本发明涉及电缆料技术领域,尤其涉及一种电缆料。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,高层建筑、重要建筑的防火越来越引起人们的重视,为提高防火
安全等级,大多会采用阻燃电缆或耐火电缆。为了防止电缆失火,必须要提高电缆料的阻燃性能、降低其燃烧性,减缓燃烧速度,一般是在高分子材料中添加一定的阻燃剂。目前的电缆料大多含有卤,燃烧时释放出大量烟雾和有毒的、腐蚀性的气体,对环境与人体造成严重的伤害。此外架在空中的电缆常常会受到紫外线的侵蚀,使得电缆过早的龟裂,影响电缆的电缆输送。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种电缆料,阻燃性能高,燃烧时低烟,无卤,环保,而且具有抗紫外线功能。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种电缆料,包括以下重量份的原料:
聚乙烯:80-100份,
硬脂酸:4-8份,
氢氧化铝:90-96份,
紫外线吸收剂:2-4份,
偶联剂:1-4 份,
稳定剂:1-15份,
增塑剂: 1-8 份。
进一步地,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
进一步地,所述稳定剂为环保钙锌稳定剂。
进一步地,所述增塑剂为石蜡和/ 或偏苯三酸三辛酯。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,采用无卤阻燃剂,可有效降低烟雾,偶联剂提高了电缆料的加工性能和低烟自熄性能,紫外线吸收剂提高产品抗龟裂性能和使用寿命,本发明组成原料配方合理,阻燃性能高,燃烧时低烟无毒,环保。

一种电缆料,包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯:90份,硬脂酸:6份,氢氧化铝:93份,紫外线吸收剂:3份,硅烷偶联剂:2.5份,环保钙锌稳定剂:8份,偏苯三酸三辛酯增塑剂:4.5 份。

一种电缆料,包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯:100份,硬脂酸:8份,氢氧化铝:96份,紫外线吸收剂:4份,硅烷偶联剂:4份,环保钙锌稳定剂:15份,偏苯三酸三辛酯增塑剂:8 份。
