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯或二甲基丙烯酸乙二酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂是正丁酯、乙酸乙酯、乙醇和丙酮中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,其特征在于:所述固化剂是异氰酸酯类固化剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,其特征在于:所述分散剂是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A中先将工件依次进行去毛刺、喷砂、折弯处理,再浸泡在酸性溶液中。
9.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法,其特征在于:所述步骤E中,工件冷却后对表面的平整性进行检查,然后包装入库。
10.一种采用如权利要求1所述的不锈钢表面尼龙涂覆方法所制得的产品。
