Abstract

本发明公开了一种种植牙牙冠的材料,由以下重量份原料组成:氧化锆或者氧化铝20‑35份,PEEK树脂60‑80份,乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物14~18份,石蜡6~10份,抗菌剂0.5‑1.5份,调色剂0.05~1份,硬脂酸0.01~0.05份,粘结剂0.1~1份,有机溶剂7‑15份。本发明配方获得的复合种植牙具有无毒、耐磨性能好,使用寿命长,断裂强度高的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种种植牙牙冠的材料,属于口腔种植领域。
背景技术
聚醚醚酮(PEEK)具有耐高温性能,和较高的玻璃化转变温度(Tg=143℃)和熔点(Tm=334℃),其负载热变形温度高达316℃,长期使用温度为260℃,瞬时使用温度可达300℃。聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的机械特性,具有刚性和柔性,特别是对交变应力下的抗疲劳性非常突出,可与合金材料相媲美。聚醚醚酮(PEEK)还具有自润滑性和优良的滑动特性,适合于严格要求低摩擦系数和耐磨耗用途的场合,特别是用于种植牙基座、牙冠时要求耐磨性能好。耐腐蚀性除浓硫酸外,PEEK不溶于任何溶剂和强酸、强碱,而且耐水解,具有很高的化学稳定性。阻燃性PEEK具有自熄性,即使不加任何阻燃剂,可达到UL标准的94V-0级。由于PEEK高温流动性好,还具有易加工性能,而热分解温度又很高的特点,可采用注射成型制造出多种种植牙基座、牙冠等。
由于PEEK具有优良的综合性能,在许多特殊领域可以替代金属、陶瓷等传统材料。该塑料的耐高温、自润滑、耐磨损和抗疲劳等特性,使之成为当今最热门的高性能工程塑料之一,又因PEEK材料具有无毒性、质量轻、与人体骨骼和肌肉相容性好、也是最优选的生物医学材料。
高性能聚醚醚酮具有优异得耐化学药品性和高温下的热稳定性,并具有阻燃、绝缘、耐辐射和良好的机械性能。为扩大该材料的使用范围,各国的医学研究者们一直在寻找代替人体骨骼或人工种植牙基座、牙冠的新材料。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,一种种植牙牙冠的材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:

一种上述种植牙牙冠的材料的制备方法,采用上述原料配比,先将氧化锆或者氧化铝、硬脂酸、纳米银加热至120℃~180℃并保持10分钟~30分钟,再降温并加入精制石蜡进行混合搅拌,其次用超声波破碎后加入机溶剂以及PEEK树脂、乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物、粘结剂、搅拌至均匀膏体状;最后加入调色剂内进行球磨、干燥得到复合材料粉末成品。
发明有益效果
本发明牙冠材料配方,考虑到PEEK是一种刚性的热塑性半结晶塑料,其构成复合材料时应充分考虑与其它材料的相容性,提高各组分的活性,才能使获得适合牙科应用的PEEK复合材料。本发明的目的是研究一种复合种植牙的制造工艺,使之获得的复合种植牙具有、无毒、耐磨性能好,使用寿命长,断裂强度高的优点。本发明的牙冠材料制备方法简单,在口腔种植领域具有良好的应用前景。

实施例1
一种种植牙牙冠的材料,由以下重量份原料组成:
所述有机溶剂选自叔丁基对苯二酚。
所述粘结剂选自羧甲基纤维素钠。
所述调色计选自二氧化钛或氧化铁。
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中醋酸乙烯含量在12%。
所述抗菌剂选自纳米银。
一种上述种植牙牙冠的材料的制备方法,采用上述原料配比,先将氧化锆或者氧化铝、硬脂酸、纳米银加热至120℃并保持10分钟,再降温并加入精制石蜡进行混合搅拌,其次用超声波破碎后加入机溶剂以及PEEK树脂、乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物、粘结剂、搅拌至均匀膏体状;最后加入调色剂内进行球磨、干燥得到复合材料粉末成品。
