一种环保的电缆用阻燃填充料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:活性稀释剂缩水甘油醚12-22份,PN-406-12份,丁基橡胶粒子20-32份,聚氯乙烯树脂25-36份,防老剂4-6份,阻燃剂7-13份,PE粉8-11份,增塑剂5-10份,硅烷-PC树脂共聚物12-23份,抗氧化剂4-6份,纳米碳酸钙15-18份,SBS树脂共聚物10-16份,石蜡油2-4份,亚硫酸钠1-3份,硅藻土8-13份,玻璃纤维6-9份,氢氧化镁10-16份,硅土4-10份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明的电缆用阻燃填充料,阻燃效果好,不会产生有毒物质,且具有良好的强度,增强了电缆的强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保的电缆用阻燃填充料。
背景技术
伴随着我国经济的快速发展,电线电缆在我国的基础建设当中起到了很重要的链接作用。在电缆生产过程中,为保证电缆的圆整性,同时避免芯线之间的相互磨擦,需要在芯线之间添加填充材料,PVC阻燃填充条主要是有卤阻燃,在发生火灾时,会产生大量烟雾,产生有毒、带刺激性和腐蚀性的卤化氢气体;烟雾会妨碍救火和人员疏散,卤化氢气体会腐蚀设备,还会危害人体健康。随着人类环保意识的增强,各领域对电线电缆的质量和性能的要求越来越高,应当事故发生燃烧或者因过载及其他情况发生自燃时,会产生大量污染环境的烟尘烟雾,对环境造成较大的污染。因此,对于电缆的填充料需要尽可能减少对于环境的危害,环保的填充料越来越受到欢迎。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种环保的电缆用阻燃填充料,阻燃效果好,不会产生有毒物质,且具有良好的强度,增强了电缆的强度。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种环保的电缆用阻燃填充料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
活性稀释剂缩水甘油醚12-22份,PN-406-12份,丁基橡胶粒子20-32份,聚氯乙烯树脂25-36份,防老剂4-6份,阻燃剂7-13份,PE粉8-11份,增塑剂5-10份,硅烷-PC树脂共聚物12-23份,抗氧化剂4-6份,纳米碳酸钙15-18份,SBS树脂共聚物10-16份,石蜡油2-4份,亚硫酸钠1-3份,硅藻土8-13份,玻璃纤维6-9份,氢氧化镁10-16份,硅土4-10份。

活性稀释剂缩水甘油醚18份,PN-409份,丁基橡胶粒子26份,聚氯乙烯树脂30份,防老剂5份,阻燃剂10份,PE粉9.5份,增塑剂7.5份,硅烷-PC树脂共聚物18份,抗氧化剂5份,纳米碳酸钙16.5份,SBS树脂共聚物13份,石蜡油3份,亚硫酸钠2份,硅藻土11份,玻璃纤维7.5份,氢氧化镁13份,硅土7份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的电缆用阻燃填充料,阻燃效果好,不会产生有毒物质,且具有良好的强度,增强了电缆的强度。

活性稀释剂缩水甘油醚22份,PN-4012份,丁基橡胶粒子32份,聚氯乙烯树脂36份,防老剂6份,阻燃剂13份,PE粉11份,增塑剂10份,硅烷-PC树脂共聚物23份,抗氧化剂6份,纳米碳酸钙18份,SBS树脂共聚物16份,石蜡油4份,亚硫酸钠3份,硅藻土13份,玻璃纤维9份,氢氧化镁16份,硅土10份。
