双芯旋绕式碳纤维复合电缆结构包括铝芯、带绝缘层的电源导线、带绝缘层的碳纤维束、特制金属层、绝缘层、总屏蔽层及外层绝缘护套。其中带绝缘层的电源导线和带绝缘层的碳纤维束旋绕于铝芯外围构成电缆内芯,内芯外包覆有特制金属层,特制金属层由两层构成,内层为软铝薄层,外层为镀银铜线编织层,作用是屏蔽防雷,特制金属层外包覆由云母构成的绝缘层,云母绝缘层外包有总屏蔽层,最外层为绝缘护套,由加工挤塑成型的低烟无卤阻燃的交联聚乙烯材料构成。本实用新型的抗干扰能力强,机械强度高,拉断力大,柔软度好,可抗拒雷电冲击,遇故障不会燃烧、不会散发有毒气体。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及电热电缆领域,具体的讲是新型双芯旋绕式碳纤维复合电缆。
背景技术  现有的双芯电缆线里带同轴绝缘的电线并列,相互紧靠,需用较厚的绝缘层和较多的填充材料,往往柔软度不好,能承受的拉断力不够。且常规的电缆屏蔽绝缘层为普通电线绝缘材料,遇火灾燃烧,散发大量有毒气体,对人体和环境都造成了危害。
发明内容  鉴于已有技术存在的不足之处,本实用新型的目的是提供一种抗干扰能力强,机械强度高,拉断力大,柔软度好,可抗拒雷电冲击,遇故障不会燃烧、不会散发有毒气体的双芯旋绕式碳纤维复合电缆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术解决方案是:双芯旋绕式碳纤维复合电缆结构包括铝芯、带绝缘层的电源导线、带绝缘层的碳纤维束、特制金属层、绝缘层、总屏蔽层及外层绝缘护套。其中带绝缘层的电源导线和带绝缘层的碳纤维束旋绕于铝芯外围构成电缆内芯,内芯外包覆有特制金属层,特制金属层由两层构成,内层为软铝薄层,外层为镀银铜线编织层,作用是屏蔽防雷,特制金属层外包覆由云母构成的绝缘层,云母绝缘层外包有总屏蔽层,最外层为绝缘护套,由加工挤塑成型的低烟无卤阻燃的交联聚乙烯材料构成。
本实用新型新型双芯旋绕式碳纤维复合电缆具有如下优异功能:铝芯固定了电缆的形状;碳纤维束作导电材料,减轻了电缆本身的重量,增加了电缆的使用寿命;采用特制的金属屏蔽层,提高了电缆抗雷电冲击的能力,同时增加了电缆的抗拉能力;云母绝缘层保证了电缆的阻燃效果;总屏蔽层进一步提高了电缆的抗干扰能力,也提高了电缆的拉断力;交联聚乙烯绝缘层具有优异的电气性能、机械性能、耐热老化性能、耐环境应力和耐化学腐蚀性能的能力,而且结构简单、重量轻、长期工作温度高(90℃)等特点。

1.新型双芯旋绕式碳纤维复合电缆,其特征在于:结构包括铝芯、带绝缘层的电源导线、带绝缘层的碳纤维束、特制金属层、绝缘层、总屏蔽层及外层绝缘护套,带绝缘层的电源导线和带绝缘层的碳纤维束旋绕于铝芯外围构成电缆内芯,内芯外包覆有特制金属层,特制金属层由两层构成,内层为软铝薄层,外层为镀银铜线编织层,特制金属层外包覆由云母构成的绝缘层,云母绝缘层外包有总屏蔽层,最外层为绝缘护套,由加工挤塑成型的低烟无卤阻燃的交联聚乙烯材料构成。
