本发明涉及一种复合阻燃地板,按重量份由以下成分制成:聚氯乙烯树脂50‑60份;环氧树脂10‑20份;发泡剂1‑2份;稳定剂1‑2份;阻燃剂10‑20份;轻质碳酸钙1‑10份;硬脂酸1‑10份;碳纤维20‑30份;草粉1‑5份。本发明的优点是:在地板加入了碳纤维,加强了地板的强度和耐磨性能;加入了阻燃剂,使得地板具有阻燃防火的作用,延长了地板的使用寿命;添加了草灰成分,使得地板变得可降解,解决了废弃后污染环境的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制作领域,尤其涉及一种复合阻燃地板。
背景技术
弹性塑胶地板是目前世界建材行业中最新颖的高科技铺地材料。现已在国外装饰工程中普遍采用。自80年代进入国内市场得到大力推广,现在商业(办公楼、商场、机场),教育(学校、图书馆、体育馆),医药(制药厂、医院),工厂等行业广泛使用,且取得满意的效果,使用量日渐增大。塑胶地板通常使用在人群密集的地方,要求耐磨性好,使用寿命才能长,同时对塑胶地板的阻燃性要求很高,否则一旦发生火灾后果不堪设想,但现有技术的塑胶地板的耐磨性阻燃性能还达不到要求。随着国家提倡绿色环保产品,这对塑胶地板同样提出了挑战,以往的有毒有害地板将告别市场,研究一种绿色环保、耐磨阻燃的塑胶地板是人们努力的方向。
因此,需要寻求一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种复合阻燃地板。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种复合阻燃地板,按重量份由以下成分制成:聚氯乙烯树脂50-60份;环氧树脂10-20份;发泡剂1-2份;稳定剂1-2份;阻燃剂10-20份;轻质碳酸钙1-10份;硬脂酸1-10份;碳纤维20-30份;草粉1-5份。
