技术背景
贝壳粉作为一种新型环保材料,具有生产成本低,防静电性能佳,抗菌、抗氧化等优点;它与橡胶结合能够生产出性能较好的产品,是工业的发展方向,具有极好的市场前景。
目前市场上的橡胶制产品性能不能满足要求,在长期的热和辐射作用下,材料劣化明显,需要进一步提高耐磨性、耐热性、阻燃性。

一种环保阻燃贝壳粉橡胶复合材料,其原料按重量份计为:三元乙丙橡胶30~50份、氯丁橡胶30~50份、贝壳粉15~50份、稀土磷酸盐12~18份、三聚磷酸铝10~15份、四氧化三铁6~9份、氧化锆5~7份、阻燃剂60~90份、阻燃协效剂10~15份、促进剂3~6份、硫化剂3~6份、抗氧剂1~4份。
作为优选,其原料按重量份计为:三元乙丙橡胶38份、氯丁橡胶35份、贝壳粉40份、稀土磷酸盐15份、三聚磷酸铝12份、四氧化三铁7份、氧化锆6份、阻燃剂75份、阻燃协效剂12份、促进剂4份、硫化剂4份、抗氧剂2份。
作为优选,所述贝壳粉为贻贝、扇贝、牡蛎壳、河蚬壳、花甲壳中一种或多种磨制而成的贝壳粉。
作为优选,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁复配的阻燃体系,其重量配比为30~50:15~25。
作为优选,所述阻燃协效剂为六苯氧基环三磷腈与三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐的一种或组合。
作为优选,所述促进剂为促进剂TMTM。

所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁复配的阻燃体系,其重量配比为30:25。
所述阻燃协效剂为六苯氧基环三磷腈。

所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁复配的阻燃体系,其重量配比为42:20。
所述阻燃协效剂为六苯氧基环三磷腈与三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐的组合。
