Abstract
一种织物纤维浸胶液的配方,其特征是,包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:乳胶150‑250份、分散剂5‑15份、湿润剂8‑18份、改性剂10‑25份;所述乳胶为天然乳胶、丁苯乳胶、丁吡乳胶、羟基乳胶制备而成,所述分散剂为酪素、皂类、苛性钠制备而成,所述湿润剂为烷基奈磺酸盐,所述改性剂为蛋白质、树脂、硫化体系配合剂、炭黑制备而成。本发明具有抗高温、抗酸碱、高耐磨的优点,提升了浸胶液的性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种浸胶液的配方,尤其是一种织物纤维浸胶液的配方,属于工业用布技术领域。
背景技术
浸胶是织物通过胶液浸槽,使织物纤维浸上胶浆,以提高织物与胶料的熟结力。浸胶可使人造丝、合成纤维及玻璃纤维帘线表面光滑,浸胶浆后可显著提高胶料与纤维的勃着力。常用的浸液为天然乳胶与间苯二酚甲醛树脂相配合的水乳液。役胶设备包括役渍槽、干燥室、热仲张及卷取装置,也可与压延机连接,组成帝布浸胶、贴胶、擦胶联动生产线。浸胶液可提高橡胶与玻璃纤维的私着力,棉帘布经浸酚醛胶乳,也能显著提高轮胎的耐用性能。但是,现有的浸胶液在提高织布纤维的耐热、耐腐、耐压性能方面亟待改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提高一种织物纤维浸胶液的配方,以改善工业用布的耐热、耐腐、耐压以及耐疲劳性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种织物纤维浸胶液的配方,其特征是,包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:乳胶150-250份、分散剂5-15份、湿润剂8-18份、改性剂10-25份;所述乳胶为天然乳胶、丁苯乳胶、丁吡乳胶、羟基乳胶制备而成,所述分散剂为酪素、皂类、苛性钠制备而成,所述湿润剂为烷基奈磺酸盐,所述改性剂为蛋白质、树脂、硫化体系配合剂、炭黑制备而成。
所述蛋白质为酪素和白蛋白。
所述树脂为RF液、环氧树脂、异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯制备而成。
所述乳胶中,天然乳胶的重量份50-180份、丁苯乳胶的重量份40-150份、丁吡乳胶的重量份50-120份、羟基乳胶的重量份10-50份。
本发明中的胶乳可在纤维表面形成胶膜,靠分子间力和化学键合起粘合作用,酪素、苛性钠起稳定胶液作用,蛋白质可与纤维反应并与橡胶粘附,树脂通过化学反应增加与橡胶的粘合,硫化体系配合剂可增强胶膜强伸性能,炭黑了减少胶膜的伸长性,硫化初期的流动性,增加粘合力。
天然胶乳属于橡胶类的热塑性合成树脂,其特点是高弹性、粘接时成膜性能良好、胶膜富于柔韧性,因而使胶膜具有优异的耐屈挠性、抗震性和耐蠕变性能,适用于动态下部件的粘接和不同热膨胀系数材料之间的粘接。
丁苯胶乳是以丁二烯和苯乙烯经低温聚合而成的稳定乳液。根据苯乙烯含量、乳化剂和聚合温度等的不同,而有多种品种,其性能和用途也不同。丁苯胶乳是丁二烯和苯乙烯单体在添加不同化学品和助剂后经乳液共聚而制成的聚合物胶乳。丁苯胶乳具有很好的粘着性,由于其粒子比天然胶乳的粒子小,其机械稳定性优于天然胶乳,并能与天然胶乳以任何比例混合。丁苯胶乳是最重要的合成胶乳,根据苯乙烯含量不同,可分为S/B胶乳(苯乙烯含量超过45%)和SBR胶乳(苯乙烯含量低于45%)。S/B胶乳主要用于纸张涂层(铜版纸生产)和地毯背衬,而SBR胶乳则主要用于制造泡沫(海绵)制品及合成纤维帘子线浸渍等领域。
丁吡胶乳是乙烯基吡啶(α-甲基-5-乙烯基吡啶)和丁二烯的二元共聚物,称为丁吡胶乳(butadiene vinyl-pyridine rubber latex)。丁吡胶乳的制造方法与丁苯胶乳类似,只是用乙烯基吡啶代替苯乙烯,聚合方法分为热聚和冷聚两大类。目前一般采用热聚的方法,聚合温度为50℃;由于胶乳中引进了吡啶基团,增加了极性,因而能大大提高纤维(特别是人造丝、聚酰胺、聚酯等)与橡胶直接的粘合能力。使用时一般与少量丁苯胶乳混合后,在与间苯二酚-甲醛溶液混合配成一定比例的浸渍液简称RFL。
与现有技术相比,采用本发明的浸胶配方生产的浸胶工业用布,具有浸胶层的高温老化性能好、使用寿命长等特点,本发明通过在原料中加入乳胶,使浸渍在工业布上的浸胶液表面快速形成一层薄膜,该层薄膜可以起到耐热、耐腐、耐磨作用,保证浸胶液与工业布表面的粘合性能。本发明具有抗高温、抗酸碱、高耐磨的优点,提升了浸胶液的性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种织物纤维浸胶液的配方,包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:乳胶150-250份、分散剂5-15份、湿润剂8-18份、改性剂10-25份;所述乳胶为天然乳胶、丁苯乳胶、丁吡乳胶、羟基乳胶制备而成,所述分散剂为酪素、皂类、苛性钠制备而成,所述湿润剂为烷基奈磺酸盐,所述改性剂为蛋白质、树脂、硫化体系配合剂、炭黑制备而成。
蛋白质为酪素和白蛋白,树脂为RF液、环氧树脂、异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯制备而成。乳胶中,天然乳胶的重量份50-180份、丁苯乳胶的重量份40-150份、丁吡乳胶的重量份50-120份、羟基乳胶的重量份10-50份。
实施例2
一种织物纤维浸胶液的配方,包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:乳胶250份、分散剂15份、湿润剂18份、改性剂25份;所述乳胶为天然乳胶、丁苯乳胶、丁吡乳胶、羟基乳胶制备而成,所述分散剂为酪素、皂类、苛性钠制备而成,所述湿润剂为烷基奈磺酸盐,所述改性剂为蛋白质、树脂、硫化体系配合剂、炭黑制备而成。
蛋白质为酪素和白蛋白,树脂为RF液、环氧树脂、异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯制备而成。乳胶中,天然乳胶的重量份180份、丁苯乳胶的重量份150份、丁吡乳胶的重量份120份、羟基乳胶的重量份50份。
实施例3
一种织物纤维浸胶液的配方,包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:乳胶150份、分散剂5份、湿润剂8份、改性剂10份;所述乳胶为天然乳胶、丁苯乳胶、丁吡乳胶、羟基乳胶制备而成,所述分散剂为酪素、皂类、苛性钠制备而成,所述湿润剂为烷基奈磺酸盐,所述改性剂为蛋白质、树脂、硫化体系配合剂、炭黑制备而成。
蛋白质为酪素和白蛋白,树脂为RF液、环氧树脂、异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯制备而成。乳胶中,天然乳胶的重量份50份、丁苯乳胶的重量份40份、丁吡乳胶的重量份50份、羟基乳胶的重量份10份。

1.一种织物纤维浸胶液的配方,其特征是,包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:乳胶150-250份、分散剂5-15份、湿润剂8-18份、改性剂10-25份;所述乳胶为天然乳胶、丁苯乳胶、丁吡乳胶、羟基乳胶制备而成,所述分散剂为酪素、皂类、苛性钠制备而成,所述湿润剂为烷基奈磺酸盐,所述改性剂为蛋白质、树脂、硫化体系配合剂、炭黑制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物纤维浸胶液的配方,其特征是,所述蛋白质为酪素和白蛋白。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物纤维浸胶液的配方,其特征是,所述树脂为RF液、环氧树脂、异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯制备而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种织物纤维浸胶液的配方,其特征是,所述乳胶中,天然乳胶的重量份50-180份、丁苯乳胶的重量份40-150份、丁吡乳胶的重量份50-120份、羟基乳胶的重量份10-50份。
