一种高性能CJ‑4重负荷柴机油复合剂及其制备方法和应用,原料包括:超碱值合成磺酸钙、硫磷仲醇基锌盐、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐、超碱值合成磺酸镁、二烷基二硫代甲酸钼、高分子硼化无灰分散剂、辛丁基二苯胺。称取原料,加入调和釜中,升温60℃‑70℃,常压下搅拌1.5h‑2h后检验合格过滤装桶。适用于大功率柴油机油,采用卓越高分子硼化无灰分散剂,高温清净剂,高温抗氧剂,抗氧抗腐剂和FM摩擦改进剂钼以及硼盐等剂组成,在合适的Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类油及VII下可满足CJ‑4、CI‑4、CI‑4、CJ‑4/SM性能要求水平。

本发明涉及一种高性能CJ-4重负荷柴机油复合剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的发展,越来越多的重负荷柴油机油面临着烟炱引起的机油变稠,过滤器堵塞和沉积物多的问题。因为烟炱而引起的一系列问题导致相关的机件磨损,比如:阀系磨损,高灰分油品易产生阀系磨损,所以高灰分容易形成烟炱增多,活塞沉积物增多,从而产生较高的阀系磨损现象,所以降低硫酸盐灰分,提高发动机油的抗磨损性能使油品具有优良的抗沉积物和烟炱能力,同时还能够提供良好的抗铅,抗金属腐蚀能力,有良好的氧化安定性和剪切安定性。
发明内容
本发明的复合剂是一种CJ-4重负荷通用柴机油复合剂。适用于大功率柴油机油,采用卓越高分子硼化无灰分散剂,高温清净剂,高温抗氧剂,抗氧抗腐剂和FM摩擦改进剂钼,硼盐等剂组成,在合适的Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ类油及VII下可满足CJ-4、CI-4、CI-4、CJ-4/SM性能要求水平。

超碱值合成磺酸钙的钙含量≥14m%,总碱值≥95mgKOH/g。硫磷仲醇基锌盐Zn含量≥9.5%,P含量≥7.5%,S含量15-19%。硫磷双锌盐的Zn含量8.0-10.5%,P含量6.5-8.8%,S含量12-18%。超碱值磺酸镁的Mg含量≥8.5%,总碱值≥395mgKOH/g。二烷基二硫代甲酸钼的钼含量≥8%。高分子硼化无灰分散剂为高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺,其N含量1.0-1.1%,硼含量0.3%。辛丁基二苯胺TBN 152-172mg KOH/g。
