Abstract

本发明属于天线罩设计领域,具体涉及一种用于搜救通信设备的、混杂纤维夹层的天线罩。搜救通信设备从飞机上抛射下来后,若坠落在陆地上,会产生极大的坠撞冲击载荷。本发明的混杂纤维夹层的天线罩,为分层结构,包括内蒙皮、中间的泡沫芯层和外蒙皮,其中外蒙皮和内蒙皮由Kevlar纤维层和玻璃纤维层按照层间混杂的形式构成,且最外层为Kevlar纤维层。可以解决搜救通信设备外部的防护罩强度和电性能矛盾的难题。不仅能够承受高达3500J的坠撞冲击载荷,吸收冲击能量,起到隔振和减振的作用,保护内部定位天线和搜救通信设备不损坏;并且具有良好的电磁透波性能,满足天线的定位功能,减低所搜难度。重量较轻,能够有效减重。

一种混杂纤维夹层的天线罩
技术领域
本发明属于天线罩设计领域,具体涉及一种用于搜救通信设备的、混杂纤维夹层的天线罩。
背景技术
飞机遇险失事后,专业人员可以通过飞行技术参数和通信信息进行事故分析,以上信息通常由特定的航空搜救通信设备记录。为了在失事后便于寻找,搜救通信设备带有定位天线,调查人员用特定的接收机进行搜索,发现信号即可确定位置。搜救通信设备从飞机上抛射下来后,若坠落在陆地上,会产生极大的坠撞冲击载荷。因此,需采取相应的防护措施。
目前一般是在搜救通信设备的外部包裹金属防护层,但金属防护层不仅严重影响天线的定位功能,增加搜索难度,而且金属的刚度大,吸收的能量少,减振作用不明显,此外,金属的密度大,重量较重。
发明内容
本发明提出的混杂纤维夹层的天线罩,可以满足搜救通信设备高空抛射后的强度要求和电磁透波需要。
本发明的混杂纤维夹层的天线罩,天线罩为由内蒙皮、PMI泡沫芯层和外蒙皮组成的夹层结构,其中内蒙皮和外蒙皮都包含Kevlar纤维层和玻璃纤维层,两种纤维采用层间混杂的方式进行铺层。为了满足天线的定位功能,透波性能优良的玻璃纤维层是主体,为了满足强度要求,在内蒙皮的内层和外蒙皮的最外层是Kevlar纤维层,最内层为玻璃纤维层。为了减重、吸能和增强透波性能,在内、外蒙皮中间采用各向同性、密度低的PMI泡沫芯层,PMI是聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺。
本发明混杂纤维夹层的天线罩,可以解决搜救通信设备外部的防护罩强度和电性能矛盾的难题。不仅能够承受高达3500J的坠撞冲击载荷,吸收冲击能量,起到隔振和减振的作用,保护内部定位天线和搜救通信设备不损坏;并且具有良好的电磁透波性能,满足天线的定位功能,减低所搜难度。此外,主体是复合材料,重量较轻,能够有效减重。
本发明可在现有及以后多型天线罩的静力试验中使用。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明天线罩的加工方法进行说明:
首先成型天线罩的内蒙皮,内蒙皮由Kevlar纤维层1和玻璃纤维层2按照层间混杂的形式进行铺层,铺层完成后在热压罐中固化成型;
在内蒙皮的玻璃纤维层2上放置加工好的PMI泡沫芯层3,整体在热压罐中固化成型;
在PMI泡沫芯层3的外表面铺设外蒙皮,外蒙皮由玻璃纤维层4和Kevlar纤维层5按照层间混杂的形式进行铺层,铺层完成后整体在热压罐中固化成型。

Claims (5)

1.一种混杂纤维夹层的天线罩,用于搜救通信设备的天线,其特征在于:该天线罩为分层结构,包括内蒙皮、中间的PMI泡沫芯层(3)和外蒙皮,其中外蒙皮和内蒙皮由Kevlar纤维层(1)和玻璃纤维层(2)按照层间混杂的形式构成,且最外层为Kevlar纤维层(1),最内层为玻璃纤维层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天线罩,其特征在于:所述PMI泡沫芯层(3)各向同性。
3.根据权利要求2所述的天线罩,其特征在于:在铺层完成后将所述内蒙皮置于热压罐中固化成型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的天线罩,其特征在于:在内蒙皮的玻璃纤维层2上放置加工好的PMI泡沫芯层(3),整体在热压罐中固化成型。
5.根据权利要求4所述的天线罩,其特征在于:在PMI泡沫芯层(3)的外表面铺设外蒙皮,整体在热压罐中固化成型。
