本发明涉及彩胶布技术领域,尤其是涉及一种全遮光PU彩胶布。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,户外活动变得逐渐多起来,对于遮阳产品的需求也日益增多,特别是对于遮阳伞的需求也越来越旺盛。现有市场上,用于制作遮阳伞的布料品种单一,其遮光防晒效果也很有限,特别是这些产品的稳定性较差,一段时间使用后,其遮光防晒效果更是迅速变差,难以满足现有消费市场的需求,急切需要一种具有良好遮光防晒功能并且具有较好稳定性的遮阳布料。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种具有优异的抗紫外线功能、遮光效果好、手感丰满的全遮光PU彩胶布。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其由坯布、防水层和表面涂层组成,表面涂层由涂层浆料涂敷在防水层烘干后制得,涂层浆料由以下重量份的原料组成:
二液型PU胶90份,亮光PU胶45~55份,丙烯酸树脂25~30份,色浆10~15份,有机硅滑爽剂7~12份,高遮盖白浆5~7份,无机遮光剂6~8份。
本发明中的全遮光PU彩胶布具有遮光和UV防护的功能,这两种功能通过坯布表面的涂层实现。原料中的二液型PU胶、亮光PU胶、丙烯酸树脂、色浆、有机硅滑爽剂和高遮盖白浆都是现有的原料,可以根据需要进行选择,其中色浆也可以根据彩胶布颜色的需要进行相应的选择以满足市场等需求。
作为优选,坯布采用100%涤纶、经纬丝规格均为75D/36F的低弹丝低弹丝制造而成。
作为优选,表面涂层由涂层浆料经过3~5次重复涂敷制得,涂敷速度为30~40m/min。
涂层由涂层浆料多次涂敷制得,一来可以使得不会因单次涂敷过后造成涂层质量不均一不稳定,二来也可以按照需求很好的控制涂层的厚度。

二氧化钛是一种具有高白度和极好遮光性能的无机材料,但是由于二氧化钛的成本较高,使用二氧化钛作为遮光剂无疑会是产品的总成本大大增加,本发明中将二氧化钛包覆在成本低廉的白云母片表面制成二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料,一来可以实现二氧化钛的具有高白度和极好遮光性能的特点,二来可以大大降低遮光剂的成本,而且这样制成的遮光剂为片状,在坯布表面排列更完整也不会对涂层的厚度有较大的影响。
作为优选,二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料由以下步骤制得:
a)白云母剥离:将白云母与白云母重量0.3~0.7倍的无水乙醇、白云母重量0.1~0.2倍的PVA混合并一同加入到高速剪切机处理0.5~1.5小时,并在550~600℃煅烧0.5~1小时冷却后制得剥离白云母;
b)白云母改性:将剥离白云母与剥离白云母重量0.5~1.0倍的钛酸酯偶联剂混合超声处理1~2小时,制得改性白云母
c)钛溶胶制备:将改性白云母重量1~2倍的钛酸四丁酯滴入乙醇中水解,乙醇的重量为碳酸钙的3~5倍,滴加完成后静置0.5~1.5小时,制得钛溶胶;
d)混合:将改性白云母加入到钛溶胶中,并低速搅拌1~2小时,之后在60~70℃温度通风环境下烘干,粉碎后制得干胶粉;
e)煅烧:将干胶粉升温到200~300℃并保温1~2小时,然后升温至650~800℃并保温2~4小时,之后冷却至室温,粉碎后制得二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料。
二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料,从其名称上可知,其由内核的白云母片和包覆在内核外的二氧化钛组成;本发明中采用含钛的有机酯作为钛源,在白云母片与钛源混合时两者的相溶稳定性成为一个关键,因此需先将白云母片进行表面改性,使其具有与有机酯较好的相容性,使得钛源能够完好并完整的包覆住白云母片;白云母是一种层状硅酸盐矿物,为了能够在本发明中应用,需要将其剥离成微小的片状,再进行改性使用;白云母的剥离采用高速剪切机剪切粉碎作用加上聚合物插层的方法进行剥离,高速剪切机是一种综合了快速剪切技术与超声技术的粉碎技术,其粉碎效果比球磨等技术的效果更好,在高速剪切的基础上,为了更好的获得更薄的片层,在高速剪切的同时增加一定量的聚合物PVA进行白云母层间的插层操作,使白云母层间距增大,进而发生剥离,最终实现白云母的片层剥离获得薄片状的白云母微粉;白云母剥离后对白云母进行改性,因为在剥离的过程中已经添加量一定量的乙醇和聚合物,相当于起到一定的改性作用,因此在改性时只需要进行添加偶联剂超声改性即可,偶联剂则采用钛酸酯偶联剂,如果采用硅烷偶联剂或磷酸酯偶联剂会混入不易除去并影响遮光效果的硅化合物和磷化合物,采用钛酸酯偶联剂经后续处理后形成钛氧化物不会对遮光效果产生较大的不良影响。钛溶胶的制备,采用钛酸四丁酯水解完成,钛酸四丁酯极易水解,采用水作为原料会使得水解速率难以控制,因此采用乙醇作为水解的原料进行钛酸四丁酯的水解,为进一步减缓水解速率还可以在乙醇中添加部分浓盐酸,浓盐酸的添加量为乙醇的10~15vol%为佳,钛酸四丁酯滴加完成后,静置陈化一段时间制得钛溶胶;将经表面改性后的白云母片加入到钛溶胶中,充分混合均匀,使得钛溶胶良好的包覆在白云母片表面;制得干胶粉后,需要将干胶粉进行煅烧,除去其中的有机成分制成无机的二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料;因为干胶粉中的有机物种类和含量较多,因此需要在较低温度下(200~300℃)保温一段时间以除去低温分解/挥发有机物,这样也可以降低高温分解时的压力,使得高温分解时不会产生过度的气体影响二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料的品质,之后高温下煅烧完全除去其中的有机物成分经冷却粉碎后制得二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料。
作为优选,步骤a中,白云母的粒径为100~150μm,高速剪切机内的温度控制在30~40℃;步骤b中,超声处理时的温度为40~50℃;
作为优选,步骤c中,乙醇为无水乙醇,钛酸四丁酯的滴入速度为20~30ml/min,静置为真空状态下静置,静置的温度为30~35℃;步骤d中,低速搅拌的转速为20~35rpm。

实施例1
一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其由坯布、防水层和表面涂层组成,表面涂层由涂层浆料涂敷在防水层烘干后制得,涂层浆料由以下重量份的原料组成:
二液型PU胶90份,亮光PU胶45份,丙烯酸树脂25份,色浆10份,有机硅滑爽剂7份,高遮盖白浆5份,无机遮光剂6份;
坯布采用100%涤纶、经纬丝规格均为75D/36F的低弹丝低弹丝制造而成;表面涂层由涂层浆料经过3次重复涂敷制得,涂敷速度为30m/min;表面涂层的厚度为0.1mm。
其中的无机遮光剂为二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料,二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料由以下步骤制得:
a)白云母剥离:将白云母与白云母重量0.3倍的无水乙醇、白云母重量0.1倍的PVA混合并一同加入到高速剪切机处理0.5小时,并在550℃煅烧0.5小时冷却后制得剥离白云母;白云母的粒径为100μm,高速剪切机内的温度控制在30℃;
b)白云母改性:将剥离白云母与剥离白云母重量0.5倍的钛酸酯偶联剂混合超声处理1小时,制得改性白云母;超声处理时的温度为40℃;
c)钛溶胶制备:将改性白云母重量1倍的钛酸四丁酯滴入乙醇中水解,乙醇的重量为碳酸钙的3倍,滴加完成后静置0.5小时,制得钛溶胶;乙醇为无水乙醇,钛酸四丁酯的滴入速度为20ml/min,静置为真空状态下静置,静置的温度为30℃;
d)混合:将改性白云母加入到钛溶胶中,并低速搅拌1小时,之后在60℃温度通风环境下烘干,粉碎后制得干胶粉;低速搅拌的转速为20rpm;

实施例2
一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其由坯布、防水层和表面涂层组成,表面涂层由涂层浆料涂敷在防水层烘干后制得,涂层浆料由以下重量份的原料组成:
二液型PU胶90份,亮光PU胶47份,丙烯酸树脂26份,色浆11份,有机硅滑爽剂8份,高遮盖白浆5.5份,无机遮光剂6.5份;
坯布采用100%涤纶、经纬丝规格均为75D/36F的低弹丝低弹丝制造而成;表面涂层由涂层浆料经过3次重复涂敷制得,涂敷速度为32m/min;表面涂层的厚度为0.3mm。
其中的无机遮光剂为二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料,二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料由以下步骤制得:
a)白云母剥离:将白云母与白云母重量0.4倍的无水乙醇、白云母重量0.12倍的PVA混合并一同加入到高速剪切机处理0.7小时,并在570℃煅烧0.7小时冷却后制得剥离白云母;白云母的粒径为120μm,高速剪切机内的温度控制在32℃;
b)白云母改性:将剥离白云母与剥离白云母重量0.7倍的钛酸酯偶联剂混合超声处理1.2小时,制得改性白云母;超声处理时的温度为42℃;
c)钛溶胶制备:将改性白云母重量1.2倍的钛酸四丁酯滴入乙醇中水解,乙醇的重量为碳酸钙的3.5倍,滴加完成后静置0.7小时,制得钛溶胶;乙醇为无水乙醇,钛酸四丁酯的滴入速度为22ml/min,静置为真空状态下静置,静置的温度为31℃;
d)混合:将改性白云母加入到钛溶胶中,并低速搅拌1.2小时,之后在62℃温度通风环境下烘干,粉碎后制得干胶粉;低速搅拌的转速为25rpm;
e)煅烧:将干胶粉升温到200~300℃并保温1.2小时,然后升温至700℃并保温2.5小时,之后冷却至室温,粉碎后制得二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料。
实施例3
一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其由坯布、防水层和表面涂层组成,表面涂层由涂层浆料涂敷在防水层烘干后制得,涂层浆料由以下重量份的原料组成:
二液型PU胶90份,亮光PU胶50份,丙烯酸树脂27.5份,色浆12.5份,有机硅滑爽剂9.5份,高遮盖白浆6份,无机遮光剂7份;
坯布采用100%涤纶、经纬丝规格均为75D/36F的低弹丝低弹丝制造而成;表面涂层由涂层浆料经过4次重复涂敷制得,涂敷速度为35m/min;表面涂层的厚度为0.6mm。
其中的无机遮光剂为二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料,二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料由以下步骤制得:
a)白云母剥离:将白云母与白云母重量0.5倍的无水乙醇、白云母重量0.15倍的PVA混合并一同加入到高速剪切机处理1.0小时,并在575℃煅烧0.75小时冷却后制得剥离白云母;白云母的粒径为125μm,高速剪切机内的温度控制在35℃;
b)白云母改性:将剥离白云母与剥离白云母重量0.75倍的钛酸酯偶联剂混合超声处理1.5小时,制得改性白云母;超声处理时的温度为45℃;
c)钛溶胶制备:将改性白云母重量1.5倍的钛酸四丁酯滴入乙醇中水解,乙醇的重量为碳酸钙的4倍,滴加完成后静置1.0小时,制得钛溶胶;乙醇为无水乙醇,钛酸四丁酯的滴入速度为25ml/min,静置为真空状态下静置,静置的温度为32.5℃;
d)混合:将改性白云母加入到钛溶胶中,并低速搅拌1.5小时,之后在65℃温度通风环境下烘干,粉碎后制得干胶粉;低速搅拌的转速为27.5rpm;
e)煅烧:将干胶粉升温到250℃并保温1.5小时,然后升温至725℃并保温3小时,之后冷却至室温,粉碎后制得二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料。
实施例4
一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其由坯布、防水层和表面涂层组成,表面涂层由涂层浆料涂敷在防水层烘干后制得,涂层浆料由以下重量份的原料组成:
二液型PU胶90份,亮光PU胶52份,丙烯酸树脂28份,色浆13份,有机硅滑爽剂10份,高遮盖白浆6.5份,无机遮光剂7.5份;
坯布采用100%涤纶、经纬丝规格均为75D/36F的低弹丝低弹丝制造而成;表面涂层由涂层浆料经过5次重复涂敷制得,涂敷速度为37m/min;表面涂层的厚度为0.8mm。
其中的无机遮光剂为二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料,二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料由以下步骤制得:
a)白云母剥离:将白云母与白云母重量0.6倍的无水乙醇、白云母重量0.17倍的PVA混合并一同加入到高速剪切机处理1.2小时,并在580℃煅烧0.8小时冷却后制得剥离白云母;白云母的粒径为130μm,高速剪切机内的温度控制在37℃;
b)白云母改性:将剥离白云母与剥离白云母重量0.8倍的钛酸酯偶联剂混合超声处理1.7小时,制得改性白云母;超声处理时的温度为48℃;
c)钛溶胶制备:将改性白云母重量1.7倍的钛酸四丁酯滴入乙醇中水解,乙醇的重量为碳酸钙的4.5倍,滴加完成后静置1.2小时,制得钛溶胶;乙醇为无水乙醇,钛酸四丁酯的滴入速度为27ml/min,静置为真空状态下静置,静置的温度为33℃;
d)混合:将改性白云母加入到钛溶胶中,并低速搅拌1.7小时,之后在67℃温度通风环境下烘干,粉碎后制得干胶粉;低速搅拌的转速为28rpm;
e)煅烧:将干胶粉升温到270℃并保温1.7小时,然后升温至750℃并保温3.5小时,之后冷却至室温,粉碎后制得二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料。
实施例5
一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其由坯布、防水层和表面涂层组成,表面涂层由涂层浆料涂敷在防水层烘干后制得,涂层浆料由以下重量份的原料组成:
二液型PU胶90份,亮光PU胶55份,丙烯酸树脂30份,色浆15份,有机硅滑爽剂12份,高遮盖白浆7份,无机遮光剂8份;
坯布采用100%涤纶、经纬丝规格均为75D/36F的低弹丝低弹丝制造而成;表面涂层由涂层浆料经过5次重复涂敷制得,涂敷速度为40m/min;表面涂层的厚度为1.1mm。
其中的无机遮光剂为二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料,二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料由以下步骤制得:
a)白云母剥离:将白云母与白云母重量0.7倍的无水乙醇、白云母重量0.2倍的PVA混合并一同加入到高速剪切机处理1.5小时,并在600℃煅烧1小时冷却后制得剥离白云母;白云母的粒径为150μm,高速剪切机内的温度控制在40℃;
b)白云母改性:将剥离白云母与剥离白云母重量1.0倍的钛酸酯偶联剂混合超声处理2小时,制得改性白云母;超声处理时的温度为50℃;
c)钛溶胶制备:将改性白云母重量2倍的钛酸四丁酯滴入乙醇中水解,乙醇的重量为碳酸钙的5倍,滴加完成后静置1.5小时,制得钛溶胶;乙醇为无水乙醇,钛酸四丁酯的滴入速度为30ml/min,静置为真空状态下静置,静置的温度为35℃;
d)混合:将改性白云母加入到钛溶胶中,并低速搅拌2小时,之后在70℃温度通风环境下烘干,粉碎后制得干胶粉;低速搅拌的转速为35rpm;
e)煅烧:将干胶粉升温到200~300℃并保温2小时,然后升温至800℃并保温4小时,之后冷却至室温,粉碎后制得二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料。
技术指标:
1. 自然光条件下零透光;
2. UPF防护值:50+。

Claims (8)

1.一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其由坯布、防水层和表面涂层组成,表面涂层由涂层浆料涂敷在防水层烘干后制得,其特征在于所述的涂层浆料由以下重量份的原料组成:
二液型PU胶90份,亮光PU胶45~55份,丙烯酸树脂25~30份,色浆10~15份,有机硅滑爽剂7~12份,高遮盖白浆5~7份,无机遮光剂6~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其特征在于:
所述的坯布采用100%涤纶、经纬丝规格均为75D/36F的低弹丝低弹丝制造而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其特征在于:
所述的表面涂层由涂层浆料经过3~5次重复涂敷制得,涂敷速度为30~40m/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其特征在于:
所述表面涂层的厚度为0.1~1.1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其特征在于:
所述的无机遮光剂为二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其特征在于所述的二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料由以下步骤制得:
a)白云母剥离:将白云母与白云母重量0.3~0.7倍的无水乙醇、白云母重量0.1~0.2倍的PVA混合并一同加入到高速剪切机处理0.5~1.5小时,并在550~600℃煅烧0.5~1小时冷却后制得剥离白云母;
b)白云母改性:将剥离白云母与剥离白云母重量0.5~1.0倍的钛酸酯偶联剂混合超声处理1~2小时,制得改性白云母;
c)钛溶胶制备:将改性白云母重量1~2倍的钛酸四丁酯滴入乙醇中水解,乙醇的重量为碳酸钙的3~5倍,滴加完成后静置0.5~1.5小时,制得钛溶胶;
d)混合:将改性白云母加入到钛溶胶中,并低速搅拌1~2小时,之后在60~70℃温度通风环境下烘干,粉碎后制得干胶粉;
e)煅烧:将干胶粉升温到200~300℃并保温1~2小时,然后升温至650~800℃并保温2~4小时,之后冷却至室温,粉碎后制得二氧化钛包覆白云母片材料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其特征在于:
所述步骤a中,白云母的粒径为100~150μm,高速剪切机内的温度控制在30~40℃;
所述步骤b中,超声处理时的温度为40~50℃。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种全遮光PU彩胶布,其特征在于:
所述步骤c中,乙醇为无水乙醇,钛酸四丁酯的滴入速度为20~30ml/min,静置为真空状态下静置,静置的温度为30~35℃;
所述步骤d中,低速搅拌的转速为20~35rpm。
