本发明公开了一种维生素E咀嚼片及其制作工艺,涉及保健食品领域,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:维生素E:4‑10份,硬脂酸锌:1‑3份,山梨糖醇:0.4‑0.8份,橘子香精:1‑3份,玉米淀粉:3‑7份,奶粉:6‑12份,基于以上原料的组合,口感佳,各个营养成份相辅相成,该工艺简单易行,所需原料少,且价格低廉,产品性能稳定,生产成本低,效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品领域,特别涉及一种维生素E咀嚼片及其制作工艺。
背景技术
维生素是维持机体正常代谢和功能所必需的一类营养素,需要量虽低,但人体本身不能合成或合成量不足,只能从外界获得。
维生素E(Vitamin E)是一种脂溶性维生素,其水解产物为生育酚,是最主要的抗氧化剂之一。多溶于脂肪和乙醇等有机溶剂中,不溶于水,对热、酸稳定,对碱不稳定,对氧敏感,对热不敏感,但油炸时维生素E活性明显降低。生育酚能促进性激素分泌,使男子精子活力和数量增加;使女子雌性激素浓度增高,提高生育能力,预防流产,还可用于防治男性不育症、烧伤、冻伤、毛细血管出血、更年期综合症、美容等方面。近来还发现维生素E可抑制眼睛晶状体内的过氧化脂反应,使末梢血管扩张,改善血液循环,预防近视眼发生和发展。
维生素E在人体内贮存的时间比较短,一天摄取量的60%-70%将随着排泄物排出体外,所以只依靠日常饮食所摄入的维生素E量往往不足。
针对以上问题,现有技术中公开号为CN 101156862 B的发明专利公开了一种卵磷脂维生素E咀嚼片剂,含有卵磷脂、维生素E、稀释剂、润滑剂和助流剂,其中稀释剂在制剂中的含量为30-60%,助流剂和润滑剂的含量合计为1-8%,以重量百分比计,其中稀释剂由水溶性稀释剂和水不洛性稀释剂组成,水溶性稀释剂选自甘露醇、山梨醇、木糖醇、乳糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖或它们的混合物;水不溶性稀释剂为微晶纤维素和淀粉的混合物,此发明的卵磷脂维生素E咀嚼片剂,虽然含有维生素E,但是口感不佳,不易被人们接受。
又如公开号为CN 101697810 A的发明专利公开了一种保健食品维生素C维生素E片及其生产方法,它是咀嚼片,由维生素C、维生素E、山梨醇、甘露醇、乳糖、柠檬酸、羟丙基甲基纤维素、二氧化硅、香精、硬脂酸镁、麦芽糊精、阿斯巴甜、铝色淀、薄膜包衣料等原料按重量份配比组成。制备方法是:原料按重量份配比经粉碎、过筛、称取、混合、压片、包衣而成。此发明的保健食品维生素C维生素E片,虽然可以补充少量的维生素E,但是所需原料较多,且制备工艺复杂,生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种维生素E咀嚼片及其制作工艺,以解决现有技术中导致的很少有专门的维生素E咀嚼片,且现有的维生素E咀嚼片往往口感不佳,很难食用以及吸收低,生产成本高等上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种维生素E咀嚼片,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:维生素E:4-10份,硬脂酸锌:1-3份,山梨糖醇:0.4-0.8份,橘子香精:1-3份,玉米淀粉:3-7份,奶粉:6-12份。
优选的,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:维生素E:7份,硬脂酸锌:2份,山梨糖醇:0.6份,橘子香精:2份,玉米淀粉:5份,奶粉:9份。
优选的,所述橘子香精中添加有橘子油和麦芽糊精。
优选的,所述奶粉为羊奶粉。
一种维生素E咀嚼片的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料粉碎过筛:用粉碎机将各种原料分别粉碎,然后用80-100目筛子过筛;
(2)称重、混料:将粉碎的原料按照重量份分别称取,然后混合均匀;
(3)制粒:用浓度为50%的食品级乙醇作粘合剂,搅拌0.5-1h,然后置烘箱内,在50-60℃的环境下干燥,整粒;
(4)将步骤(3)中制得的颗粒压片、内包装和外包装。
优选的,所述步骤(3)干燥至水分降至5%以内时,停止干燥。
各成分营养作用分析:
一、维生素E
使男子精子活力和数量增加,使女子雌性激素浓度增高,提高生育能力,预防流产,还可用于防治男性不育症、烧伤、冻伤、毛细血管出血、更年期综合症、美容等方面。近来还发现维生素E可抑制眼睛晶状体内的过氧化脂反应,使末梢血管扩张,改善血液循环,预防近视眼发生和发展。二、硬脂酸锌
用于该维生素E咀嚼片的润滑剂,稳定性好。
三、山梨糖醇
具有良好的吸湿、保湿性,可防止食物的干裂、老化,延长食品货架期限,山梨醇甜度低于蔗糖,作为原料特别适合糖尿症、肝病、胆囊炎、肥胖人群作为食品的甜味剂和营养剂,在人体的代谢过程中不刺激胰岛素的分泌。
四、玉米淀粉和橘子香精
玉米淀粉作为稀释剂,用来填充片剂的重量或体积,以便于制剂成型和分剂量,从而便于压片;玉米淀粉性质非常稳定,与其他成分不起作用,价格也比较便宜,吸湿性小、外观色泽好。
橘子香精中含有橘子油和麦芽糊精,麦芽糖糊精作为粘合剂和填充剂,具有粘性大、增稠性强、溶解性好、吸潮性低、无异味、甜度低,人体易于消化吸收、低热、低脂肪等特点,是食品工业中良好的基础原料,可提高产品的溶解性能,改善口感和风味,防止产品潮解。
五、羊奶
羊奶中含有独特的EGF生长因子,EGF生长因子能快速修补老化的皮肤细胞,增强皮肤的自我修护能力,使肌肤健康白皙光嫩;羊奶中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)丰富,它是体内主要的自由基清除剂,具有护肤消炎抗衰老的作用;羊乳中维生素C、维生素E,镁非常丰富,维生素C能促进胶原蛋白的合成,使肌肤光嫩有弹性,镁也是缓解压力不可缺少的物质,维生素E可阻止体内不饱和脂肪酸的氧化。
本发明的有益效果:基于以上原料的组合,各个营养成份相辅相成,维生素E的补充使男子精子活力和数量增加,使女子雌性激素浓度增高,提高生育能力,预防流产,特别适合备孕人群食用,且还具有改善血液循环、美容等功效,山梨糖醇具有良好的吸湿、保湿性,可防止食物的干裂、老化,延长食品货架期限,同时可起到甜味剂的作用;添加玉米淀粉用来填充片剂的重量或体积,以便于制剂成型和分剂量,从而便于压片,橘子香精中含有橘子油和麦芽糊精,改善口感和风味,使得口感佳,易于被人们食用,奶粉,尤其是羊奶,含有独特的EGF生长因子,EGF生长因子能快速修补老化的皮肤细胞,增强皮肤的自我修护能力,具有美容效果;该工艺简单易行,所需原料少,且价格低廉,产品性能稳定,生产成本低,效率高。

下面通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
实施例1:
一种维生素E咀嚼片,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:维生素E:4份,硬脂酸锌:1份,山梨糖醇:0.8份,橘子香精:3份,玉米淀粉:3份,羊奶粉:6份。
本实施例中,所述橘子香精中添加有橘子油和麦芽糊精。
一种维生素E咀嚼片的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料粉碎过筛:用粉碎机将各种原料分别粉碎,然后用80目筛子过筛;
(2)称重、混料:将粉碎的原料按照重量份分别称取,然后混合均匀;
(3)制粒:用浓度为50%的食品级乙醇作粘合剂,搅拌1h,然后置烘箱内,在50℃的环境下干燥,干燥至水分降至5%以内时,停止干燥,整粒;
(4)将步骤(3)中制得的颗粒压片、内包装和外包装。
实施例2:
一种维生素E咀嚼片,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:维生素E:7份,硬脂酸锌:2份,山梨糖醇:0.6份,橘子香精:2份,玉米淀粉:5份,羊奶粉:9份。
本实施例中,所述橘子香精中添加有橘子油和麦芽糊精。

(4)将步骤(3)中制得的颗粒压片、内包装和外包装。
实施例3:
一种维生素E咀嚼片,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:维生素E:10份,硬脂酸锌:3份,山梨糖醇:0.4份,橘子香精:1份,玉米淀粉:7份,羊奶粉:12份。
本实施例中,所述橘子香精中添加有橘子油和麦芽糊精。
一种维生素E咀嚼片的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料粉碎过筛:用粉碎机将各种原料分别粉碎,然后用100目筛子过筛;
(2)称重、混料:将粉碎的原料按照重量份分别称取,然后混合均匀;
(3)制粒:用浓度为50%的食品级乙醇作粘合剂,搅拌1h,然后置烘箱内,在60℃的环境下干燥,干燥至水分降至5%以内时,停止干燥,整粒;
(4)将步骤(3)中制得的颗粒压片、内包装和外包装。
本发明的食用效果:
1、张X,男,31岁,淘宝客服。有溶血性贫血症状,经检查发现定为缺维生素E现象。经服用所述缺维生素E咀嚼片,每天3600mg,4个月后,症状明显改善。
2、李X,女,27岁,企业职员,出现流产迹象,经检查发现定为缺维生素E现象。经服用所述缺维生素E咀嚼片,每日2000mg,2个星期后有所好转。
3、谭XX,女,28岁,个体户,皮肤变的很粗糙,经医院检查发现定为缺维生素E现象。经食用所述缺维生素E咀嚼片,每日1600mg,3个月后皮肤明显改善。
4、徐XX,女,39岁,个体户,躁动不安,皮肤干燥,近来更甚。经人介绍服用所述缺维生素E咀嚼片,每天1800mg,3个月后,症状明显改善。
5、贾X,男,16岁,学生,近期发现眼睛视力明显下降,经检查医生建议其避免劳累熬夜,同时服用所述缺维生素E咀嚼片,每天1200mg,4个月后,视力有所恢复。
另外,给50名志愿者实施例2制备的维生素E咀嚼片,将口感分为佳、良好、一般以及差四个等级,进行评价。结果,反应口感佳者占50%,反应口感良好者占40%,口感一般者占10%,无反应口感差者。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种维生素E咀嚼片,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制备而成:维生素E:4-10份,硬脂酸锌:1-3份,山梨糖醇:0.4-0.8份,橘子香精:1-3份,玉米淀粉:3-7份,奶粉:6-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的维生素E咀嚼片,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制备而成:维生素E:7份,硬脂酸锌:2份,山梨糖醇:0.6份,橘子香精:2份,玉米淀粉:5份,奶粉:9份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的维生素E咀嚼片,其特征在于:所述橘子香精中添加有橘子油和麦芽糊精。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的维生素E咀嚼片,其特征在于:所述奶粉为羊奶粉。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的维生素E咀嚼片的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)原料粉碎过筛:用粉碎机将各种原料分别粉碎,然后用80-100目筛子过筛;
(2)称重、混料:将粉碎的原料按照重量份分别称取,然后混合均匀;
(3)制粒:用浓度为50%的食品级乙醇作粘合剂,搅拌0.5-1h,然后置烘箱内,在50-60℃的环境下干燥,整粒;
(4)将步骤(3)中制得的颗粒压片、内包装和外包装。
6.根据权利要求5所述的维生素E咀嚼片的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)干燥至水分降至5%以内时,停止干燥。
