技术领域
本发明涉及彩色立体打印,特别涉及一种可大范围工作的彩色立体打印机构。
背景技术
图1及图2所示为一种现有的彩色立体打印装置,其包含有一滑轨10、多个着色喷头30以及一成型喷头40。各着色喷头30用以喷出颜料,成型喷头40则用以挤出塑料。
一般而言,常见也是最简单的配置方式是将着色喷头30与成型喷头40沿着滑轨10一列排设在滑轨10的一侧而且能够沿滑轨10移动。成型喷头能够熔化的塑料挤出在一成型平台上而堆积固化成成品,着色喷头则能够将颜料喷涂至成品上。
彩色立体打印装置中能够成型成品的范围是所有着色喷头30以及成型喷头40可活动范围(A11~A15)的交集区域,虽然各着色喷头30以及成型喷头40分别具有相当大的可活动范围(A1~A5),但着色喷头30与成型喷头40沿着滑轨10一列排设使得该些可活动范围(A11~A15)的交集区域相当狭小。因此,现有彩色立体打印装置的工作范围D1只占有滑轨10行程中的极小部分。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在滑轨的行程长度预定的前提下,可大范围工作的彩色立体打印机构。
本发明提供一种彩色立体打印机构,其包含一滑轨、一滑块、一着色喷头及一成型喷头。滑块设置在滑轨,且能够在滑轨的二端之间滑移。着色喷头设置在滑块,着色喷头包含有至少一喷墨嘴。成型喷头连接滑块,成型喷头包含有一挤料嘴,挤料嘴在平行于滑轨的方向上与喷墨嘴非共列排列。
本发明的彩色立体打印机构,其滑块设置在滑轨的一侧。喷墨嘴与滑块位于滑轨的同侧。挤料嘴位于滑轨的另一侧。
本发明的彩色立体打印机构,其中滑轨上设有用以带动滑块的一马达。马达与滑块之间连接有一传动皮带。
本发明的彩色立体打印机构,其中成型喷头的一部分位于滑轨的正下方。挤料嘴位于滑轨的正下方。滑块的一部分延伸至滑轨的下方。喷墨嘴及挤料嘴朝向相同方向配置。成型喷头包含有连通挤料嘴的一进料口,且挤料嘴与进料口位于成型喷头上相对的二侧。着色喷头包含有至少一储墨盒,且储墨盒连通着色喷头的相对应的喷墨嘴。着色喷头包含有多个喷墨嘴,该些喷墨嘴平行于滑轨呈一列排设,且挤料嘴在平行于滑轨的方向上位于些喷墨嘴的排列区间之内。着色喷头包含有多个储墨盒,且各储墨盒分别连通相对应的喷墨嘴。挤料嘴配置低于喷墨嘴。
本发明的彩色立体打印机构,在滑轨的行程长度预定的前提下,藉由紧凑排列喷墨嘴及挤料嘴而能够具有较大的工作范围。因此,本发明的彩色立体打印机构能够打印成型更大的成品。

下面结合附图对本发明的结构原理和工作原理作具体的描述:
参阅图3至图5,本发明的第一实施例提供一种彩色立体打印机构,其包含有一滑轨100、一滑块200、多个着色喷头300以及一成型喷头400。
于本实施例中,滑轨100较佳地是金属制的长条体,滑轨100的侧壁上开设有延伸在滑轨100二端之间的滑槽101。滑轨100的一端上设有一马达110,滑轨100的另一端上则设有一惰轮120。马达110与惰轮120之间套设有一传动皮带130。
滑块200设置在滑轨100,于本实施例中,滑块200附挂设置在滑轨100的一侧,且滑块200的一部分较佳地延伸至滑轨100的下方。滑块200嵌入滑槽101而能够沿着滑槽101在滑轨100的二端之间滑移,滑块200连接有传动皮带130而能够被马达110带动滑移。
着色喷头300设置在滑块200上而能够被滑块200带动。着色喷头300包含有多个喷墨嘴310,该些喷墨嘴310向下配置,该些喷墨嘴310平行于该滑轨100呈一行排设,而且该些喷墨嘴310与该滑块200位于滑轨100的同一侧。着色喷头300包含有对应各喷墨嘴310的多个储墨盒320,且各储墨盒320连通相对应的喷墨嘴310。储墨盒320内用填充有颜料以供喷墨嘴310喷出,且各储墨盒320中分别填充有不同颜色的颜料。
成型喷头400连接滑块200,于本实施例中,成型喷头400较佳地相对于滑块200附挂设置在滑轨100的另一侧,且成型喷头400的一部分位于滑轨100的正下方,因此能够跨过滑轨100的下于而连接滑块200。成型喷头400包含有一挤料嘴410以及连通该挤料嘴410的一进料口420,进料口420用于输入塑胶料丝,塑胶料丝在成型喷头400被加热熔化成塑料后通过挤料嘴410挤出。于本实施例中,挤料嘴410与进料口420较佳地位于成型喷头400上相对的上下二侧,挤料嘴410与该些喷墨嘴310同向朝下配置。挤料嘴410在平行于滑轨100的方向上与该些喷墨嘴310非共行排列,且该挤料嘴410在平行于该滑轨100的方向上位于该些喷墨嘴310的排列区间之内。于本实施例中,挤料嘴410位于滑轨100的另一侧且与进料口420直线连通以确保料丝能够由进料口420顺畅地供应至挤料嘴410。但本发明不以为限,在可容许顺畅供应料丝的前提下,挤料嘴410也可以位于该滑轨100的正下方。
成型喷头400能够被滑块200带动而能够将熔化的塑料挤出在一成型平台上而堆积固化成成品,着色喷头300则能够将颜料喷涂至成品上。塑料经挤料嘴410向下挤出后固化成型,因此挤料嘴410与成品直接接触,而喷墨嘴310则必须与的成品之间保持一定距离以利于喷涂,挤料嘴410较佳地应配置低于喷墨嘴310。
参阅图6,本发明的彩色立体打印机构其所有着色喷头300以及成型喷头400可活动范围(A21~A25)的交集区域为可成型的工作范围D2,前述的配置使得挤料嘴410与喷墨嘴310在平行于滑轨100的方向上更紧密排列,藉此缩小挤料嘴410与喷墨嘴310排列区间。本发明的彩色立体打印机构与图1及图2所示的现有彩色立体打印装置相较,在滑轨100行程长度相同的前提下,本发明的工作范围D2约是现有彩色立体打印装置工作范围D1的二倍,因此,本发明的彩色立体打印机构能够打印成型更大的成品。
参阅图7,本发明的第二实施例提供一种彩色立体打印机构,其包含有一滑轨100、一滑块200、一着色喷头300以及一成型喷头400。本实施例的彩色立体打印机构,其构造大致如同前述第一实施例,其相同之处于此不再赘述,本实施例与第一实施例不同之处详述如后。
着色喷头300包含有单一喷墨嘴310以及多个储墨盒320,喷墨嘴310向下配置,而且喷墨嘴310与该滑块200位于滑轨100的同一侧。各储墨盒320分别连通喷墨嘴310,储墨盒320内用填充有颜料以供喷墨嘴310喷出,且各储墨盒320中分别填充有不同颜色的颜料。
挤料嘴410在平行于滑轨100的方向上与喷墨嘴310非共列排列,挤料嘴410与喷墨嘴310分别位于滑轨100的二侧。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种彩色立体打印机构,其特征在于,包含:
一滑轨;
一滑块,设置在该滑轨,且能够在该滑轨的二端之间滑移;
一着色喷头,设置在该滑块,该着色喷头包含有至少一喷墨嘴;及
一成型喷头,连接该滑块,该成型喷头包含有一挤料嘴,该挤料嘴在平行于该滑轨的方向上与该喷墨嘴非共行排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的彩色立体打印机构,其特征在于,该滑块设置在该滑轨的一侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的彩色立体打印机构,其特征在于,该喷墨嘴与该滑块位于该滑轨的同侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的彩色立体打印机构,其特征在于,该挤料嘴位于该滑轨的另一侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的彩色立体打印机构,其特征在于,该滑轨上设有用以带动该滑块的一马达。
