Abstract
一种提高耐疲劳性能的帘线浸胶液,属于工业用布技术领域。采用二浴法制备帘线,第一浴浸液的配方为:二异氰酸盐60‑100重量份、环氧树脂15‑45重量份、甲基纤维素0.5‑4.5重量份;所述第二浴浸液的配方为:软水、间苯二酚固体、甲醛、丁吡胶乳、氢氧化钠,其中各组份的重量份分别是:软水200‑400份、间苯二酚固体20‑30份、甲醛30‑45份、丁吡乳胶500‑700份、氢氧化钠5‑10份。本发明具有抗高温、抗酸碱、高耐磨的优点,提升了浸胶液的性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种浸胶液的配方,尤其是一种提高耐疲劳性能的帘线浸胶液,属于工业用布技术领域。
背景技术
浸胶是织物通过胶液浸槽,使织物纤维浸上胶浆,以提高织物与胶料的熟结力。浸胶可使人造丝、合成纤维及玻璃纤维帘线表面光滑,浸胶浆后可显著提高胶料与纤维的勃着力。常用的浸液为天然乳胶与间苯二酚甲醛树脂相配合的水乳液。役胶设备包括役渍槽、干燥室、热仲张及卷取装置,也可与压延机连接,组成帝布浸胶、贴胶、擦胶联动生产线。浸胶液可提高橡胶与玻璃纤维的私着力,棉帘布经浸酚醛胶乳,也能显著提高轮胎的耐用性能。但是,现有的浸胶液在提高织布纤维的耐热、耐腐、耐压性能方面亟待改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提高一种提高耐疲劳性能的帘线浸胶液,以改善工业用布的耐热、耐腐、耐压以及耐疲劳性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种提高耐疲劳性能的帘线浸胶液,其特征是,采用二浴法制备帘线,第一浴浸液的配方为:二异氰酸盐60-100重量份、环氧树脂15-45重量份、甲基纤维素0.5-4.5重量份;所述第二浴浸液的配方为:软水、间苯二酚固体、甲醛、丁吡胶乳、氢氧化钠,其中各组份的重量份分别是:软水200-400份、间苯二酚固体20-30份、甲醛30-45份、丁吡乳胶500-700份、氢氧化钠5-10份。
所述甲醛浓度为37%。
所述氢氧化钠含量为5%。
所述丁吡胶乳为氢化处理后的丁吡胶乳,其固含量为20%。
丁吡胶乳是乙烯基吡啶(α-甲基-5-乙烯基吡啶)和丁二烯的二元共聚物,称为丁吡胶乳(butadiene vinyl-pyridine rubber latex)。丁吡胶乳的制造方法与丁苯胶乳类似,只是用乙烯基吡啶代替苯乙烯,聚合方法分为热聚和冷聚两大类。目前一般采用热聚的方法,聚合温度为50℃;由于胶乳中引进了吡啶基团,增加了极性,因而能大大提高纤维(特别是人造丝、聚酰胺、聚酯等)与橡胶直接的粘合能力。使用时一般与少量丁苯胶乳混合后,在与间苯二酚-甲醛溶液混合配成一定比例的浸渍液简称RFL。
间苯二酚主要用于橡胶粘合剂、合成树脂、染料、防腐剂、医药和分析试剂等主面,间苯二酚具有杀菌作用,可用作防腐剂,添中于化妆品和皮肤病药物糊剂及软膏等。与甲醛生成缩聚物,可用于制粘胶丝及尼龙用的轮胎帘子线粘结剂,制备木材胶合剂,用于乙烯基材料与金属的粘合,间苯二酚是许多偶氮染料、毛皮染料的中间体,也是医药中间体对氮基水杨酸的原料。甲醛分子中有醛基生缩聚反应,可以得到酚醛树脂。
本发明中的胶乳可在纤维表面形成胶膜,靠分子间力和化学键合起粘合作用。与现有技术相比,采用本发明的浸胶配方生产的浸胶工业用布,具有浸胶层的高温老化性能好、使用寿命长等特点,本发明通过在原料中加入乳胶,使浸渍在工业布上的浸胶液表面快速形成一层薄膜,该层薄膜可以起到耐热、耐腐、耐磨作用,保证浸胶液与工业布表面的粘合性能。本发明具有抗高温、抗酸碱、高耐磨的优点,提升了浸胶液的性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种提高耐疲劳性能的帘线浸胶液,采用二浴法制备帘线,第一浴浸液的配方为:二异氰酸盐60-100重量份、环氧树脂15-45重量份、甲基纤维素0.5-4.5重量份;所述第二浴浸液的配方为:软水、间苯二酚固体、甲醛、丁吡胶乳、氢氧化钠,其中各组份的重量份分别是:软水200-400份、间苯二酚固体20-30份、甲醛30-45份、丁吡乳胶500-700份、氢氧化钠5-10份。
甲醛浓度为37%,氢氧化钠含量为5%,丁吡胶乳为氢化处理后的丁吡胶乳,其固含量为20%。
实施例2
一种提高耐疲劳性能的帘线浸胶液,采用二浴法制备帘线,第一浴浸液的配方为:二异氰酸盐100重量份、环氧树脂45重量份、甲基纤维素4.5重量份;所述第二浴浸液的配方为:软水、间苯二酚固体、甲醛、丁吡胶乳、氢氧化钠,其中各组份的重量份分别是:软水400份、间苯二酚固体30份、甲醛45份、丁吡乳胶700份、氢氧化钠10份。
甲醛浓度为37%,氢氧化钠含量为5%,丁吡胶乳为氢化处理后的丁吡胶乳,其固含量为20%。
实施例3
一种提高耐疲劳性能的帘线浸胶液,采用二浴法制备帘线,第一浴浸液的配方为:二异氰酸盐60重量份、环氧树脂15重量份、甲基纤维素0.5重量份;所述第二浴浸液的配方为:软水、间苯二酚固体、甲醛、丁吡胶乳、氢氧化钠,其中各组份的重量份分别是:软水200份、间苯二酚固体20份、甲醛30份、丁吡乳胶500份、氢氧化钠5份。
甲醛浓度为37%,氢氧化钠含量为5%,丁吡胶乳为氢化处理后的丁吡胶乳,其固含量为20%。

1.一种提高耐疲劳性能的帘线浸胶液,其特征是,采用二浴法制备帘线,第一浴浸液的配方为:二异氰酸盐60-100重量份、环氧树脂15-45重量份、甲基纤维素0.5-4.5重量份;所述第二浴浸液的配方为:软水、间苯二酚固体、甲醛、丁吡胶乳、氢氧化钠,其中各组份的重量份分别是:软水200-400份、间苯二酚固体20-30份、甲醛30-45份、丁吡乳胶500-700份、氢氧化钠5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高耐疲劳性能的帘线浸胶液,其特征是,所述甲醛浓度为37%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高耐疲劳性能的帘线浸胶液,其特征是,所述氢氧化钠含量为5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高耐疲劳性能的帘线浸胶液,其特征是,所述丁吡胶乳为氢化处理后的丁吡胶乳,其固含量为20%。
