本发明公开了一种汽车空调橡胶排水管用密封圈,其原料按重量份包括:腈硅橡胶120‑160份,过氧化二苯甲酰1.5‑2.5份,硫磺2‑4份,促进剂CZ 2‑3份,硬脂酸钙4‑6份,氧化镁1‑2份,稻草纤维35‑55份,纳米滑石粉50‑70份,煤矸石粉15‑25份,沉淀硫酸钡10‑16份,环氧大豆油8‑12份,氯化石蜡4‑6份,丙烯腈‑丁二烯‑苯乙烯共聚物4‑6份,抗氧剂DNP 2.5‑4.5份。本发明提出的汽车空调橡胶排水管用密封圈,回弹性高,永久压缩变形效果好,具有优异的耐高温性能,不易脱落,使用安全可靠,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及密封圈技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车空调橡胶排水管用密封圈。
背景技术
汽车空调在制冷状态下,蒸发器表面温度很低,空气经过蒸发器表面时产生大量冷凝水,橡胶排水管可将冷凝水引到车外,防止车内积水。
目前橡胶排水管与塑料壳体装配时必须通过密封圈进行密封固定,目前橡胶排水管用密封圈存在弹性差的技术问题,连接不牢固,亟待解决。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种汽车空调橡胶排水管用密封圈,回弹性高,永久压缩变形效果好,具有优异的耐高温性能,不易脱落,使用安全可靠,使用寿命长。
本发明提出的一种汽车空调橡胶排水管用密封圈,其原料按重量份包括:腈硅橡胶120-160份,过氧化二苯甲酰1.5-2.5份,硫磺2-4份,促进剂CZ 2-3份,硬脂酸钙4-6份,氧化镁1-2份,稻草纤维35-55份,纳米滑石粉50-70份,煤矸石粉15-25份,沉淀硫酸钡10-16份,环氧大豆油8-12份,氯化石蜡4-6份,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物4-6份,抗氧剂DNP2.5-4.5份。
优选地,过氧化二苯甲酰、硫磺、促进剂CZ的重量比为1.8-2.2:2.5-3.5:2.2-2.8。
优选地,氧化镁、稻草纤维、纳米滑石粉、煤矸石粉、沉淀硫酸钡的重量比为1.2-1.8:40-50:55-65:18-22:12-14。
优选地,硬脂酸钙、环氧大豆油、氯化石蜡的重量比为4.5-5.5:9-11:4.5-5.5。
本发明回弹性高,永久压缩变形效果好,使用安全可靠,防止意外发生时出现的危险,提升产品的安全可靠稳定性,具有良好的应用前景。本发明采用硬脂酸钙、环氧大豆油、氯化石蜡与腈硅橡胶的分散程度极高,经过硫化后,形成高度交联大分子结构,不仅回弹性好,而且永久压缩变形效果好,同时稻草纤维、纳米滑石粉、煤矸石粉、沉淀硫酸钡、氧化镁可有效分散其中,具有更好的变形性,并具有良好的硬度、扯断强度、扯断伸长率、压变等物理性能以及抗老化等化学性能,特别是具有优异的耐高温性能,使用寿命长。

实施例1
一种汽车空调橡胶排水管用密封圈,其原料包括:腈硅橡胶120g,过氧化二苯甲酰2.5g,硫磺2g,促进剂CZ 3g,硬脂酸钙4g,氧化镁2g,稻草纤维35g,纳米滑石粉70g,煤矸石粉15g,沉淀硫酸钡16g,环氧大豆油8g,氯化石蜡6g,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物4g,抗氧剂DNP 4.5g。
实施例2
一种汽车空调橡胶排水管用密封圈,其原料包括:腈硅橡胶160g,过氧化二苯甲酰1.5g,硫磺4g,促进剂CZ 2g,硬脂酸钙6g,氧化镁1g,稻草纤维55g,纳米滑石粉50g,煤矸石粉25g,沉淀硫酸钡10g,环氧大豆油12g,氯化石蜡4g,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物6g,抗氧剂DNP 2.5g。
实施例3
一种汽车空调橡胶排水管用密封圈,其原料包括:腈硅橡胶130g,过氧化二苯甲酰2.2g,硫磺2.5g,促进剂CZ 2.8g,硬脂酸钙4.5g,氧化镁1.8g,稻草纤维40g,纳米滑石粉65g,煤矸石粉18g,沉淀硫酸钡14g,环氧大豆油9g,氯化石蜡5.5g,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物4.5g,抗氧剂DNP 4g。
实施例4
一种汽车空调橡胶排水管用密封圈,其原料包括:腈硅橡胶150g,过氧化二苯甲酰1.8g,硫磺3.5g,促进剂CZ 2.2g,硬脂酸钙5.5g,氧化镁1.2g,稻草纤维50g,纳米滑石粉55g,煤矸石粉22g,沉淀硫酸钡12g,环氧大豆油11g,氯化石蜡4.5g,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物5.5g,抗氧剂DNP 3g。

2.根据权利要求1所述汽车空调橡胶排水管用密封圈,其特征在于,过氧化二苯甲酰、硫磺、促进剂CZ的重量比为1.8-2.2:2.5-3.5:2.2-2.8。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述汽车空调橡胶排水管用密封圈,其特征在于,氧化镁、稻草纤维、纳米滑石粉、煤矸石粉、沉淀硫酸钡的重量比为1.2-1.8:40-50:55-65:18-22:12-14。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述汽车空调橡胶排水管用密封圈,其特征在于,硬脂酸钙、环氧大豆油、氯化石蜡的重量比为4.5-5.5:9-11:4.5-5.5。
