Description

一种低烟阻燃耐低温橡胶电缆护套料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆护套料,尤其是一种低烟阻燃耐低温橡胶电缆护套料,属于电缆技术领域。
背景技术
近年来国内有多家电缆生产企业进行了研发,已生产出耐低温、耐紫外线、耐油、抗扭转的风力发电用电缆,成为企业新的经济增长点。近年来,各行各业都在提倡安全环保,当然电线电缆行业也不例外。在传统风能电缆中,由于具有优良的耐候性、耐臭氧、耐化学药品及耐老化性能,具有良好的耐油性、阻燃性及着色性能、韧性良好(在-30℃仍有柔韧性),与其它高分子材料具有良好的相容性,分解温度较高,国内普遍采用氯化聚乙烯作为风能电缆的护套料,而这种传统电缆护套的缺点也非常明显。
由于氯化聚氯乙烯的含氯量高,燃烧时会释放出高浓度的有毒烟雾,妨碍视线,影响逃生及灭火,甚至直接致人死亡,而且当其用于制备软制品时,由于需要加入大量的增塑剂,失去其阻燃特性,甚至成为易燃材料,有毒有害气体的发生量更为严重,在美国、日本等发达国家已被淘汰。因此,开发绿色环保型风能电缆取代传统电线电缆已成为当务之急。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种低烟阻燃耐低温橡胶电缆护套料。本发明具有柔软性好、耐寒、环保、无卤、低毒、阻燃、燃烧时发烟量低、不产生或少产生腐蚀性气体和有卤素气体、不含铅等重金属、不污染土壤、耐热温度高、废旧电线材料可回收使用等特点。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种低烟阻燃耐低温橡胶电缆护套料,其特征是,包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)25-60份、超细氢氧化镁10~20份、氢氧化铝80~100份、复合阻燃剂10~20份、马来酸酐接枝料10-30份、硅酮母粒1-5份、硬脂酸1-2份、氧化锌4-5份、氧化镁3-5份、促进剂1-2份、润滑剂0.5-2份、碳黑3-5份、癸二酸二辛酯20-25份、改性海泡石2-3份、助剂2-6份、硫化剂3~6份、润滑剂 2~5份。
所述助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:天然橡胶30-40份、轻质碳酸钙5-8份、乙萘酚1-2份、八钼酸铵2-4份、松焦油2-3份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛酯2-3份、二硬脂酸乙二酯1-2份、均苯四酸二酐1-2份、钨酸钠0.3-0.5份、硅烷偶联剂kh560 1-2份。
所述硫化剂为乙氧基化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯。
所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸中的一种或几种。
氢氧化镁是塑料、橡胶制品优良的阻燃剂。在环保方面作为烟道气脱硫剂,可代替烧碱和石灰作为含酸废水的中和剂。亦用作油品添加剂,起到防腐和脱硫作用。另外,还可用于电子行业、医药、砂糖的精制,作保温材料以及制造其他镁盐产品。
癸二酸二辛酯为耐寒性增塑剂,具有增塑效率高、挥发性低、既有优良的耐寒性,又有较好的耐热性、耐光性和电绝缘性。
天然橡胶一般为片状固体,相对密度0.94,折射率1.522,弹性膜量2~4MPa,130~140℃时软化,150~160℃粘软,200℃时开始降解。常温下有较高弹性,略有塑性,低温时结晶硬化。有较好的耐碱性,但不耐强酸。不溶于水、低级酮和醇类,在非极性溶剂如三氯甲烷、四氯化碳等中能溶胀。
本发明护套柔软性好,且具有优良的物理机械性能和阻燃性能,经久耐用,为耐紫外辐射电源线护套的开发奠定了原料基础,且符合UL和欧盟ROHS要求,环保完全,解决了阻燃性能、物理机械性能、环保性能等难以全面达到要求的技术难题,具有巨大的社会效益和经济效益。
本发明克服了传统以氯化聚乙烯材料为护套的风能电缆低温易开裂问题,具有耐低温、耐老化、环保、抗紫外线等优异性能,且满足欧盟ROHS指令要求。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种低烟阻燃耐低温橡胶电缆护套料,包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)25-60份、超细氢氧化镁10~20份、氢氧化铝80~100份、复合阻燃剂10~20份、马来酸酐接枝料10-30份、硅酮母粒1-5份、硬脂酸1-2份、氧化锌4-5份、氧化镁3-5份、促进剂1-2份、润滑剂0.5-2份、碳黑3-5份、癸二酸二辛酯20-25份、改性海泡石2-3份、助剂2-6份、硫化剂3~6份、润滑剂 2~5份。
助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:天然橡胶30-40份、轻质碳酸钙5-8份、乙萘酚1-2份、八钼酸铵2-4份、松焦油2-3份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛酯2-3份、二硬脂酸乙二酯1-2份、均苯四酸二酐1-2份、钨酸钠0.3-0.5份、硅烷偶联剂kh560 1-2份。
硫化剂为乙氧基化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸中的一种或几种。
实施例二
一种低烟阻燃耐低温橡胶电缆护套料,包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)60份、超细氢氧化镁20份、氢氧化铝100份、复合阻燃剂20份、马来酸酐接枝料30份、硅酮母粒5份、硬脂酸2份、氧化锌5份、氧化镁5份、促进剂2份、润滑剂2份、碳黑5份、癸二酸二辛酯25份、改性海泡石3份、助剂6份、硫化剂6份、润滑剂 5份。
助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:天然橡胶40份、轻质碳酸钙8份、乙萘酚2份、八钼酸铵4份、松焦油3份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛酯3份、二硬脂酸乙二酯2份、均苯四酸二酐2份、钨酸钠0.5份、硅烷偶联剂kh560 2份。
硫化剂为乙氧基化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸中的一种或几种。
实施例三
一种低烟阻燃耐低温橡胶电缆护套料,包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)25份、超细氢氧化镁10份、氢氧化铝80份、复合阻燃剂10份、马来酸酐接枝料10份、硅酮母粒5份、硬脂酸2份、氧化锌5份、氧化镁5份、促进剂2份、润滑剂2份、碳黑5份、癸二酸二辛酯25份、改性海泡石3份、助剂6份、硫化剂6份、润滑剂 5份。
助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:天然橡胶40份、轻质碳酸钙8份、乙萘酚2份、八钼酸铵4份、松焦油3份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛酯3份、二硬脂酸乙二酯2份、均苯四酸二酐2份、钨酸钠0.5份、硅烷偶联剂kh560 2份。

1.一种低烟阻燃耐低温橡胶电缆护套料,其特征是,包括以下各组份按重量份制备而成:乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)25-60份、超细氢氧化镁10~20份、氢氧化铝80~100份、复合阻燃剂10~20份、马来酸酐接枝料10-30份、硅酮母粒1-5份、硬脂酸1-2份、氧化锌4-5份、氧化镁3-5份、促进剂1-2份、润滑剂0.5-2份、碳黑3-5份、癸二酸二辛酯20-25份、改性海泡石2-3份、助剂2-6份、硫化剂3~6份、润滑剂 2~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低烟阻燃耐低温橡胶电缆护套料,其特征是,所述助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:天然橡胶30-40份、轻质碳酸钙5-8份、乙萘酚1-2份、八钼酸铵2-4份、松焦油2-3份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛酯2-3份、二硬脂酸乙二酯1-2份、均苯四酸二酐1-2份、钨酸钠0.3-0.5份、硅烷偶联剂kh560 1-2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低烟阻燃耐低温橡胶电缆护套料,其特征是,所述硫化剂为乙氧基化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低烟阻燃耐低温橡胶电缆护套料,其特征是,所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸中的一种或几种。
