本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,尤其是一种医用复合树脂充填材料;其质量份组成如下:钛粉10‑20份、改性环氧树脂3.6‑8份、钛酸酯1.2‑4.8份、EP胶10‑30份、陶瓷粉10‑20份、石英粉1.3‑4份、玻璃粉5‑8份、胶黏剂0.6‑3份、固化引发剂0.2‑0.6份;本发明的医用复合树脂填充材料,添加了陶瓷粉、石英粉和玻璃粉,大大提高了填充材料的硬度和耐磨性,延长了使用寿命,同时,本发明中添加的成分原料简单易得,混合使用无毒副作用,提高了使用安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,尤其是一种医用复合树脂充填材料。
背景技术
临床常用的作为牙体缺损修复材料的汞柱充填材料,存在着汞污染及毒性问题,而常用的复合树脂又因其强度低、耐磨性差,并不能完全满足临床的需要。光固化复合树脂材料被普遍应用于充填修复牙体缺损中,其中的一个必要环节在于复合树脂材料的取出;临床上多采用消毒后的充填器械取出复合树脂材料,但是复合树脂材料取出后,在光照下会缓慢固化,容易受外界污染而影响材料性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种耐磨损、强度大,使用安全的医用复合树脂填充材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种医用复合树脂充填材料,其质量份组成如下:钛粉10-20份、改性环氧树脂3.6-8份、钛酸酯1.2-4.8份、EP胶10-30份、陶瓷粉10-20份、石英粉1.3-4份、玻璃粉5-8份、胶黏剂0.6-3份、固化引发剂0.2-0.6份。
优选的,所述胶黏剂选用纤维素酯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、环氧-聚酰胺的混合物,其质量比为1:1.2-1.8:2。
优选的,所述胶黏剂选用纤维素酯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、环氧-聚酰胺的混合物,其质量比为1:1.5:2。
优选的,所述固化引发剂选用光固化引发剂。
优选的,所述陶瓷粉、石英粉和玻璃粉平均粒径大小为0.1-0.3μm。
优选的,其质量份组成如下:钛粉15份、改性环氧树脂6份、钛酸酯3份、EP胶20份、陶瓷粉15份、石英粉2份、玻璃粉6份、胶黏剂1.8份、固化引发剂0.4份。

一种医用复合树脂充填材料,其质量份组成如下:钛粉10份、改性环氧树脂3.6份、钛酸酯1.2份、EP胶10份、陶瓷粉10份、石英粉1.3份、玻璃粉5份、胶黏剂0.6份、固化引发剂0.2份,胶黏剂选用纤维素酯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、环氧-聚酰胺的混合物,其质量比为1:1.2:2,,固化引发剂选用光固化引发剂,陶瓷粉、石英粉和玻璃粉平均粒径大小为0.1-0.3μm。
实施例2
一种医用复合树脂充填材料,其质量份组成如下:钛粉15份、改性环氧树脂6份、钛酸酯3份、EP胶20份、陶瓷粉15份、石英粉2份、玻璃粉6份、胶黏剂1.8份、固化引发剂0.4份,胶黏剂选用纤维素酯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、环氧-聚酰胺的混合物,其质量比为1:1.5:2,固化引发剂选用光固化引发剂,陶瓷粉、石英粉和玻璃粉平均粒径大小为0.2μm。
实施例3
一种医用复合树脂充填材料,其质量份组成如下:钛粉20份、改性环氧树脂8份、钛酸酯4.8份、EP胶30份、陶瓷粉20份、石英粉4份、玻璃粉8份、胶黏剂3份、固化引发剂0.6份,胶黏剂选用纤维素酯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、环氧-聚酰胺的混合物,其质量比为1:1.8:2,固化引发剂选用光固化引发剂,陶瓷粉、石英粉和玻璃粉平均粒径大小为0.3μm。
本发明的医用复合树脂填充材料采用常规方法制得。
本发明的医用复合树脂填充材料,添加了陶瓷粉、石英粉和玻璃粉,大大提高了填充材料的硬度和耐磨性,延长了使用寿命,同时,本发明中添加的成分原料简单易得,混合使用无毒副作用,提高了使用安全性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的医用复合树脂充填材料,其特征在于:所述胶黏剂选用纤维素酯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、环氧-聚酰胺的混合物,其质量比为1:1.2-1.8:2。
3.根据权利要求2所述的医用复合树脂充填材料,其特征在于:所述胶黏剂选用纤维素酯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、环氧-聚酰胺的混合物,其质量比为1:1.5:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用复合树脂充填材料,其特征在于:所述固化引发剂选用光固化引发剂。
