一种聚酯帘子线的浸胶液配方,其特征是,包括第一浴配方、第二浴配方,所述第一浴配方为:己内酰胺封闭异氰酸酯40‑80重量份、RF树脂45‑65重量份、软水300‑600重量份;所述RF树脂的配方为:软水60‑90重量份、氢氧化钠0.3‑4.5重量份、间苯二酚固体1.8‑6.6重量份、甲醛6‑12重量份;所述第二浴配方为:RF树脂湿重为100‑180重量份、乙烯基吡啶胶乳湿重为200‑280重量份、氨水为11‑18重量份、软水60‑100重量份。本发明具有抗高温、抗酸碱、高耐磨的优点,提升了浸胶液的性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种浸胶液的配方,尤其是一种聚酯帘子线的浸胶液配方,属于工业用布技术领域。
背景技术
聚酯产业用纺织品采用聚酯工业丝作为主要原料,聚酯工业丝以其高强度、高模量、耐高温等优异性能已成为产业用纺织品的主要原材料,机械橡胶制品—橡胶输送带、传动带、橡胶胶管所必须的骨架材料,目前已经基本聚酯化。聚酯材料的熔点在264℃,具有良好的耐热性能,因此聚酯浸胶帆布已经普遍替代早先的棉帆布,各类耐高温输送带的应用领域里显示了其强大的优势。
浸胶是织物通过胶液浸槽,使织物纤维浸上胶浆,以提高织物与胶料的熟结力。浸胶可使人造丝、合成纤维及玻璃纤维帘线表面光滑,浸胶浆后可显著提高胶料与纤维的勃着力。常用的浸液为天然乳胶与间苯二酚甲醛树脂相配合的水乳液。役胶设备包括役渍槽、干燥室、热仲张及卷取装置,也可与压延机连接,组成帝布浸胶、贴胶、擦胶联动生产线。浸胶液可提高橡胶与玻璃纤维的私着力,棉帘布经浸酚醛胶乳,也能显著提高轮胎的耐用性能。但是,现有的浸胶液在提高织布纤维的耐热、耐腐、耐压性能方面亟待改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提高一种聚酯帘子线的浸胶液配方,以改善工业用布的耐热、耐腐、耐压以及耐疲劳性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种聚酯帘子线的浸胶液配方,其特征是,包括第一浴配方、第二浴配方,所述第一浴配方为:己内酰胺封闭异氰酸酯40-80重量份、RF树脂45-65重量份、软水300-600重量份;所述RF树脂的配方为:软水60-90重量份、氢氧化钠0.3-4.5重量份、间苯二酚固体1.8-6.6重量份、甲醛6-12重量份;所述第二浴配方为:RF树脂湿重为100-180重量份、乙烯基吡啶胶乳湿重为200-280重量份、氨水为11-18重量份、软水60-100重量份。
所述氨水的质量分数为0.28。
所述乙烯基吡啶胶乳的质量分数为0.41。
所述甲醛的浓度为37%。
乙烯基吡啶胶乳无色至黄色液体,遇光、受热发生聚合,贮存时常加0.1%-0.2%的对苯二酚作为阻聚剂。主要用作有机合成中间体和聚合物的单体。应用于功能性高分子、表面活性剂、抗静电剂、感光性树脂、涂料、医药、农药等许多方面。由乙基吡啶脱氢而制得。
间苯二酚主要用于橡胶粘合剂、合成树脂、染料、防腐剂、医药和分析试剂等主面,间苯二酚具有杀菌作用,可用作防腐剂,添中于化妆品和皮肤病药物糊剂及软膏等。与甲醛生成缩聚物,可用于制粘胶丝及尼龙用的轮胎帘子线粘结剂,制备木材胶合剂,用于乙烯基材料与金属的粘合,间苯二酚是许多偶氮染料、毛皮染料的中间体,也是医药中间体对氮基水杨酸的原料。甲醛分子中有醛基生缩聚反应,可以得到酚醛树脂。
本发明中的胶乳可在纤维表面形成胶膜,靠分子间力和化学键合起粘合作用。与现有技术相比,采用本发明的浸胶配方生产的浸胶工业用布,具有浸胶层的高温老化性能好、使用寿命长等特点,本发明通过在原料中加入乳胶,使浸渍在工业布上的浸胶液表面快速形成一层薄膜,该层薄膜可以起到耐热、耐腐、耐磨作用,保证浸胶液与工业布表面的粘合性能。本发明具有抗高温、抗酸碱、高耐磨的优点,提升了浸胶液的性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种聚酯帘子线的浸胶液配方,包括第一浴配方、第二浴配方,所述第一浴配方为:己内酰胺封闭异氰酸酯40-80重量份、RF树脂45-65重量份、软水300-600重量份;所述RF树脂的配方为:软水60-90重量份、氢氧化钠0.3-4.5重量份、间苯二酚固体1.8-6.6重量份、甲醛6-12重量份;所述第二浴配方为:RF树脂湿重为100-180重量份、乙烯基吡啶胶乳湿重为200-280重量份、氨水为11-18重量份、软水60-100重量份。
氨水的质量分数为0.28,乙烯基吡啶胶乳的质量分数为0.41,甲醛的浓度为37%。
实施例2
一种聚酯帘子线的浸胶液配方,包括第一浴配方、第二浴配方,所述第一浴配方为:己内酰胺封闭异氰酸酯80重量份、RF树脂65重量份、软水600重量份;所述RF树脂的配方为:软水90重量份、氢氧化钠4.5重量份、间苯二酚固体6.6重量份、甲醛12重量份;所述第二浴配方为:RF树脂湿重为180重量份、乙烯基吡啶胶乳湿重为280重量份、氨水为18重量份、软水100重量份。
氨水的质量分数为0.28,乙烯基吡啶胶乳的质量分数为0.41,甲醛的浓度为37%。
实施例3
一种聚酯帘子线的浸胶液配方,包括第一浴配方、第二浴配方,所述第一浴配方为:己内酰胺封闭异氰酸酯40重量份、RF树脂45重量份、软水300重量份;所述RF树脂的配方为:软水60重量份、氢氧化钠0.3重量份、间苯二酚固体1.8重量份、甲醛6重量份;所述第二浴配方为:RF树脂湿重为100重量份、乙烯基吡啶胶乳湿重为200重量份、氨水为11重量份、软水60重量份。
氨水的质量分数为0.28,乙烯基吡啶胶乳的质量分数为0.41,甲醛的浓度为37%。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯帘子线的浸胶液配方,其特征是,所述氨水的质量分数为0.28。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯帘子线的浸胶液配方,其特征是,所述乙烯基吡啶胶乳的质量分数为0.41。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯帘子线的浸胶液配方,其特征是,所述甲醛的浓度为37%。
