本发明公开了一种尼龙面料染色配方,其特征是,其原料组成为:脂酸钠6‑10份;甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2‑3份;硬脂酸锌2‑3份;乙酸乙烯酯6‑9份;甘油三酯3‑5份;邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2‑4份;过硫酸钠1‑2份;乙醇2‑3份;硫代双乙醇12‑15份;苯乙烯2‑3份;羧甲基纤维素钠11‑13份;AES伴侣增稠剂2‑4份;丙二醇0.2‑0.5份;匀染剂1‑5份;固色剂2‑4份;乙酸钠2‑5份;蒸馏水100‑110份;上述份数均为质量份数。本发明一种染色均匀、上色容易,不易褪色,色彩鲜亮的尼龙面料染色配方。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种染色剂,尤其是一种用于面料的染色剂。
背景技术
纺织材料用染浴处理,使染料和纤维发生化学或物理化学结合,或在纤维上生成不溶性有色物质的工艺过程。染料应在纤维上有一定的耐水洗、晒、摩擦等性能,这种性能称为染色牢度,对不同类的纤维可选用染色牢度基本一致的染料。化学性质相异或互相干扰的染料,可先后分浴对不同纤维进行染色,染色性能基本一致的可同浴染色。尼龙是聚酰胺纤维的一种说法,可制成长纤或短纤。尼龙 6 为聚己内酰胺,而尼龙 66 为聚己二酰己二胺。理论上说,硬度越高,纤维的脆性越大, 从而越容易断裂。常规的染色方法不易上色且容易褪色。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种染色均匀、上色容易,不易褪色,色彩鲜亮的尼龙面料染色配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种尼龙面料染色配方,其特征是,其特征在于,其原料组成为:
脂酸钠6-10份;
甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2-3份;
硬脂酸锌 2-3 份;
乙酸乙烯酯6-9份;
甘油三酯3-5份;
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 2-4份;
过硫酸钠1-2份;
乙醇2-3份;
硫代双乙醇12-15份;
苯乙烯 2-3 份;
羧甲基纤维素钠11-13份;
AES伴侣增稠剂2-4份;
丙二醇 0.2-0.5 份;
匀染剂1-5份;
固色剂2-4份;
乙酸钠 2-5份;
蒸馏水 100-110 份;
上述份数均为质量份数。

本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明尼龙面料的皂洗牢 度为 4-5 级,染色剂结合牢固,染出的面料颜色均匀,无色差,而且色彩鲜亮,不易掉色,用的时间长于传统染料,增加了面料的使用寿命。

脂酸钠6-10份;
