背景技术
聚氨酯是指在分子链中含有氨基甲酸酯基团(-NHCOO-)或异氰酸酯基(-NCO)的高分子材料,广泛应用于胶黏剂行业。聚氨酯胶黏剂能够与含有活泼氢的材料形成胶接强度优良的化学粘接,加之分子设计灵活、使用工艺易调控等优点,而被广泛地应用于民用、体育、航天、军事等领域,成为不可缺少的重要材料之一。
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,安全已经成为日益关注的热点,而火灾是危害生命、财产安全的重要隐患,因此,人民日常所用的材料的阻燃成为研究的热点。聚氨酯作为有机物质,以其为主料形成的胶黏剂的粘接层易燃,而且燃烧时会释放剧毒气体限制了其应用,需要对其进行改性研究。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种高阻燃聚氨酯胶黏剂,其粘结强度高,阻燃性能优异。
本发明提出的一种高阻燃聚氨酯胶黏剂,其原料按重量份包括:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10-28份、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯5-20份、三羟甲基丙烷-氧化丙烯聚醚三醇2-10份、聚氧四亚甲基二醇3-12份、聚氧化丙烯二醇3-15份、蓖麻油0.3-4份、催化剂0.1-0.3份、1,4-环己二甲醇0.1-0.5份、中和剂0.2-1份、可膨胀石墨1-3.8份、蒙脱土2-8份、六(4-磷酸二乙酯羟甲基苯氧基)环三磷腈0.3-2.5份、氨基磺酸2-3.8份、硫酸铝0.4-2.4份、碳酸钙1-3份、溶剂10-30份。

优选地,所述蒙脱土为改性蒙脱土;所述改性蒙脱土按照以下工艺进行制备:将N-羟乙基苯胺、4-羟基苯甲醛加入二甲基甲酰胺中搅拌均匀,通入氮气后升温至125-140℃,反应50-180min,加入9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物,调节温度为90-100℃,搅拌反应2-3.5h,反应结束后沉淀、静置、洗涤、柱层析分离、旋蒸干燥得到物料A;将物料A、异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷和蒙脱土加入无水乙醇中搅拌均匀,升温至50-65℃,搅拌反应2-5h,反应结束后经过滤、洗涤、干燥得到所述改性蒙脱土。
优选地,N-羟乙基苯胺、4-羟基苯甲醛、9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物的重量比为10-15:9-13:16-25。

本发明所述高阻燃聚氨酯胶黏剂,其以三羟甲基丙烷-氧化丙烯聚醚三醇、聚氧四亚甲基二醇、聚氧化丙烯二醇配合作为多元醇,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯配合作为异氰酸酯,得到了聚氨酯预聚体,同时加入了蓖麻油进行了改性,赋予胶黏剂优异的耐热性、耐水性的同时提高了胶黏剂的粘结强度;优选方式中,改性蒙脱土的制备过程中,首先以N-羟乙基苯胺、4-羟基苯甲醛为原料,通过控制反应的条件,使4-羟基苯甲醛中的醛基与N-羟乙基苯胺发生了接枝反应,之后与9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物中的P-H基继续参与了反应,得到了含有羟基的物料A;将物料A与异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷和蒙脱土混合后,物料A中的羟基能与异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷和蒙脱土反应,从而将物料A、异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷和蒙脱土结合为一体,得到了改性蒙脱土,将其加入体系中,在体系中分散均匀,一方面与可膨胀石墨、六(4-磷酸二乙酯羟甲基苯氧基)环三磷腈、氨基磺酸、硫酸铝、配合,降低胶黏剂的热释放速率和总热释放量,增加残炭量,减缓燃烧过程,延长燃烧时间,赋予胶黏剂优异的阻燃性能,另一方面与碳酸钙配合赋予胶黏剂优异的耐热性,同时提高了胶膜的剪切强度、拉伸强度和冲击性能,改善了胶黏剂的力学性能。

1.一种高阻燃聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10-28份、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯5-20份、三羟甲基丙烷-氧化丙烯聚醚三醇2-10份、聚氧四亚甲基二醇3-12份、聚氧化丙烯二醇3-15份、蓖麻油0.3-4份、催化剂0.1-0.3份、1,4-环己二甲醇0.1-0.5份、中和剂0.2-1份、可膨胀石墨1-3.8份、蒙脱土2-8份、六(4-磷酸二乙酯羟甲基苯氧基)环三磷腈0.3-2.5份、氨基磺酸2-3.8份、硫酸铝0.4-2.4份、碳酸钙1-3份、溶剂10-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述高阻燃聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述高阻燃聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述中和剂为三乙胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或者两种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述高阻燃聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述可膨胀石墨为改性可膨胀石墨;所述改性可膨胀石墨的改性剂为聚乙烯醇、钛酸酯偶联剂101、硅烷偶联剂KH-560中的一种或者多种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述高阻燃聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述蒙脱土为改性蒙脱土;所述改性蒙脱土按照以下工艺进行制备:将N-羟乙基苯胺、4-羟基苯甲醛加入二甲基甲酰胺中搅拌均匀,通入氮气后升温至125-140℃,反应50-180min,加入9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物,调节温度为90-100℃,搅拌反应2-3.5h,反应结束后沉淀、静置、洗涤、柱层析分离、旋蒸干燥得到物料A;将物料A、异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷和蒙脱土加入无水乙醇中搅拌均匀,升温至50-65℃,搅拌反应2-5h,反应结束后经过滤、洗涤、干燥得到所述改性蒙脱土。
6.根据权利要求5所述高阻燃聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,N-羟乙基苯胺、4-羟基苯甲醛、9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物的重量比为10-15:9-13:16-25。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述高阻燃聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,物料A、异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷、蒙脱土的重量比为2-5:1-3:10-25。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述高阻燃聚氨酯胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为乙醇、丙酮、二甲基甲酰胺中的一种或者多种的混合物。
