本发明公开了一种增强型阻燃材料,由如下重量份数的原料构成:三氧化二锑:10‑15份,十溴二苯乙烷:10‑20份,玻璃纤维:10‑20份,PA66:80‑100份。本发明所公开的 ABS 复合阻燃材料,具有良好的阻燃性能,而且生产成本较低,适合推广应用。本发明方案的增强型阻燃材料,由不同重量份数的三氧化二锑、十溴二苯乙烷、玻璃纤维和 PA66 混合加工后制成,其阻燃等级高,可达到最高的阻燃等级,具有十分优异的阻燃特性,能很好的满足汽车座椅的防火要求,提高了安全保障。

本发明涉及材料领域,具体涉及一种增强型阻燃材料。
背景技术
阻燃剂主要适用于有阻燃需求的塑料,延迟或防止塑料尤其是高分子类塑料的燃烧,使其点燃时间增长,点燃自熄,难以点燃。现有的阻燃剂目前主要有无机和有机,卤素和无卤四种类型,但是随着生产水平的日益提高,人们对安全措施的要求也越来越高,从而对阻燃等级的需要也越来越高,其中汽车座椅是一个对防火要求特别高的地方,而现有的阻燃剂大部分都是一般的阻燃剂,其阻燃性能差,无法满足人们对汽车座椅的防火高要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种阻燃性能好,适用于汽车座椅的增强型阻燃材料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种增强型阻燃材料,由如下重量份数的原料构成:三氧化二锑:10-15份,十溴二苯乙烷:10-20份,玻璃纤维:10-20份,PA66:80-100份。
具体的说,包括如下重量含量的成分:三氧化二锑:12.5份,十溴二苯乙烷:15份,玻璃纤维:15份,PA66:90份。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明方案的增强型阻燃材料,由不同重量份数的三氧化二锑、十溴二苯乙烷、玻璃纤维和 PA66 混合加工后制成,其阻燃等级高,可达到最高的阻燃等级,具有十分优异的阻燃特性,能很好的满足汽车座椅的防火要求,提高了安全保障。
