本发明是一种尼龙面料染色配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:脂酸钠1‑5%,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯1‑5%,硬脂酸锌2‑4%,乙酸乙烯酯5‑13%,甘油三酯15‑20%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯8‑10%,过硫酸钠5‑7%,通过本方法制备的产品,染色均匀、上色容易,不易褪色,色彩鲜亮的尼龙面料染色配方。

本发明公开了一种尼龙面料染色配方。
背景技术
纺织材料用染浴处理,使染料和纤维发生化学或物理化学结合,或在纤维上生成不溶性有色物质的工艺过程,染料应在纤维上有一定的耐水洗、晒、摩擦等性能,这种性能称为染色牢度,对不同类的纤维可选用染色牢度基本一致的染料,化学性质相异或互相干扰的染料,可先后分浴对不同纤维进行染色,染色性能基本一致的可同浴染色,尼龙是聚酰胺纤维的一种说法,可制成长纤或短纤,尼龙6为聚己内酰胺,而尼龙66为聚己二酰己二胺,理论上说,硬度越高,纤维的脆性越大,从而越容易断裂,常规的染色方法不易上色且容易褪色。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种尼龙面料染色配方,染色均匀、上色容易,不易褪色,色彩鲜亮的尼龙面料染色配方。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种尼龙面料染色配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:脂酸钠1-5%,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯1-5%,硬脂酸锌2-4%,乙酸乙烯酯5-13%,甘油三酯15-20%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯8-10%,过硫酸钠5-7%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,染色均匀、上色容易,不易褪色,色彩鲜亮的尼龙面料染色配方。

一种尼龙面料染色配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1%脂酸钠,1%甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,2%硬脂酸锌,5%乙酸乙烯酯,15%甘油三酯,8%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,5%过硫酸钠,此时尼龙面料染色配方染色均匀,但是较容易褪色。
实施例2
一种尼龙面料染色配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:5%脂酸钠,5%甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,4%硬脂酸锌,13%乙酸乙烯酯,20%甘油三酯,10%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,7%过硫酸钠,此时尼龙面料染色配方提高了不易褪色的效果,但是染色不够均匀。
实施例3
一种尼龙面料染色配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:3%脂酸钠,3%甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,3%硬脂酸锌,9%乙酸乙烯酯,17%甘油三酯,9%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,6%过硫酸钠,此时尼龙面料染色配方染色均匀、上色容易,不易褪色。

1.一种尼龙面料染色配方,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:脂酸钠1-5%,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯1-5%,硬脂酸锌2-4%,乙酸乙烯酯5-13%,甘油三酯15-20%,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯8-10%,过硫酸钠5-7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尼龙面料染色配方,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1%脂酸钠,1%甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯,2%硬脂酸锌,5%乙酸乙烯酯,15%甘油三酯,8%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,5%过硫酸钠。
