本发明涉及一种抗拉型低烟无卤电缆线护套的配方,该配方包括EVA52~68份、氢氧化铝115~135份、PE8~14份、硅酮母料3~8份、氢氧化镁15~28份、黑色母1.5~4份、偶联剂1.5~3.5份、相容剂3~7份。本发明具有机械强度好、成本低廉、制造简单、燃烧后不产生有毒有害物质等优点,提高了电缆线护套料的抗拉强度,防止在电缆线护套的使用中出现断裂、开缝等情况,保障了人们的用电安全,另外,氢氧化镁改善了塑料的阻燃性能,偶联剂提高了塑料的耐磨性,采用的低烟无卤聚乙烯和EVA材料保护了环境和人们的身体健康。

背景技术
电缆在生活中的应用越来越广泛,高层建筑内的电缆的使用也越来越多,人们对电缆线的质量要求也越来越高,电缆线在使用的过程中经常受到牵拉作用,若电缆线护套材料的抗拉性能不好,很容易造成电缆线护套断裂,导致电缆线漏电,危害人们的生命安全,市场上需要一种抗拉强度高,阻燃性能好,燃烧不产生有毒有害物质的低烟无卤环保型电缆线护套材料,以更好地保护人们的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种机械强度好、成本低廉、制造简单、燃烧后不产生有毒有害物质的电缆线护套材料的配方,即一种抗拉型低烟无卤电缆线护套的配方。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种抗拉型低烟无卤电缆线护套的配方,该配方包括EVA、氢氧化铝、PE、硅酮母料、氢氧化镁、黑色母、偶联剂、相容剂,所述各组分质量份数如下:

所述各组分的性能及作用如下:
EVA:即乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,由于在乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物分子链中引入了醋酸乙烯单体,从而降低了高结晶度,提高了柔韧性、抗冲击性、填料相溶性和热密封性能。
氢氧化铝:氢氧化铝作为阻燃剂不仅能阻燃,而且可以防止发烟、不产生滴下物、不产生有毒气体。
PE:即聚乙烯,因聚乙烯无极性,所以具有介电损耗低、介电强度大的电性能优异。
硅酮母料:硅酮母料里硅氧烷含量越高,材料的黏度就越大,用于塑料时越不容易分散。硅氧烷的含量和分子量较高时可做耐磨剂使用。
氢氧化镁:氢氧化镁是一种新型填充型阻燃剂,通过受热分解时释放出结合水,吸收大量的潜热,来降低它所填充的合成材料在火焰中的表面温度,具有抑制聚合物分解和对所产生的可燃气体进行冷却的作用。分解生成的氧化镁又是良好的耐火材料,也能帮助提高合成材料的抗火性能,同时它放出的水蒸气也可作为一种抑烟剂。
黑色母:黑色母是塑胶加工中最常用的一种色母粒,是由高比例的颜料或添加剂与热塑性树脂,经良好分散而成的塑料着色剂,其所选用的树脂对着色剂具有良好润湿和分散作用,并且与被着色材料具有良好的相容性。
偶联剂:在塑料配混中,改善合成树脂与无机填充剂或增强材料的界面性能的一种塑料添加剂。又称表面改性剂。它在塑料加工过程中可降低合成树脂熔体的粘度,改善填充剂的分散度以提高加工性能,进而使制品获得良好的表面质量及机械、热和电性能。
相容剂:相容剂增加两种聚合物的相容性,使之两种聚合物间粘接力增大,形成稳定的结构,使分散相和连续相均匀,即相容化。相容剂之所以能使两种性质不同的聚合物相容化,是因为在其分子中具有分别能与两种聚合物进行物理或化学结合的基团的缘故。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有机械强度好、成本低廉、制造简单、燃烧后不产生有毒有害物质等优点,提高了电缆线护套料的抗拉强度,防止在电缆线护套的使用中出现断裂、开缝等情况,保障了人们的用电安全,另外,氢氧化镁改善了塑料的阻燃性能,偶联剂提高了塑料的耐磨性,采用的低烟无卤聚乙烯和EVA材料保护了环境和人们的身体健康。
