Fig. 1 to 14 show an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 14, a metal plug stacker includes a rack 1 and a control system, in this embodiment, the control system is a control device 03, the control device is an industrial personal computer, and the stacker further includes: the first feeding mechanism 001 is arranged on the rack 1 and arranged along the X direction, and is used for clamping the metal plugs 01 arranged on the positioning jig 008 and transferring the metal plugs onto the first material transferring mechanism 002; the first material moving mechanism 002 comprises a moving carrier 21 which is provided with a transverse jig 201 and a longitudinal jig 202 and can move in the X direction, and the moving carrier 21 can clamp plugs arranged on the transverse jig 201 and/or the longitudinal jig 201 and move among the length and width detection station, the thickness detection station and the head length and width detection station; the second material moving mechanism 003 is arranged at the upper end of the first material moving mechanism 002 and is used for rotating the metal plug 01 which is clamped from the transverse jig 201 and completes the thickness detection and transferring the metal plug 01 to the longitudinal jig 202, clamping the metal plug 01 which is arranged on the transverse jig 201 and completes the thickness detection through the second material moving mechanism 003, and placing the metal plug 01 on the longitudinal jig 202 after rotating by 90 degrees so as to be convenient for detecting the length and width of the head part of the metal plug 01; a testing mechanism 004, including three testing components 41 arranged on the length and width detection station, the thickness detection station and the head length and width detection station, for detecting the length and width, the thickness and the head length and width of the metal plug 01, in this embodiment, each of the testing components 41 is a CCD industrial camera, and the CCD industrial cameras (41(a), 41(c)) arranged on the length and width detection station and the head length and width detection station are installed along the Y direction of the rack 1 and perform matching detection on the plugs which can be accurately arranged on the length and width detection station and the head length and width detection station, and the CCD industrial camera 41(b) arranged on the thickness detection station is installed along the vertical direction (Z direction) and performs matching detection on the metal plug 01 arranged on the thickness detection station; the second feeding mechanism 005 is arranged at one end of the rack 1 in the X direction and is arranged along the Y direction of the rack 1, and two ends of the Y direction are respectively butted with the positioning jig 008 and the first conveying mechanism 006, so that the second feeding mechanism 005 is used for clamping the metal plug 01 placed on the plastic sucking disc 02 from the unstacking mechanism 009 and transferring the metal plug 01 to the positioning jig 008 and/or clamping the empty plastic sucking disc 02 from the unstacking mechanism 009 and transferring the empty plastic sucking disc 02 to the first conveying mechanism 006; the first conveying mechanism 006 is arranged on the rack 1 along the X direction, one end of the first conveying mechanism is in butt joint with the second feeding mechanism 005, and the other end of the first conveying mechanism is in butt joint with the blanking mechanism 007, and is used for sequentially conveying the empty plastic trays 02 to the blanking mechanism 007; the blanking mechanism 007 comprises a material moving assembly 71 and a stacking assembly 72, wherein the material moving assembly 71 is movably butted with the first material moving mechanism 002 and is used for moving a good product plug and/or a defective product plug which are/is arranged on the longitudinal jig 201 and detected by the testing mechanism 004 to the second conveying mechanism 100; the stacking mechanism is movably abutted with the first conveying mechanism 006 and the second conveying mechanism 100, and is used for clamping the empty plastic trays 02 from the first conveying mechanism 006 and placing the plastic trays 02 on the stacking mechanism 101 and/or clamping good product plugs/defective product plugs from the second conveying mechanism 100 and sorting and stacking the good product plugs/defective product plugs onto the plastic trays 02 corresponding to the stacking mechanism 101.
The working process of the stacker of the application is as follows: manually placing the metal plugs 01 filled with the whole plastic sucking disc 02 on the stacking mechanism 101, transferring a row of metal plugs 01 to the positioning jig 008 along the Y direction by the second feeding mechanism 005, clamping the row of metal plugs 01 from the positioning jig 008 by the first feeding mechanism 001, then moving the row of metal plugs to the right direction and placing the row of metal plugs on the moving carrier 21, moving the moving carrier 21 along the X direction to drive the metal plugs 01 to reciprocate on the length and width detection station, the thickness detection station and the head length and width detection station, testing by the three testing components 41 in the reciprocating process, clamping the metal plugs 01 with the thickness detection from the transverse jig 201 by the second material moving mechanism 003, rotating the metal plugs 01 by 90 degrees and placing the rotated metal plugs 01 on the longitudinal jig 202 after testing by the testing components (41(a) and 41(b)) positioned on the length and width detection station and the thickness detection station, in the process that the movable carrier 21 drives the metal plugs 01 placed on the longitudinal jig 201 to move in the X direction, the length and the width of the process heads of the test assemblies 41(c) arranged on the head length and width detection station jig are detected, after the detection is finished, the process heads are comprehensively analyzed by the control device 03 electrically connected with the test assemblies 41, qualified products and defective products are classified, the metal plugs 01 are shifted to conveying lines corresponding to the second conveying mechanism 100 by the spacing telescopic shifting suckers of the material shifting assemblies 71 of the blanking mechanism 007, the metal plugs 01 move in the X direction of the conveying lines, and when the number of the metal plugs 01 is accumulated to a set value, the stacking mechanism 72 of the blanking mechanism 007 sucks up the classified metal plugs 01 and divides the classified metal plugs 01 to the classified plastic suction plates of the stacking mechanism 101, so that automatic plate swinging and automatic detection are completed.
Referring to fig. 1-3, a support 11 is arranged on the frame 1, a truss 12 extending along the X direction is arranged on the support 11, two ball screw nut pairs 13 are arranged on the side end surface of the Y direction of the truss 12, ball screws of the two ball screw nut pairs 13 are in transmission connection with driving motors 15 arranged on two sides of the truss 12 in the X direction through a synchronous belt transmission pair 14, two linear guide rails 16 are further arranged on the vertical sides of the two ball screw nut pairs 13, ball nuts 131 of the two ball screw nut pairs 13 are respectively connected with a sliding seat 17 arranged on the two linear guide rails 16, the two sliding seats 17 are respectively provided with a first feeding mechanism 001 and a second material moving mechanism 003, and the two driving motors 15 are matched with each other in a sliding manner along the two linear guide rails 16 through the two sliding seats 17 of the ball screw nut pairs 13 to drive the first feeding mechanism 001 and the second material moving mechanism 003 to move along the X direction; in this embodiment, referring to the attached drawings, the first feeding mechanism 001 includes a first mounting seat 18 fixedly disposed on a matching sliding seat 17, a vertical first linear guide rail 19 and a telescopic cylinder 110 are disposed on the first mounting seat 18, a driving end of the telescopic cylinder 110 is provided with a connecting seat 111, the connecting seat 111 is further movably connected to the first linear guide rail 19, a mounting plate 112 extending along an X direction is disposed on the connecting seat 111, and a plurality of suction nozzles 04 are arrayed on the mounting plate 112 along the X direction; the telescopic cylinder 110 drives the connecting seat 111 to vertically move along the first linear guide rail 19, and the corresponding driving motor 15 is matched to drive the first feeding mechanism 001 to move along the X direction, so that the plurality of suction nozzles 04 adsorb the metal plug 01 placed on the positioning jig 008 and transfer the metal plug 01 to the first material transferring mechanism 002.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1-3, the second material moving mechanism 003 includes a second mounting seat 31 fixed on the matching slide 17, a second vertical linear guide rail 32 and a second telescopic cylinder 33 are arranged on the second mounting seat 31, a second connecting seat 34 is arranged on the driving end of the second telescopic cylinder 33, the second connecting seat 34 is also movably connected with the second linear guide rail 32, the second connecting seat 34 is provided with a second mounting plate 35 extending along the X direction, the second mounting plate 31 is provided with a plurality of suction nozzles 04 arrayed along the X direction, each suction nozzle 04 is provided with a gear 36, each gear 36 is engaged and connected with a rack 37 extending along the X direction, the rack 37 can be driven by a driving cylinder 38 installed at the back side of the second mounting plate 35 (in practice, the driving cylinder 38 drives the gear 36 to move along the X direction through a connecting rod to perform matching action) to move along the X direction and drive each gear 36 and the suction nozzle 04 to rotate; the second telescopic cylinder 33 drives the second connecting seat 34 to vertically move along the second linear guide rail 32 and the driving motor 15 drives the second material moving mechanism 003 to move along the X direction, and the suction nozzles 04 are rotated in cooperation, so that the suction nozzles 04 adsorb from the transverse jig 201, clamp the metal plug 01 which finishes the thickness detection, and then transfer the metal plug onto the longitudinal jig 202 after rotating.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1-4, the movable stage 21 is movably connected to the first feeding mechanism 001, the second material moving mechanism 003 and the blanking mechanism 007, and includes a horizontal plate 211 extending along the X-direction of the frame 1, the transverse plate 211 is mounted on the frame 1 through a plurality of supports 212, two third linear guide rails 213 extending along the X direction are arranged on the front side end surface of the transverse plate 211 in the Y direction, a first ball screw 214 extending along the X direction is arranged between the two third linear guide rails 213, the first ball screw 214 is connected to a first driving motor 216 provided on the rear end surface of the transverse plate 211 in the Y direction via a first timing belt transmission pair 215, the nuts of the first ball screw 214 are also in transmission connection with the first slide carriages 217 arranged on the two third linear guide rails 213, the transverse jig 201 and the longitudinal jig 202 are installed on the upper end of the first sliding seat 217, the transverse jig 201 and the longitudinal jig 202 both comprise a plurality of socket clamping seats 218; the first driving motor 216 drives the first sliding base 217 to move along the X direction, and drives the metal plugs 01 arranged on the transverse jig 201 and/or the longitudinal jig 202 to be transferred among the length and width detection station, the thickness detection station and the head length and width detection station in a matching manner. In the process of moving the stage 21, the matching operation processes of the first feeding mechanism 001, the second moving mechanism 003 and the blanking mechanism 007 are as follows: the movable carrier 21 moves forward along the X direction, so that the movable carrier 21 is butted with the first feeding mechanism 001, at this time, the first feeding mechanism 001 clamps the metal plugs 01 arranged on the positioning jig 008 and places the metal plugs on the transverse jig 201, the second feeding mechanism 003 rotates the metal plugs 01 clamped from the transverse jig 201 in the previous action and places the metal plugs on the longitudinal jig 202, when the movable carrier 21 moves backward and is butted with the blanking mechanism 007, the second feeding mechanism 003 clamps the metal plugs 01 from the transverse jig 201 and rotates, and the blanking mechanism 007 transfers the metal plugs 01 placed on the longitudinal jig 202 to the second conveying mechanism 100.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 5 to 6, the second feeding mechanism 005 includes a gantry 51 installed along the Y direction, a beam of the gantry 51 is provided with a second ball screw transmission pair 52 extending along the Y direction, the second ball screw transmission pair 52 is in transmission connection with a second driving motor 53 provided on the beam, the second ball screw transmission pair 52 is further connected with a second slide carriage 54, an L-shaped connection seat 55 is hung on the second slide carriage 54, two side surfaces of the L-shaped connection seat 55 in the Y direction are respectively provided with a third telescopic cylinder 56 and a fourth telescopic cylinder 57, a driving end of the third telescopic cylinder 56 is connected with a third mounting plate 58, the third mounting plate 58 is further movably connected with a fourth linear guide 59 provided at a side of the third telescopic cylinder 56, a plurality of suction nozzles 04 are arrayed on the third mounting plate 58 along the Y direction, the plurality of suction nozzles 04 can suck the metal plugs 01 contained on the suction disc 02 from the unstacking mechanism 009, and are matched with the second driving motor 53 to drive the second sliding seat 54 to slide along the Y direction and the third telescopic cylinder 56 to drive the third mounting plate 58 to vertically move, so that the metal plugs 01 sucked and clamped by the suction nozzles 04 are transferred to the positioning jig 008; the drive end of the fourth telescopic cylinder 57 is connected with a lifting plate 510, the X direction of the lifting plate 510 is respectively provided with two connecting arms 511 which are in a scissor-fork shape, each connecting arm 511 is far away from the end connected with the lifting plate 510 to be provided with a suction nozzle 04, the four suction nozzles 04 are matched to adsorb the empty plastic suction disc 02 from the unstacking mechanism 009, and are matched with the second driving motor 53 to drive the second sliding seat 54 to slide along the Y direction and the fourth telescopic cylinder 57 to drive the lifting plate 510 to vertically move, so that the adsorbed empty plastic suction disc 02 is transferred to the first conveying mechanism 006.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 5 and 7, the first conveying mechanism 006 includes a conveying frame 61 extending along the X direction, one end of the conveying frame 61 is abutted to the second feeding mechanism 005, the other end is abutted to the blanking mechanism 007, two transmission rollers 62 are disposed on two sides of the conveying frame 61 in the Y direction, the two transmission rollers 62 are in transmission connection with each other through a conveying belt 63, the transmission roller 62 at the abutting end of the conveying frame 61 and the blanking mechanism 007 is further in transmission connection with a third driving motor 65 through a second synchronous belt transmission pair 64, and the third driving motor 65 drives the conveying belt 63 to rotate through the transmission roller 62, so that the empty plastic trays 02 conveyed by the second feeding mechanism 005 are conveyed along the X direction; the automatic blanking device also comprises a rotating assembly 66 and a positioning assembly 67 which are arranged at the butt joint end of the conveying frame 61 and the blanking mechanism 007; referring to fig. 7, the rotating assembly 66 includes a fifth telescopic cylinder 661 installed vertically and fixed relative to the conveying frame 61, a driving end of the fifth telescopic cylinder 661 is connected to a third mounting base 662, a rotating cylinder 663 is arranged on the third mounting base 662, and a rotating bracket 664 is fixed to the driving end of the rotating cylinder 663; when the empty plastic sucking discs 02 conveyed along the X direction move to the rotating support 664, the fifth telescopic air cylinder 661 drives the third mounting seat 662, the rotating air cylinder 663 and the rotating support 664 to vertically move, the empty plastic sucking discs 02 arranged on the rotating support 664 are vertically jacked up, and the rotating air cylinder 663 is matched to drive the rotating support 664 to rotate, so that the vertically jacked empty plastic sucking discs 02 rotate for 90 degrees; referring to the drawings, the positioning assembly 67 comprises two clamping cylinders 671 symmetrically arranged on diagonal positions of the rotating assembly 66, a driving end of each clamping cylinder 671 is connected with an "L" shaped clamping block 672, and the two clamping cylinders 671 drive the two "L" shaped clamping blocks 672 to move oppositely, so that the two "L" shaped clamping blocks 672 position and clamp the empty plastic sucking disk 02 which is vertically jacked up and rotated by 90 degrees by the rotating assembly 66.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 9 to 10, the material moving assembly 71 includes a first gantry 711 installed along the Y direction, a cross beam of the first gantry 711 is provided with a third ball screw transmission pair 712 extending along the Y direction, the third ball screw transmission pair 712 is in transmission connection with a fourth driving motor 718 installed on the cross beam, the third ball screw transmission pair 712 is further connected with a third sliding seat 713, a fourth mounting seat 714 extending along the X direction is hung on the third sliding seat 713, a sixth telescopic cylinder 715 is installed on a side surface of the fourth mounting seat 714 in the Y direction, a driving end of the sixth telescopic cylinder 715 is connected with a fourth mounting plate 716, the fourth mounting plate 716 is further movably connected with a fifth linear guide 717 installed beside the sixth telescopic cylinder 715, a plurality of suction nozzles 04 are arrayed on the fourth mounting plate 716 in the X direction, the sixth telescopic cylinder 715 drives the fourth mounting plate 716 to move vertically along the fifth linear guide 717, the fourth driving motor 715 is used for driving the third slide 713 to move along the Y direction, so that the plurality of suction nozzles 04 are sucked and placed on the longitudinal jig 202, and the good metal plugs 01 and/or the defective metal plugs 02 detected by the testing mechanism 004 are transferred to the second conveying mechanism 100.
Referring to fig. 1, 9 and 13, the second conveying mechanism 100 includes a plurality of conveying lines 10 extending in the X direction and arranged side by side in the Y direction, in this embodiment, two conveying lines 10(a) of qualified metal plugs 01 and one conveying line 10(b) of bad metal plugs 01 are provided, each conveying line 10 includes two support bases 102 arranged at intervals in the X direction, a cross bar 103 spans over the two support bases 102, two synchronizing wheels 104 are provided at two ends of the cross bar 103, a fifth driving motor 105 is further provided on one of the two support bases 102, a main synchronizing wheel 106 is provided at a driving end of the fifth driving motor 105, and the main synchronizing wheel 106 and the two synchronizing wheels 104 are in transmission connection through a synchronizing belt 107; the fifth driving motor 105 drives the synchronous belt 107 to rotate, so that the non-defective metal plugs 01/defective metal plugs 02 transferred by the material transfer assembly 71 are conveyed on the synchronous belt 107.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 9, and 11-12, the stacking assembly 72 includes a gantry support 721 installed along the Y direction, a cross beam of the gantry support 721 is provided with a fourth ball screw transmission pair 722 extending along the Y direction, the fourth ball screw transmission pair 722 is in transmission connection with a sixth driving motor 723 provided on the cross beam, the fourth ball screw transmission pair 722 is further connected with a first truss 724 extending along the X direction, the first truss 724 is provided with a fifth ball screw transmission pair 725 extending along the X direction, the fifth ball screw transmission pair 725 is in transmission connection with a seventh driving motor 726 provided on the first truss 724, the fifth ball screw transmission pair 725 is further connected with a sliding frame base 727, the sliding frame base 727 is sleeved on the first truss 724 and can be driven by the fifth ball screw transmission pair 725 to move along the X direction, a rodless cylinder 728 along the Y direction is arranged at the bottom of the sliding frame base 727, a sliding plate 729 is hung on the rodless cylinder 728, and a driving cylinder 730 is arranged on the sliding plate 729; the two sides of the driving cylinder 730 in the Y direction are respectively provided with a connecting plate 731 and a connecting block 747, the connecting plate 731 is connected with a second truss plate 732 extending in the X direction, two ends of the second truss plate 732 are respectively provided with a first driving cylinder 733, the driving end of the first driving cylinder 733 is connected with a suction nozzle 04, the connecting block 747 is vertically provided with a second driving cylinder 734, the driving end of the second driving cylinder 734 is fixedly provided with a first connecting arm 735, two ends of the first connecting arm 735 in the X direction are provided with suction nozzles 04, the two suction nozzles 04 driven by the first driving cylinder 733 are matched with the suction nozzle 04 driven by the second driving cylinder 734 to clamp the empty plastic suction disc 02 from the first conveying mechanism 006, and matched with the driving of a fourth ball screw transmission pair 722, a fifth ball screw transmission pair 725 and a rodless cylinder 728, so as to place the clamped empty plastic suction disc 02 on the stacking mechanism 101; the driving end of the driving cylinder 730 is connected with a mounting base 736 extending along the Y direction, a seventh driving motor 737 is arranged beside the X direction of the mounting base 736, the rotating shaft of the seventh driving motor 737 is connected with a rotating shaft 738 through a coupler, a plurality of sliding blocks 739 are arranged on the rotating shaft 738 along the X direction, each sliding block 739 is connected with a suction nozzle 04, two sliding rods 740 extending along the X direction are further arranged on the mounting base 736, the plurality of sliding blocks 739 are movably arranged on the two sliding rods 740 and can telescopically slide along the X direction along the two sliding rods 740, and a short screw rod 741 capable of sliding along the rotating shaft 738 and rotating along the rotating shaft 738 to screw in/out the two corresponding sliding blocks 739 is further arranged between the two adjacent sliding blocks 739 matched on the rotating shaft 738; two first sliding rods 742 are further arranged at the front end of the Y of the mounting base 736, two telescopic sliding bases 743 are sleeved on the two first sliding rods 742, the two telescopic sliding bases 743 are driven by a long-axis cylinder 744 connected with the two telescopic sliding bases to slide oppositely along the X direction, and a pressing base 745 connected with the telescopic sliding bases 743 is driven to extrude/loosen the sliding blocks 739; the long axis cylinder 744 drives the two pressing bases 745 to squeeze/loosen the plurality of sliding blocks 739, and the damping provided by the column spring 746 arranged between the two adjacent sliding blocks 739 is matched with the short screw rod 741 to slide along the rotating shaft 738 and screw in/out the matched sliding blocks 739, so that the plurality of sliding blocks 739 drive the suction nozzle 04 to contract and draw together the good product metal plug 01/the defective product metal plug 01 from the second conveying mechanism 100 and/or drive the suction nozzle 04 to expand and contract and then sort and stack the good product metal plug 01/the defective product metal plug 01 drawn from the second conveying mechanism 100 onto the plastic sucking disc 02 of the corresponding stacking mechanism 009.
