Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及车辆领域,更具体地,涉及用于一种车辆座椅的倾角调节机构及一种车辆后排座椅。
背景技术
在今天,一些豪华车型中后排座椅设计为40-20-40的尺寸布局。通常后排座椅可以有四个方向的调整,即靠背的倾角的前后调整和座垫的前后调整,从而为乘客提供更多的合适的姿势。
然而,现有的车辆后排座椅的靠背通常通过两个调角器来连接至座垫上,调角器向来结构复杂且价格昂贵,因此,车辆后排座椅的成本大幅增加。
例如,欧洲专利EP0614781A1公开了具有上述结构的车辆后排座椅,从而相应存在车辆后排座椅的制造成本高的缺陷。
发明内容
针对相关技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可降低车辆座椅的制造成本的倾角调节机构。
本发明的一方面提供一种用于车辆座椅的倾角调节机构,包括:设置在车辆座椅的靠背上的闩锁;可枢转地连接至车体的撞销;其中,撞销的至少一部分可选择地锁定在闩锁中,并且闩锁随着撞销的枢转可沿着撞销移动以调节靠背的倾角。
根据本发明,撞销构造成两端均朝向车体延伸,其中一端通过第一枢轴连接至车体,另一端通过第二枢轴与设置在车体上的驱动机构连接。
根据本发明,驱动机构包括固定至车体的电动机以及与电动机上的蜗轮驱动连接的蜗杆。

参照图1至图3,本发明的一方面提供一种用于车辆座椅的倾角调节机构,包括:设置在车辆座椅的靠背1上的闩锁10;可枢转地连接至车体2的撞销20;其中,撞销20的至少一部分可选择地锁定在闩锁10中,并且闩锁10随着撞销20的枢转可沿着撞销20移动以调节靠背1的倾角。本发明的倾角调节机构通过简单的闩锁10和撞销20的配合,在撞销10枢转时闩锁20便可沿着撞销10移动以调节靠背1的倾角,从而以较低的成本便实现了车辆座椅的靠背1的倾角调节。图1至图3是随着螺杆43的前进,撞销20朝向靠背1转动,从而使得靠背1的倾角变小的过程示意图。

继续参照图1至图3,蜗杆43与第二枢轴32之间通过轴套44连接,蜗杆43与轴套44之间设置有轴承。轴套44及轴承的设置,使得蜗杆43的周向转动不会把扭矩传递给第二枢轴32及撞销,也即将扭矩消解在轴套44和轴承上。
