背景技术
从上个世纪末到现在,世界上的橡胶和塑料产业持续以高速增长,其中我国已经是世界上橡胶、金属零构件、塑料的生产和消费大国,2010年生产塑料制品的能力已经达到5830万吨,并且还以每年10%以上的速度增长,橡胶年生产和消费量已经突破500万吨,位居世界第一。由于这些工业的快速发展壮大,脱模剂应用的方向越来越广,且用量也在飞速增长,尤其是近些年来,伴随着压延、注塑、模压、挤出等工艺的飞速进步,脱模剂在品种类型以及需求产量上的发展也极大改善。在橡胶、塑料等工业中,脱模剂变成了不可缺少的一类加工助剂。脱膜剂的分为有机和无机两种,其中脂肪酸类脱模剂的原料易得、无毒、价格低廉、稳定性和润滑作用好,是常用一种有机脱模剂。特别是用水作为溶剂,避免了有机溶剂对环境的污染,而且其成本比较经济。但是缺点是模容易破裂,易使制品表面有裂纹,强度不够。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种水基脱模剂,脱膜性能优良,可以重复使用,成本低廉。
技术方案:一种水基脱模剂,由以下成分按重量份组成:内磺基脂肪酸酯5-15份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯3-10份、芥酸酰胺5-12份、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、油酸3-8份、三乙醇胺4-10份、环氧丙烷2-5份、聚乙烯蜡微球5-12份、碳酸月桂酯6-15份、山嵛酸8-20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4-10份、乙醇40-60份、水200-400份。
进一步的,所述的一种水基脱模剂,由以下成分按重量份组成:内磺基脂肪酸酯8-12份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯5-8份、芥酸酰胺7-10份、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚11-14份、油酸5-7份、三乙醇胺6-9份、环氧丙烷3-4份、聚乙烯蜡微球7-10份、碳酸月桂酯9-12份、山嵛酸11-16份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠6-9份、乙醇48-55份、水280-360份。
进一步的,所述的一种水基脱模剂,所述的聚乙烯蜡微球的制备方法为将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜的混合均匀,再加入山梨醇酐三油酸酯、吐温80和聚乙烯蜡,油浴加热至125-130℃,在高速分散器中乳化,转速18000-25000r /min,乳化时间为5-10min,再将乳化液在0 ℃下急速冷却,析出聚乙烯蜡微球后减压抽滤即可。
一种水基脱模剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将油酸和三乙醇胺混合,加热至130-180℃,恒温反应0.5-3h,然后降温至70-80℃,加入环氧丙烷,恒温回流反应1-2h,得到改性油酸;
(2)将芥酸酰胺加入升温至25-35℃的乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液A;
(3)将内磺基脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、碳酸月桂酯、山嵛酸和十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入水中,在70-95℃下搅搅拌0.5-1h,得到混合溶液B;
(4)将混合溶液A和混合溶液B混合,并加入聚乙烯蜡微球,高速分散5-15min,分散转速为8000-10000r/min,即得水基脱膜剂。
进一步的,所述的一种水基脱模剂的制备方法,步骤(1)中将油酸和三乙醇胺混合,加热至150-170℃,恒温反应1.2h,然后降温至75-80℃,加入环氧丙烷,恒温回流反应1h,得到改性油酸。
进一步的,所述的一种水基脱模剂的制备方法,步骤(4)高速分散8-12min,分散转速为8800-9500r/min。
有益效果:本发明合成得到的脱模剂固化涂层的表面能低于常用工程塑料的表面能。表明该脱模剂具有优异的脱模性能;同时该脱模剂具有优异的脱模效果,模制品表面光滑、无溶剂或脱模剂残留、模具表面光滑,无脱模剂脱落和模制品粘附物,可重复脱模次数达到数十次。

一种水基脱模剂,由以下成分按重量份组成:内磺基脂肪酸酯5份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯10份、芥酸酰胺12份、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚15份、油酸3份、三乙醇胺4份、环氧丙烷2份、聚乙烯蜡微球5份、碳酸月桂酯15份、山嵛酸8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、乙醇60份、水200份;
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将油酸和三乙醇胺混合,加热至130℃,恒温反应3h,然后降温至70℃,加入环氧丙烷,恒温回流反应2h,得到改性油酸;
(2)将芥酸酰胺加入升温至25℃的乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液A;

一种水基脱模剂,由以下成分按重量份组成:内磺基脂肪酸酯10份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯7份、芥酸酰胺9份、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚12份、油酸6份、三乙醇胺8份、环氧丙烷4份、聚乙烯蜡微球9份、碳酸月桂酯11份、山嵛酸14份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠7份、乙醇52份、水330份;
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将油酸和三乙醇胺混合,加热至160℃,恒温反应1.2h,然后降温至80℃,加入环氧丙烷,恒温回流反应1h,得到改性油酸;
(2)将芥酸酰胺加入升温至30℃的乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液A;
(3)将内磺基脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、碳酸月桂酯、山嵛酸和十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入水中,在88℃下搅搅拌0.5h,得到混合溶液B;
(4)将混合溶液A和混合溶液B混合,并加入聚乙烯蜡微球,高速分散10min,分散转速为9200r/min,即得水基脱膜剂;
其中,聚乙烯蜡微球的制备方法为将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜的混合均匀,再加入山梨醇酐三油酸酯、吐温80和聚乙烯蜡,油浴加热至128℃,在高速分散器中乳化,转速23000r /min,乳化时间为8min,再将乳化液在0 ℃下急速冷却,析出聚乙烯蜡微球后减压抽滤即可。

一种水基脱模剂,由以下成分按重量份组成:内磺基脂肪酸酯5份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯10份、芥酸酰胺12份、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚15份、油酸3份、三乙醇胺4份、环氧丙烷2份、聚乙烯蜡微球5份、碳酸月桂酯15份、山嵛酸8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、乙醇60份、水200份;
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将油酸和三乙醇胺混合,加热至130℃,恒温反应3h,然后降温至70℃,加入环氧丙烷,恒温回流反应2h,得到改性油酸;
(2)将芥酸酰胺加入升温至25℃的乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液A;
(3)将内磺基脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、碳酸月桂酯、山嵛酸和十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入水中,在70℃下搅搅拌0.5h,得到混合溶液B;
(4)将混合溶液A和混合溶液B混合,并加入聚乙烯蜡微球,高速分散5min,分散转速为10000r/min,即得水基脱膜剂;
其中,聚乙烯蜡微球的制备方法为将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜的混合均匀,再加入山梨醇酐三油酸酯、吐温80和聚乙烯蜡,油浴加热至125℃,在高速分散器中乳化,转速18000r /min,乳化时间为10min,再将乳化液在0℃下急速冷却,析出聚乙烯蜡微球后减压抽滤即可。

一种水基脱模剂,由以下成分按重量份组成:内磺基脂肪酸酯15份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯3份、芥酸酰胺5份、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚15份、油酸8份、三乙醇胺10份、环氧丙烷5份、聚乙烯蜡微球12份、碳酸月桂酯6份、山嵛酸20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4份、乙醇40份、水400份;
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将油酸和三乙醇胺混合,加热至180℃,恒温反应0.5h,然后降温至80℃,加入环氧丙烷,恒温回流反应1h,得到改性油酸;
(2)将芥酸酰胺加入升温至35℃的乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液A;
(3)将内磺基脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、碳酸月桂酯、山嵛酸和十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入水中,在95℃下搅搅拌1h,得到混合溶液B;
(4)将混合溶液A和混合溶液B混合,并加入聚乙烯蜡微球,高速分散15min,分散转速为8000r/min,即得水基脱膜剂;
其中,聚乙烯蜡微球的制备方法为将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜的混合均匀,再加入山梨醇酐三油酸酯、吐温80和聚乙烯蜡,油浴加热至130℃,在高速分散器中乳化,转速25000r /min,乳化时间为5min,再将乳化液在0℃下急速冷却,析出聚乙烯蜡微球后减压抽滤即可。
性能指标:
表面性能:将样品刷涂在10 cm×1.5 cm 的钢片上,放置烘箱中固化完全后,采用JC2000C 接触角测定仪测定水滴(极性溶剂)或二碘甲烷(非极性溶剂)在涂层表面的接触角,结合手册数据,采用owens 法计算出涂层的表面能。
脱模性能及可重复使用性能:将样品刷涂在模具上,固化完全后,进行橡胶加工试验,观察脱模剂的脱模性能及重复使用性能。
本发明合成得到的脱模剂固化涂层的表面能低于常用工程塑料的表面能。表明该脱模剂具有优异的脱模性能;同时该脱模剂具有优异的脱模效果,模制品表面光滑、无溶剂或脱模剂残留、模具表面光滑,无脱模剂脱落和模制品粘附物,可重复脱模次数达到数十次。

注:各类塑料制品的表面能:43mN·m-1(尼龙)、39mN·m-1(PVC)、36mN·m-1(ABS)、31mN·m-1(PP/PE)、29mN·m-1(PU)。

Claims (6)

1.一种水基脱模剂,其特征在于,由以下成分按重量份组成:内磺基脂肪酸酯5-15份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯3-10份、芥酸酰胺5-12份、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、油酸3-8份、三乙醇胺4-10份、环氧丙烷2-5份、聚乙烯蜡微球5-12份、碳酸月桂酯6-15份、山嵛酸8-20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4-10份、乙醇40-60份、水200-400份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水基脱模剂,其特征在于,由以下成分按重量份组成:内磺基脂肪酸酯8-12份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯5-8份、芥酸酰胺7-10份、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚11-14份、油酸5-7份、三乙醇胺6-9份、环氧丙烷3-4份、聚乙烯蜡微球7-10份、碳酸月桂酯9-12份、山嵛酸11-16份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠6-9份、乙醇48-55份、水280-360份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水基脱模剂,其特征在于:所述的聚乙烯蜡微球的制备方法为将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜的混合均匀,再加入山梨醇酐三油酸酯、吐温80和聚乙烯蜡,油浴加热至125-130℃,在高速分散器中乳化,转速18000-25000r/min,乳化时间为5-10min,再将乳化液在0 ℃下急速冷却,析出聚乙烯蜡微球后减压抽滤即可。
4.一种水基脱模剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将油酸和三乙醇胺混合,加热至130-180℃,恒温反应0.5-3h,然后降温至70-80℃,加入环氧丙烷,恒温回流反应1-2h,得到改性油酸;
(2)将芥酸酰胺加入升温至25-35℃的乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液A;
(3)将内磺基脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚、碳酸月桂酯、山嵛酸和十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入水中,在70-95℃下搅拌0.5-1h,得到混合溶液B;
将混合溶液A和混合溶液B混合,并加入聚乙烯蜡微球,高速分散5-15min,分散转速为8000-10000r/min,即得水基脱膜剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种水基脱模剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中将油酸和三乙醇胺混合,加热至150-170℃,恒温反应1.2h,然后降温至75-80℃,加入环氧丙烷,恒温回流反应1h,得到改性油酸。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种水基脱模剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)高速分散8-12min,分散转速为8800-9500r/min。
