Background
Fatigue is a comprehensive physiological process involving many physiological and biochemical factors, and is a normal physiological phenomenon that occurs when mental or physical activities of a human body reach a certain stage. It not only marks the temporary decline of the original working capacity of the body, but also may be a forebodier of the body developing into an injury state, and has a certain self-protection function. Chronic fatigue syndrome is a sub-health state between disease and health, and although not yet a disease, chronic fatigue and chronic fatigue lead to overstrain and illness. Nervous system disorder caused by long-term fatigue can cause various discomforts of heart, cerebral vessels, digestive system and the like in vivo, thereby causing diseases such as insomnia, dyspepsia, hypertension and the like. The specific causes and related factors of chronic fatigue syndrome are as follows: excessive exertion of mental and physical strength. ② tense interpersonal relationship, mental stimulation and psychological stress. And malnutrition caused by insufficient sleep and unreasonable diet. Fourthly, bad living habits such as excessive smoking and drinking. Environmental factors such as pollution, noise, sealing and the like.
Sub-health status is on the rise in many countries. More than about 70% of the world's population is sub-healthy as reported by the WHO. The data show that 600 million people in the United states are in sub-health status each year, with ages of 20-45 years, and that 14% of adult men and 20% of women exhibit significant fatigue, with 1/8 developing chronic fatigue syndrome. The age of onset of children is 13-15 years, but children of lower age are also attacked. According to the survey results published by the international traditional medicine and health research institute of the Chinese health-care science society, the urban survey of more than one million people in the prefecture of the national institute of the United states and the national institute of Jurison shows that the sub-health rate of Beijing is 75.31%, the sub-health rate of Shanghai is 73.49%, the sub-health rate of Guangdong is 73.41%, the sub-health rates of the three areas are obviously higher than those of other areas, and Beijing is the top place. With the increasing of social competition, the increasing of various pressures, the change of living habits and the more serious environmental pollution, the proportion of sub-health population is continuously expanded in the region distribution and the age range. Research finds that about 70% of people are in a transition state between health and illness, namely a sub-health state (the result is also close to the estimation of the World Health Organization (WHO) on the current state of global human health), the sub-health condition is more serious in some special people in China, almost reaches 90%, and according to 2.3 ten thousand people survey, the slight cardiac disorder of 18-40 years is in a slow rising trend along with the growth of age. By over 40 years of age, the proportion of potential clinical states is rapidly rising. The potential clinical status is obviously increased before and after the age of 55. Most people over age 65 are in a physiologically aging state even if no definite lesions are present, the latter being considered as a particular type of sub-health manifestation: this tells us that sub-health becomes evident after middle age and the pace toward disease is rapidly accelerated.
With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, people pay more and more attention to health, and the traditional passive treatment with diseases is changed into active prevention without diseases, so more and more people hope to improve self functions by timely supplementing some targeted health care products so as to achieve the aim of obtaining healthy bodies. Although 856 of the ten thousand health foods approved by the state currently exist, 22 imported health foods have the function of relieving physical fatigue. However, the health-care food lacks of a product which has good effect, quick response, easy carrying and easy eating.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example 1
A pseudo-ginseng health wine is prepared by the following steps:
s1, pretreatment of raw materials.
The raw materials comprise: notoginseng, rhodiola root and wolfberry fruit. The pretreatment method comprises the following steps: cleaning and removing impurities from Notoginseng radix, radix Rhodiolae, and fructus Lycii, and weighing.
S2, preparing a raw material extracting solution.
The method for preparing the raw material extracting solution in the step S2 includes: firstly, putting pseudo-ginseng, rhodiola rosea and medlar into ethanol, carrying out first reflux extraction for 3 hours at 90 ℃, and separating to obtain a first extracting solution and residues. Then, ethanol was added to the residue, and the mixture was subjected to a second reflux extraction at 90 ℃ for 3 hours, followed by separation to obtain a second extract. And finally, combining the first extracting solution and the second extracting solution to obtain the raw material extracting solution. The ethanol used in the first reflux extraction and the second reflux extraction is 70 percent V/V ethanol. The dosage of the ethanol for the first reflux extraction is 8 times of the total mass of the pseudo-ginseng, the rhodiola rosea and the medlar. The amount of ethanol used in the second reflux extraction was 8 times the total mass of the residue.
The applicant finds that the raw materials are generally extracted at one time and then blended with the wine body in the prior art, however, the extraction efficiency is poor due to the influence of the reduction of the content of the active substances of the extract at the later stage of extraction caused by the high concentration of the extract in the prior art, so that the extraction usually needs a long time, and the extraction of the active ingredients is incomplete. By adopting the extraction method, on one hand, the total time required by extraction can be reduced, and on the other hand, the effective components in the raw materials can be completely extracted.
S3, concentrating the raw material extracting solution.
And (3) subjecting the raw material extracting solution prepared in the step (S2) to a relative vacuum degree at 50 ℃: concentrating under-0.07 MPa to relative density of 1.2 to obtain concentrated solution and recovering the evaporated solution. And adding purified water into the recovered evaporated solution to prepare ethanol in step S2, and performing the extraction in step S2. The concentration operation is beneficial to the blending work of the mixed wine body in the later period. In the prior art, the extracting solution is generally directly mixed with the wine body, and then the ethanol content of the extracting solution subjected to reflux operation may be subjected to uncertain change, so that the quality of a later-stage blended product is unstable. In addition, the concentrated evaporation solution is a high-concentration ethanol solution, and can be recycled after configuration, so that the total usage amount of ethanol is reduced.
And S4, preparing the health care wine.
Firstly, the concentrated solution prepared in the step S3 is added into the sorghum liquor with the alcoholic strength of 46% V/V until the alcoholic strength of the mixed liquor body is 32% V/V, and the mixed liquor is obtained. Then, the mixed wine was allowed to stand at room temperature and pressure for 48 hours. And finally filtering the liquor body after standing treatment by a 300-mesh filter screen to obtain the health-care liquor. The applicant finds that compared with other basic wines such as corn wine, rice wine and the like, the sorghum wine contains effective substances which can generate synergistic effect with the raw materials adopted by the invention, so that the effect of the health wine is further improved.
And S5, post-processing of products.
Filling the health wine into bottles, and warehousing and storing after rechecking. The adopted bottle to be filled needs to be pretreated before wine filling: first, the bottle body and the cap/stopper are washed with drinking water, respectively. Then the bottle body is cleaned by ozone water and then cleaned by purified water. Soaking the bottle cap/stopper with 73% V/V ethanol for 30 min. And finally, drying the cleaned bottle body and the soaked bottle cap/plug until no water is attached to the surface of the bottle body and the soaked bottle cap/plug to obtain the treated bottle body to be filled and the bottle cap/plug corresponding to the bottle body. This operation can obtain the bottle after the disinfection treatment, avoids the bottle just to receive microbial contamination before the filling, can obviously promote the save time of the wine body after this handles.
