一種彩色立體列印機構,其包含有一滑軌、一滑塊、一著色噴頭以及一成型噴頭。滑塊設置在滑軌,且能夠在滑軌的二端之間滑移。著色噴頭設置在滑塊,著色噴頭包含有至少一噴墨嘴。成型噴頭連接滑塊,成型噴頭包含有一擠料嘴,擠料嘴在平行於滑軌之方向上與噴墨嘴非共列排列。

Description

彩色立體列印機構
本發明係有關於彩色立體列印,特別是一種可大範圍工作的彩色立體列印機構。
圖1及圖2所示為一種現有的彩色立體列印裝置,其包含有一滑軌10、複數著色噴頭30以及一成型噴頭40。各著色噴頭30用以噴出顏料,成型噴頭40則用以擠出塑料。
一般而言,常見也是最簡單的配置方式係將著色噴頭30與成型噴頭40沿著滑軌10一列排設在滑軌10的一側而且能夠沿滑軌10移動。成型噴頭能夠熔化的塑料擠出在一成型平台上而堆積固化成成品,著色噴頭則能夠將顏料噴塗至成品上。
惟,彩色立體列印裝置中能夠成型成品的範圍是所有著色噴頭30以及成型噴頭40可活動範圍(A11~A15)的交集區域,雖然各著色噴頭30以及成型噴頭40分別具有相當大的可活動範圍(A1~A5),但著色噴頭30與成型噴頭40沿著滑軌10一列排設使得該些可活動範圍(A11~A15)的交集區域相當狹小。因此,現有彩色立體列印裝置的工作範圍D1只佔有滑軌10行程中的極小部分。
有鑑於此,本發明人遂針對上述現有技術,特潛心研究並配合學理的運用,盡力解決上述之問題點,即成為本發明人改良之目標。
本發明提供一種在滑軌的行程長度預定的前提下,可大範圍工作的彩色立體列印機構。
本發明提供一種彩色立體列印機構,其包含一滑軌、一滑塊、一著色噴頭及一成型噴頭。滑塊設置在滑軌,且能夠在滑軌的二端之間滑移。著色噴頭設置在滑塊,著色噴頭包含有至少一噴墨嘴。成型噴頭連接滑塊,成型噴頭包含有一擠料嘴,擠料嘴在平行於滑軌之方向上與噴墨嘴非共列排列。
本發明的彩色立體列印機構,其滑塊設置在滑軌的一側。噴墨嘴與滑塊位於滑軌的同側。擠料嘴位於滑軌的另一側。
本發明的彩色立體列印機構,其中滑軌上設有用以帶動滑塊的一馬達。馬達與滑塊之間連接有一傳動皮帶。
本發明的彩色立體列印機構,其中成型噴頭的一部分位於滑軌之正下方。擠料嘴位於滑軌之正下方。滑塊的一部分延伸至滑軌之下方。噴墨嘴及擠料嘴朝向相同方向配置。成型噴頭包含有連通擠料嘴的一進料口,且擠料嘴與進料口位於成型噴頭上相對的二側。著色噴頭包含有至少一儲墨盒,且儲墨盒連通著色噴頭的相對應的噴墨嘴。著色噴頭包含有複數噴墨嘴,該些噴墨嘴平行於滑軌呈一列排設,且擠料嘴在平行於滑軌之方向上位於些噴墨嘴的排列區間之內。著色噴頭包含有複數儲墨盒,且各儲墨盒分別連通相對應的噴墨嘴。擠料嘴配置低於噴墨嘴。
本發明的彩色立體列印機構,在滑軌的行程長度預定的前提下,藉由緊湊排列噴墨嘴及擠料嘴而能夠具有較大的工作範圍。因此,本發明的彩色立體列印機構能夠列印成型更大的成品。
參閱圖3至圖5,本發明之第一實施例提供一種彩色立體列印機構,其包含有一滑軌100、一滑塊200、複數著色噴頭300以及一成型噴頭400。
於本實施例中,滑軌100較佳地是金屬製的長條體,滑軌100的側壁上開設有延伸在滑軌100二端之間的滑槽101。滑軌100的一端上設有一馬達110,滑軌100的另一端上則設有一惰輪120。馬達110與惰輪120之間套設有一傳動皮帶130。
滑塊200設置在滑軌100,於本實施例中,滑塊200附掛設置在滑軌100的一側,且滑塊200的一部分較佳地延伸至滑軌100之下方。滑塊200嵌入滑槽101而能夠沿著滑槽101在滑軌100的二端之間滑移,滑塊200連接有傳動皮帶130而能夠被馬達110帶動滑移。
著色噴頭300設置在滑塊200上而能夠被滑塊200帶動。著色噴頭300包含有複數噴墨嘴310,該些噴墨嘴310向下配置,該些噴墨嘴310平行於該滑軌100呈一列排設,而且該些噴墨嘴310與該滑塊200位於滑軌100的同一側。著色噴頭300包含有對應各噴墨嘴310的複數儲墨盒320,且各儲墨盒320連通相對應的噴墨嘴310。儲墨盒320內用填充有顏料以供噴墨嘴310噴出,且各儲墨盒320中分別填充有不同顏色的顏料。
成型噴頭400連接滑塊200,於本實施例中,成型噴頭400較佳地相對於滑塊200附掛設置在滑軌100的另一側,且成型噴頭400的一部分位於滑軌100的正下方,因此能夠跨過滑軌100的下於而連接滑塊200。成型噴頭400包含有一擠料嘴410以及連通該擠料嘴410的一進料口420,進料口420用於輸入塑膠料絲,塑膠料絲在成型噴頭400被加熱熔化成塑料後後通過擠料嘴410擠出。於本實施例中,擠料嘴410與進料口420較佳地位於成型噴頭400上相對的上下二側,擠料嘴410與該些噴墨嘴310同向朝下配置。擠料嘴410在平行於滑軌100之方向上與該些噴墨嘴310非共列排列,且該擠料嘴410在平行於該滑軌100之方向上位於該些噴墨嘴310的排列區間之內。於本實施例中,擠料嘴410位於滑軌100的另一側且與進料口420直線連通以確保料絲能夠由進料口420順暢地供應至擠料嘴410。但本發明不以為限,在可容許順暢供應料絲的前提下,擠料嘴410也可以位於該滑軌100之正下方。
成型噴頭400能夠被滑塊200帶動而能夠將熔化的塑料擠出在一成型平台上而堆積固化成成品,著色噴頭300則能夠將顏料噴塗至成品上。塑料經擠料嘴410向下擠出後固化成型,因此擠料嘴410與成品直接接觸,而噴墨嘴310則必須與的成品之間保持一定距離以利於噴塗,擠料嘴410較佳地應配置低於噴墨嘴310。
參閱圖6,本發明的彩色立體列印機構其所有著色噴頭300以及成型噴頭400可活動範圍(A21~A25)的交集區域為可成型的工作範圍D2,前述的配置使得擠料嘴410與噴墨嘴310在平行於滑軌100的方向上更緊密排列,藉此縮小擠料嘴410與噴墨嘴310排列區間。本發明的彩色立體列印機構與圖1及圖2所示的現有彩色立體列印裝置相較,在滑軌100行程長度相同的前提下,本發明的工作範圍D2約是現有彩色立體列印裝置工作範圍D1的二倍,因此,本發明的彩色立體列印機構能夠列印成型更大的成品。
參閱圖7,本發明之第二實施例提供一種彩色立體列印機構,其包含有一滑軌100、一滑塊200、一著色噴頭300以及一成型噴頭400。本實施例的彩色立體列印機構,其造大致如同前述第一實施例,其相同之處於此不再贅述,本實施例與第一實施例不同之處詳述如後。
著色噴頭300包含有單一噴墨嘴310以及複數儲墨盒320,噴墨嘴310向下配置,而且噴墨嘴310與該滑塊200位於滑軌100的同一側。各儲墨盒320分別連通噴墨嘴310,儲墨盒320內用填充有顏料以供噴墨嘴310噴出,且各儲墨盒320中分別填充有不同顏色的顏料。
擠料嘴410在平行於滑軌100之方向上與噴墨嘴310非共列排列,擠料嘴410與噴墨嘴310分別位於滑軌100的二側。
以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施例,非用以限定本發明之專利範圍,其他運用本發明之專利精神之等效變化,均應俱屬本發明之專利範圍。

Claims (15)

  1. 一種彩色立體列印機構,包含: 一滑軌; 一滑塊,設置在該滑軌,且能夠在該滑軌的二端之間滑移; 一著色噴頭,設置在該滑塊,該著色噴頭包含有至少一噴墨嘴;及 一成型噴頭,連接該滑塊,該成型噴頭包含有一擠料嘴,該擠料嘴在平行於該滑軌之方向上與該噴墨嘴非共列排列。
  2. 如請求項1所述之彩色立體列印機構,其中該滑塊設置在該滑軌的一側。
  3. 如請求項2所述之彩色立體列印機構,其中該噴墨嘴與該滑塊位於該滑軌的同側。
  4. 如請求項3所述之彩色立體列印機構,其中該擠料嘴位於該滑軌的另一側。
  5. 如請求項1所述之彩色立體列印機構,其中該滑軌上設有用以帶動該滑塊的一馬達。
  6. 如請求項5所述之彩色立體列印機構,其中該馬達與該滑塊之間連接有一傳動皮帶。

  14. 如請求項13所述之彩色立體列印機構,其中該著色噴頭包含有複數儲墨盒,且各該儲墨盒分別連通相對應的該噴墨嘴。
