背景技术
近几十年来,橡胶材料及其制品得到蓬勃发展,它正迅速代替钢材、金属、水泥及木材、棉等天然聚合物被广泛应用于工业、农业、军事等国民经济的各个部门。作为电缆外层护套材料的橡胶,其大多合成材料属于易燃、可燃材料,而阻燃材料则往往含有很高的卤素,在燃烧过程中可产生大量的有毒气体,造成对环境的危害,对人们的生命安全形成巨大威胁,因此,如何提高合成材料的阻燃性能并降低其燃烧时产生的毒性物质,已成为一个急需解决的问题。

本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种阻燃性好、拉伸强度高、伸长率高、环境友好的新型电缆护套材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种新型电缆护套材料,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:丁腈橡胶50-80份、环氧树脂10-30份、防老剂1-5份、阻燃剂2-3份、增塑剂3-6份、硅藻土6-12份、过氧化二异丙苯3-5份、二氧化钛1-5份、无机填充物6-15份、硼酸锌3-5份、相容剂1-2份、改性聚醚酮6-10份、多聚硫酸铵4-6份、甲基丙烯酸5-10份、空心玻璃微珠6-12份。
进一步的,一种新型电缆护套材料,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:丁腈橡胶50-65份、环氧树脂10-25份、防老剂1-4份、阻燃剂2-3份、增塑剂3-5份、硅藻土6-8份、过氧化二异丙苯3-5份、二氧化钛1-3份、无机填充物6-12份、硼酸锌3-5份、相容剂1-2份、改性聚醚酮6-8份、多聚硫酸铵4-6份、甲基丙烯酸5-8份、空心玻璃微珠6-10份。
