Claims (15)
- スライドレールと、
前記スライドレールの両端の間に摺動可能に前記スライドレールに配置されるスライダと、
前記スライダに配置され、少なくとも1つのインクノズルを有する着色ヘッドと、
前記スライダに接続される成形ヘッドと、を含み、
前記成形ヘッドは、前記スライドレールと平行な方向において前記インクノズルと一列にならないようにずらして設けられる絞りノズルを有し、前記着色ヘッドは、複数のインクノズルを含み、前記複数のインクノズルは、前記スライドレールに対して平行に一列に配列されることを特徴とするカラー立体印刷機構。 - 前記スライダは、前記スライドレールの一側に配置され、前記着色ヘッドは、前記スライドレールの一側に設置され、前記成形ヘッドは、前記スライドレールの他側に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。
- 前記インクノズル及び前記スライダは、前記スライドレールに対して同じ側に位置することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。
- 前記絞りノズルは、前記スライドレールの他側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。
- 前記スライドレールには、前記スライダを駆動するためのモータが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。
- 前記モータと前記スライダとの間に伝動ベルトが接続されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。
- 前記成形ヘッドは、一部が前記スライドレールの真下に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。
- 前記絞りノズルは、前記スライドレールの真下に位置することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。
- 前記スライダは、一部が前記スライドレールの下方に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。
- 前記インクノズル及び前記絞りノズルは、同じ方向に向けて配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。
- 前記成形ヘッドは、前記絞りノズルに連通する原料供給口を有し、
前記絞りノズル及び前記原料供給口は、前記成形ヘッドの互いに対向する両側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。 - 前記着色ヘッドは、当該着色ヘッドに対応する前記インクノズルに連通する少なくとも1つのインクタンクを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。
- 前記絞りノズルは、前記スライドレールと平行な方向において前記複数のインクノズルの配列区間に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。
- 前記着色ヘッドは、複数のインクタンクを含み、
各前記インクタンクは、対応する前記インクノズルに連通することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。 - 前記絞りノズルは、前記インクノズルよりも低く配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカラー立体印刷機構。
