本发明公开了一种电缆护套专用阻燃剂,由以下重量份的成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂2.5-3.5、三氧化二锑2-6、氯化石蜡0.5-1、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-1.5、三碱式硫酸铅0.08-0.15、硬脂酸钡0.0012-0.003。本发明提供的一种电缆护套专用阻燃剂,本发明为聚氯乙烯塑料专用阻燃剂,采用适当比例的高熔点阻燃添加剂,低软化点的火焰控制剂,以及与电缆料相容较佳的稳定剂,各种成分充分发挥长处,促成电缆护套料中单位氧化锑含量均匀分布,以达到满足不同要求的阻燃效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆护套专用阻燃剂,属于塑料增塑剂技术领域。
背景技术
20世纪70年代,国外首先研制出阻燃电缆护套料,在阻止火灾蔓延方面取得了重大突破。这类电缆护套料主要是采用含有卤素的高分子材料作为基材或是向高分子材料中加入含卤素的阻燃剂来达到抑制火焰蔓延的目的,但是其在燃烧过程中会释放出大量的浓烟和卤化氢气体,卤化氢气体带有毒性容易使人窒息而死,同时有很强的腐蚀作用,大量的浓烟会给火灾现场逃生带来困难,这种“二次灾难”的危险性较直接燃烧的危险性更大。随着技术的进步,一些空间密闭、人员密集的场所对安全性和可靠性的要求越来越高,因此,迫切需要开发低烟、无卤、阻燃性能优异的新一代电缆护套的阻燃剂。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种电缆护套专用阻燃剂。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种电缆护套专用阻燃剂,由以下重量份的成分组成:
聚氯乙烯树脂2.5-3.5、三氧化二锑2-6、氯化石蜡0.5-1、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-1.5、三碱式硫酸铅0.08-0.15、硬脂酸钡0.0012-0.003。
所述聚氯乙烯树脂设置为3。
所述三氧化二锑设置为5。
所述氯化石蜡设置为0.8。
所述邻苯二甲酸二辛酯设置为1.2。
所述三碱式硫酸铅设置为0.1。
所述硬脂酸钡设置为0.0024。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种电缆护套专用阻燃剂,本发明为聚氯乙烯塑料专用阻燃剂,采用适当比例的高熔点阻燃添加剂,低软化点的火焰控制剂,以及与电缆料相容较佳的稳定剂,各种成分充分发挥长处,促成电缆护套料中单位氧化锑含量均匀分布,以达到满足不同要求的阻燃效果。

聚氯乙烯树脂3、三氧化二锑5、氯化石蜡0.8、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1.2、三碱式硫酸铅0.1、硬脂酸钡0.0024。
