本发明涉及一种汽车尾气处理领域,尤其涉及一种汽车尾气处理装置。
背景技术
随着近年来城镇化工业化的加速越来越严重,天气雾霾明显,能见度降低,空气污染中汽车尾气污染占有很大部分,要治理好当前的空气污染状况,必须从源头上着手,需要将汽车排出的尾气进行处理。现有一些处理技术采用吸附装置,而吸附装置存在易堵塞的缺点;还有采用直接燃烧方法处理汽车尾气,其存在爆炸的危险,使用不安全。所以需要一种具有实用性、安全性的汽车尾气净化装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种汽车尾气处理装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括发动机排气管、二氧化碳吸收器和沉淀反应器,所述二氧化碳反应器为圆盘状,二氧化碳反应器的两面分别开设有进气孔和出气孔,所述二氧化碳吸收器内设有一圈以二氧化碳吸收器的圆心为中心、由内向外辐射的螺旋壁;所述进气孔位于二氧化碳吸收器的中心处,出气孔位于螺旋壁最外圈的尽头处;所述进气孔连接发动机排气管,出气孔连接沉淀反应器;所述螺旋壁的正反面设有二氧化碳吸收层;
所述二氧化碳吸收器的出气孔通过管道连接至沉淀反应器,所述沉淀反应器包括依次串联布置的固体微粒过滤器、加热装置和雾化沉淀装置,加热装置内设置有氧气发生器,所述雾化沉淀装置的顶部设置有沉淀液加注器,沉淀液加注器内的沉淀液供应给雾化沉淀装置的雾化喷头;所述固体微粒过滤器的进气口通过管道与二氧化碳吸收器的出气孔连接;

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、尾气由进气孔进入二氧化碳吸收器,受螺旋壁的限制,只能从螺旋壁的内圈逐圈绕转到最外圈,再从出气孔排出;在此过程中,由于气流的连续旋转,使气流具有持久而显著的离心力,而由于气流中主要包含水蒸气和二氧化碳(三元催化器处理后的产物),二氧化碳分子量明显大于水蒸气,故而二氧化碳在离心力作用下与水蒸气形成分层,并压向螺旋壁,使其充分与螺旋壁上的二氧化碳吸收层接触,提高二氧化碳吸收层的吸收效率。
2、通过集成在壳体内的两级过滤机构和一级氧化机构来彻底清除尾气中的有毒有害物质,最终排放的气体仅仅剩下无害的N2;沉淀反应器结构简单,成本低廉,集成后为一个整体设备,既可用于整车出厂装备,也可由用户自行独立购买加装,使用非常方便。
3、发动机排气管连接有支管,支管的两端分别与发动机排气管连接;支管盘旋缠绕在汽车的水箱上,利用汽车发动机排出的高温尾气对水箱加热,加快水箱内的水升温,使汽车提前进入最佳状态。

参照图1-2,一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括发动机排气管1、二氧化碳吸收器7和沉淀反应器,所述二氧化碳反应器为圆盘状,二氧化碳反应器的两面分别开设有进气孔15和出气孔16,所述二氧化碳吸收器7内设有一圈以二氧化碳吸收器7的圆心为中心、由内向外辐射的螺旋壁17。所述进气孔15位于二氧化碳吸收器7的中心处,出气孔16位于螺旋壁17最外圈的尽头处;所述进气孔15连接发动机排气管1,出气孔16连接沉淀反应器。所述螺旋壁17的正反面设有二氧化碳吸收层。尾气由进气孔15进入二氧化碳吸收器7,受螺旋壁17的限制,只能从螺旋壁17的内圈逐圈绕转到最外圈,再从出气孔16排出;在此过程中,由于气流的连续旋转,使气流具有持久而显著的离心力,而由于气流中主要包含水蒸气和二氧化碳(三元催化器处理后的产物),二氧化碳分子量明显大于水蒸气,故而二氧化碳在离心力作用下与水蒸气形成分层,并压向螺旋壁17,使其充分与螺旋壁17上的二氧化碳吸收层接触,提高二氧化碳吸收层的吸收效率。

所述固体微粒过滤器14、加热装置9和雾化沉淀装置11都固定安装在壳体内,使本装置成为一个整车部件,便于安装。
所述沉淀液加注器10内的溶液为Ca(OH)2或 NaOH。

Claims (8)

1.一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括发动机排气管、二氧化碳吸收器和沉淀反应器,其特征在于,所述二氧化碳反应器为圆盘状,二氧化碳反应器的两面分别开设有进气孔和出气孔,所述二氧化碳吸收器内设有一圈以二氧化碳吸收器的圆心为中心、由内向外辐射的螺旋壁;所述进气孔位于二氧化碳吸收器的中心处,出气孔位于螺旋壁最外圈的尽头处;所述进气孔连接发动机排气管,出气孔连接沉淀反应器;所述螺旋壁的正反面设有二氧化碳吸收层;
所述二氧化碳吸收器的出气孔通过管道连接至沉淀反应器,所述沉淀反应器包括依次串联布置的固体微粒过滤器、加热装置和雾化沉淀装置,加热装置内设置有氧气发生器,所述雾化沉淀装置的顶部设置有沉淀液加注器,沉淀液加注器内的沉淀液供应给雾化沉淀装置的雾化喷头;所述固体微粒过滤器的进气口通过管道与二氧化碳吸收器的出气孔连接;
所述发动机排气管连接有支管,支管的两端分别与发动机排气管连接;所述支管盘旋缠绕在汽车的水箱上,利用汽车发动机排出的高温尾气对水箱加热。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述加热装置为电加热装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述雾化沉淀装置的底部设有负责收集固体沉淀物的沉淀物收集器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述雾化沉淀装置的出气口连通到尾气排气管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述固体微粒过滤器、加热装置和雾化沉淀装置都固定安装在壳体内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述沉淀液加注器内的溶液为Ca(OH)2或 NaOH。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述水箱内设有温度传感器,发动机排气管上与支管的两个连接处中间设有第一电磁阀,支管上设有第二电磁阀。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述温度传感器、第一电磁阀和第二电磁阀分别与行车电脑连接。
