本发明公开了一种改良型PVC木塑地板,原料包括PVC树脂粉、木粉、碳酸钙、PVC复合稳定剂、偶联剂、ACR树脂、AC发泡剂、发泡调和剂、硬脂酸和环氧大豆油,所述原料中组分的重量百分比分别为:PVC树脂粉55‑65%、木粉20‑28%、碳酸钙7‑11%、PVC复合稳定剂1‑3%、偶联剂0.1‑0.5%、ACR树脂0.5‑1.5%、AC发泡剂0.2‑1.5%、发泡调和剂0.1‑0.5%、硬脂酸0.05‑0.2%和环氧大豆油1‑5%。本发明通过改变原料配方,原料包括PVC树脂粉、木粉、碳酸钙、PVC复合稳定剂、偶联剂、ACR树脂、AC发泡剂、发泡调和剂、硬脂酸和环氧大豆油,按设定的原料质量百分比,经搅拌混合,由挤出设备挤出成型板材,板材具有质地均匀,成型后表面光滑,内部无气孔,结构高度高,不易破损的特点,且整体功能完善,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板,尤其涉及一种改良型PVC木塑地板。
背景技术
木塑地板是一种新型环保型木塑复合材料产品,在生产中、高密度纤维板过程中所产生的木酚,加入再生塑料经过造粒设备做成木塑复合材料,然后进行挤出生产组做成木塑地板。木塑户外地板主要材料为PE和木粉或者竹粉,经过加入助剂,高速混合后,进行造粒,再使用挤出机将粒料挤出成型材。
但现有的这类木塑地板,成型后表面不光滑,内部存在气孔,结构强度不足,易破损,整体效果不佳。据此,本发明提出了一种改良型PVC木塑地板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种改良型PVC木塑地板,该木塑地板具有质地均匀,成型后表面光滑,内部无气孔,结构高度高,不易破损的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明所涉及的一种改良型PVC木塑地板,原料包括PVC树脂粉、木粉、碳酸钙、PVC复合稳定剂、偶联剂、ACR树脂、AC发泡剂、发泡调和剂、硬脂酸和环氧大豆油。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述原料中组分的重量百分比分别为:PVC树脂粉 55-65%、木粉 20-28%、碳酸钙 7-11%、PVC复合稳定剂 1-3%、偶联剂 0.1-0.5%、ACR树脂0.5-1.5%、AC发泡剂 0.2-1.5%、发泡调和剂 0.1-0.5%、硬脂酸 0.05-0.2%和环氧大豆油 1-5%。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述原料中组分的重量百分比分别为:PVC树脂粉60%、木粉 24%、碳酸钙 9%、PVC复合稳定剂 2%、偶联剂 0.3%、ACR树脂 1%、AC发泡剂 0.8%、发泡调和剂 0.3%、硬脂酸 0.1%和环氧大豆油 2.5%。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述PVC树脂粉选用的聚合度为700以上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述碳酸钙为经过表面处理的轻质活性碳酸钙,且细度为800目以上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所涉及的一种改良型PVC木塑地板,通过改变原料配方,原料包括PVC树脂粉、木粉、碳酸钙、PVC复合稳定剂、偶联剂、ACR树脂、AC发泡剂、发泡调和剂、硬脂酸和环氧大豆油,按设定的原料质量百分比,经搅拌混合,由挤出设备挤出成型板材,板材具有质地均匀,成型后表面光滑,内部无气孔,结构高度高,不易破损的特点,且整体功能完善,实用性强。

在本发明中,一种改良型PVC木塑地板,原料包括PVC树脂粉、木粉、碳酸钙、PVC复合稳定剂、偶联剂、ACR树脂、AC发泡剂、发泡调和剂、硬脂酸和环氧大豆油,通过各组分按配方质量百分比混合并搅拌,并由成型用的挤出机挤出木塑地板原型,所述PVC树脂粉选用的聚合度为700以上,所述碳酸钙为经过表面处理的轻质活性碳酸钙,且细度为800目以上,使得混合后的原料更加均匀,质地良好,加工出来的木塑地板表面光滑,粗糙度低。
实施例1:
一种改良型PVC木塑地板,原料及重量分数为:PVC树脂粉 56%、木粉 28%、碳酸钙 9%、PVC复合稳定剂 2%、偶联剂 0.3%、ACR树脂 1%、AC发泡剂 0.8%、发泡调和剂 0.3%、硬脂酸0.1%和环氧大豆油 2.5%。
实施例2:
一种改良型PVC木塑地板,原料及重量分数为:PVC树脂粉 64%、木粉 20%、碳酸钙 9%、PVC复合稳定剂 2%、偶联剂 0.3%、ACR树脂 1%、AC发泡剂 0.8%、发泡调和剂 0.3%、硬脂酸0.1%和环氧大豆油 2.5%。
实施例3:
一种改良型PVC木塑地板,原料及重量分数为:PVC树脂粉 60%、木粉 24%、碳酸钙 9%、PVC复合稳定剂 2%、偶联剂 0.3%、ACR树脂 1%、AC发泡剂 0.8%、发泡调和剂 0.3%、硬脂酸0.1%和环氧大豆油 2.5%。

1.一种改良型PVC木塑地板,其特征在于:原料包括PVC树脂粉、木粉、碳酸钙、PVC复合稳定剂、偶联剂、ACR树脂、AC发泡剂、发泡调和剂、硬脂酸和环氧大豆油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改良型PVC木塑地板,其特征在于:所述原料中组分的重量百分比分别为:PVC树脂粉 55-65%、木粉 20-28%、碳酸钙 7-11%、PVC复合稳定剂 1-3%、偶联剂 0.1-0.5%、ACR树脂0.5-1.5%、AC发泡剂 0.2-1.5%、发泡调和剂 0.1-0.5%、硬脂酸0.05-0.2%和环氧大豆油 1-5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改良型PVC木塑地板,其特征在于:所述原料中组分的重量百分比分别为:PVC树脂粉 60%、木粉 24%、碳酸钙 9%、PVC复合稳定剂 2%、偶联剂 0.3%、ACR树脂 1%、AC发泡剂 0.8%、发泡调和剂 0.3%、硬脂酸 0.1%和环氧大豆油 2.5%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的改良型PVC木塑地板,其特征在于:所述PVC树脂粉选用的聚合度为700以上。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的改良型PVC木塑地板,其特征在于:所述碳酸钙为经过表面处理的轻质活性碳酸钙,且细度为800目以上。
