本发明涉及一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆,包括挤包分布的若干根线芯,每个线芯的中心处均设有第一钢丝绳,若干根线芯分布的中心处设有第二钢丝绳,第二钢丝绳的外部包覆有第二绝缘层,若干根线芯的外部共同包覆有由内向外依次设置的绕包层、内护层、加强层、屏蔽层、护套,绕包层与线芯之间设有填充绳,线芯包括导体、第一绝缘层;内护层为阻燃耐寒丁腈材质挤压制成,加强层为玻纤布材料制成,屏蔽层为不锈钢丝编织而成,第一绝缘层、第二绝缘层、护套均为抗撕硅橡胶材料制成。本发明具备更加优异的柔软性、耐温耐磨性和抗拉性,大大增强了对电缆内部的保护,延长了电缆的使用寿命,有效确保设备的正常电力传输。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体的说是一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着移动设备的发展,工业设备需要用到电缆实现与设备之间的电力传递,同时对于电缆的性能要求越来越高,随着移动设备的功能越发强大,传输电力强,现有市场上的电缆,柔软性、耐磨性和抗拉性较差,已无法满足使用要求。
发明内容
为了避免和解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆,包括沿圆周方向挤包分布的若干根线芯,每个线芯的中心处均设有第一钢丝绳,若干根线芯分布的中心处设有第二钢丝绳,所述第二钢丝绳的外部包覆有第二绝缘层,若干根线芯的外部共同包覆有由内向外依次设置的绕包层、内护层、加强层、屏蔽层、护套,所述绕包层与线芯之间设有填充绳,所述线芯包括导体、包覆在导体外的第一绝缘层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一钢丝绳的直径为2mm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第二钢丝绳的直径为6mm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述内护层为阻燃耐寒丁腈材质挤压制成且所述内护层的厚度为5mm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述加强层为玻纤布材料制成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述屏蔽层为直径0.2mm的不锈钢丝编织而成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一绝缘层、第二绝缘层、护套均为抗撕硅橡胶材料制成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一绝缘层的厚度为1.6mm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导体为直径0.25mm的若干根无氧铜丝绞合而成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述线芯为六根。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明相比传统的电缆,具备更加优异的柔软性、耐温耐磨性和抗拉性,能够适应-40°到180°下的使用,承受的最小抗拉强度达到15MPa,极限拉断力达到15000N,弯曲的半径不小于电缆外径的8倍,大大增强了对电缆内部的保护,延长了电缆的使用寿命,有效确保设备的正常电力传输。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1所示,一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆,包括沿圆周方向挤包分布的若干根线芯1,每个线芯1的中心处均设有第一钢丝绳2,若干根线芯1分布的中心处设有第二钢丝绳3,所述第二钢丝绳3的外部包覆有第二绝缘层4,若干根线芯1的外部共同包覆有由内向外依次设置的绕包层5、内护层6、加强层7、屏蔽层8、护套9,所述绕包层5与线芯1之间设有填充绳10,所述线芯1包括导体11、包覆在导体11外的第一绝缘层12。
所述第一钢丝绳2的直径为2mm,所述第二钢丝绳3的直径为6mm。采用这种方式,第一钢丝绳2增强了内部线芯1的抗拉强度,同时第二钢丝绳3形成对电缆整体的第二层防护,能够削弱外部大部分拉扯力,从而减轻第一钢丝绳2受到的力,大大提升对电缆的抗拉保护。
所述内护层6为阻燃耐寒丁腈材质挤压制成且所述内护层6的厚度为5mm。采用阻燃耐寒丁腈材质的内护层6,能够提高电缆的耐热和阻燃能力,有效避免火险的发生,提高电缆耐热性能。
所述加强层7为玻纤布材料制成,所述屏蔽层8为直径0.2mm的不锈钢丝编织而成。
所述第一绝缘层12、第二绝缘层4、护套9均为抗撕硅橡胶材料制成。所述第一绝缘层12的厚度为1.6mm。采用抗撕硅橡胶材料,提高电缆最外层的防护能力,避免电缆外皮受损。
所述导体11为直径0.25mm的若干根无氧铜丝绞合而成。所述线芯1为六根。无氧铜丝性能优异,实现对电缆更加优异的电力传输效果。
本发明具备更加优异的柔软性、耐温耐磨性和抗拉性,能够适应-40°到180°下的使用,承受的最小抗拉强度达到15MPa,极限拉断力达到15000N,弯曲的半径不小于电缆外径的8倍,大大增强了对电缆内部的保护,延长了电缆的使用寿命,有效确保设备的正常电力传输。

1.一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆,其特征在于:包括沿圆周方向挤包分布的若干根线芯(1),每个线芯(1)的中心处均设有第一钢丝绳(2),若干根线芯(1)分布的中心处设有第二钢丝绳(3),所述第二钢丝绳(3)的外部包覆有第二绝缘层(4),若干根线芯(1)的外部共同包覆有由内向外依次设置的绕包层(5)、内护层(6)、加强层(7)、屏蔽层(8)、护套(9),所述绕包层(5)与线芯(1)之间设有填充绳(10);所述线芯(1)包括导体(11)、包覆在导体(11)外的第一绝缘层(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆,其特征在于:所述第一钢丝绳(2)的直径为2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆,其特征在于:所述第二钢丝绳(3)的直径为6mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆,其特征在于:所述内护层(6)为阻燃耐寒丁腈材质挤压制成且所述内护层(6)的厚度为5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆,其特征在于:所述加强层(7)为玻纤布材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层(8)为直径0.2mm的不锈钢丝编织而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆,其特征在于:所述第一绝缘层(12)、第二绝缘层(4)、护套(9)均为抗撕硅橡胶材料制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆,其特征在于:所述第一绝缘层(12)的厚度为1.6mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐温耐磨钢包车专用抗拉电缆,其特征在于:所述导体(11)为直径0.25mm的若干根无氧铜丝绞合而成。
