背景技术
通常,利用来自发动机和电动机的动力的混合动力车辆的变速器,被配置成将来自发动机的动力和来自电机的动力适当地进行转换,并且将转换后的动力传递到驱动轮。
混合动力变速器具有发动机离合器,以在第一状态和第二状态之间切换,在第一状态中,来自发动机的动力传递到混合动力变速器的内部,在第二状态中,来自发动机的动力被切断。例如,发动机离合器可具有多板离合器,其位于连接到发动机的轮毂与连接到变速器的保持器之间。
发动机离合器保持器联结到变速器的输入轴,发动机离合器的轮毂连接到发动机。因此,发动机离合器可以通过多板离合器改变轮毂与保持器之间的动力传递状态。
此外,发动机离合器保持器可以连接到电机的转子,并且来自电机的动力可通过保持器传递到变速器。换言之,发动机离合器保持器可始终将来自电机的动力传递到变速器,或者可以根据发动机离合器的操作将来自发动机的动力选择性地传递到变速器。
然而,由于用于混合动力变速器的发动机离合器保持器与电机的转子联结,因此用于混合动力变速器的发动机离合器保持器在保持器与转子之间具有花键锯齿形间隙,因此保持器因发动机振动而与转子碰撞,并且产生咔哒声。因此,需要一种经改良的用于混合动力变速器的发动机离合器电机连接结构。

发明内容
本发明提供一种用于混合动力变速器的发动机离合器电机联结结构,其能够吸收保持器的旋转方向振动,因此消除保持器与转子之间的咔哒声。
在一个示例性实施例中,公开一种用于混合动力变速器的发动机离合器电机联结结构,用于将发动机离合器的保持器与混合动力变速器中的电机的转子联结。该电机联结结构包括:至少一个阻尼单元,其沿转子的轴向安装在保持器的边缘上、转子的端部与保持器的边缘之间,并且与转子的端部连接。在一个实施方式中,阻尼单元包括沿转子的旋转方向以90°角度间隔布置的多个阻尼单元。此外,阻尼单元可包括:垫圈,其与沿转子的轴向形成在保持器边缘中的安装孔相联结,以及联结销,其装配在垫圈中,并且与转子的端部轴向联结。在一个示例性实施方式中,垫圈由橡胶制成。应该理解,垫圈还可以由任何适宜的减振材料制成。

径向突起可以沿保持器的径向突出,并且被形成为沿保持器的周向边缘方向间隔开。另外,阻尼单元可包括:垫圈,其与沿转子的轴向形成在径向突起中的安装孔联结,以及联结销,其装配在垫圈中,并且与转子的轴向约束件轴向联结。冠状件可设有卡环,用于支撑垫圈的轴向压缩斥力。

例如,混合动力变速器设有发动机离合器1,用于传递或阻断发动机的动力。发动机离合器1具有与发动机连接的轮毂(未示出),与变速器连接的保持器5,以及安装在轮毂(未示出)与保持器5之间的离合器组件(未示出)。发动机离合器1的保持器5与变速器的输入轴联结,并且发动机离合器1的轮毂连接到发动机。
发动机离合器1的保持器5与电机2的转子4连接,并且来自电机2的动力通过保持器5提供给变速器。下文中将描述的转子4可以是供发动机离合器1插入的圆筒形转子轴或转子套筒的形式。
在示例性实施方式中,保持器5包括圆筒形保持器本体7和结合到保持器本体7的一侧的板状保持器盖9。
保持器本体7插入到转子4的内部,外表面与转子4的内侧间隔开。包括离合器板和离合器盘的多板离合器组件(未示出)安装在保持器本体7的内部。多板离合器组件与保持器本体7的内周面结合。
保持器盖9被形成为圆形板,其沿径向延伸同时阻断保持器本体7的一侧,并且与转子4连接以便约束它们之间的旋转。保持器盖9形成有与变速器的输入轴(未示出)联结的保持器凸起9a。
转子4的端部与保持器盖9联结,并且沿保持器盖9的径向延伸的部分与转子4的端部联结。

当电机2固定到发动机离合器1时,径向突起21插入于转子4的冠状件11之间,并且与转子4相互可旋转地约束。轴向约束件13形成在冠状件11之间的空间中,其作为止动件支撑径向突起21。轴向约束件13限制保持器5相对于转子4的轴向插入深度。
在上述联结结构中,在转子4的冠状件11与保持器5的径向突起21之间存在齿隙。齿隙产生咔哒声,这是在发动机曲轴在电机2的驱动扭矩为零且发动机离合器1处于工作状态下使发动机离合器1旋转,保持器5因发动机爆炸冲程的振动而撞击转子4时产生的。
根据示例性实施方式的用于混合动力变速器的发动机离合器的电机联结结构100,其能够吸收保持器5的旋转方向振动,并消除保持器5和转子4的咔哒声。
电机联结结构100包括至少一个阻尼单元50,用于通过吸收保持器5的振动来消除保持器5和转子4的咔哒声。阻尼单元50形成在转子4与保持器5之间。阻尼单元50被配置成沿转子4的轴向安装在保持器5的边缘中、转子4的端部和保持器5的边缘之间,并且与转子4的端部连接。阻尼单元50被配置成沿转子4的轴向与保持器5的径向突起21连接,并且与转子4的冠状件11中的轴向约束件13连接。例如,如图1所示,四个阻尼单元50沿转子4的旋转方向,以90度的间隔设置在保持器5上。
阻尼单元50包括沿转子4的轴向与保持器5的边缘联结的垫圈51,以及装配在垫圈51中并与转子4的端部轴向联结的联结销71。应当理解,在可选实施方式中,垫圈可以由任何适合的阻尼或吸收材料制成。
在示例性实施方式中,垫圈51由弹性材料制成,并且结合在安装孔23中,安装孔23沿转子4的轴向形成在保持器5的径向突起21中。垫圈51包括垫圈本体61、第一凸缘63以及第二凸缘65。垫圈本体61大致为圆筒形,并且装配到径向突起21的安装孔23中。第一凸缘63一体形成在垫圈本体61的一侧上,并且支撑径向突起21的一个表面。第二凸缘65一体形成在垫圈本体61的另一侧上,并且支撑径向突起21的另一表面和上述轴向约束件13。
将垫圈51紧固到转子4的端部中的联结销71,被装配到垫圈51中,并且在转子4的轴向方向上与冠状件11之间的轴向约束件13联结。垫圈51还包括联结孔64,联结销71沿转子4的轴向装配并联结到联结孔64中。联结孔64沿转子4的轴向形成在垫圈本体61上,并且与第一凸缘63和第二凸缘65连接。冠状件11之间的轴向约束件13包括联结槽15,联结销71装配到垫圈51中并且沿转子4的轴向与联结槽15联结。
转子4的端部包括卡环91,用于支撑垫圈51的轴向压缩斥力。卡环91支撑垫圈51的第一凸缘63,并且安装在转子4的冠状件11中。卡环91是可以为“C”状的环,并且对应于保持器盖9的径向突起21。卡环91在保持器盖9的外盖表面上装配到转子4的冠状件11中。如图2可见,卡环91然后被装配并安装到形成于冠状件11上的安装槽17中。
在电机联结结构100的组装过程中,阻尼单元50的垫圈51与保持器5的保持器盖9中的径向突起21的安装孔23联结。然后,垫圈51沿保持器盖9的周向以90°角度的间隔联结在四个位置。接下来,保持器5的保持器本体7插入到转子4的内部,使得保持器本体7的外表面与转子4的内表面间隔开。此后,保持器盖9的径向突起21插入到转子4的冠状件11之间,并且其轴向插入深度由冠状件11之间的轴向约束件13限制。因此,保持器5和转子4可以联结,同时由冠状件11和径向突起21相互约束。
因此,联结销71被装配到垫圈51的联结孔64中,并且装配到轴向约束件13的联结槽15中,并且垫圈51被紧固到转子4的轴向约束件13。
垫圈51的第一凸缘63支撑径向突起21的一个表面,并且第二凸缘65支撑径向突起21的另一表面和轴向约束件13。
随后,卡环91安装在保持器盖9的外盖表面上的转子4的冠状件11上,卡环91安装在冠状件11的安装槽17中。
当发动机离合器1在电机2的驱动扭矩为零并且发动机离合器1处于工作状态的情况下,通过发动机曲轴的旋转运动而旋转时,上述阻尼单元50能够通过阻尼单元50的垫圈51,吸收保持器5的旋转方向振动。
更具体地,当因发动机爆炸冲程的振动而对保持器5施加旋转方向振动时,阻尼单元50能够在对保持器5与转子4之间的垫圈51进行加压的同时通过垫圈51吸收振动。因此,施加到垫圈51的轴向压缩斥力能够由卡环91阻断。
因此,阻尼单元50能够消除因发动机爆炸冲程的振动所导致的保持器5撞击转子4而产生的保持器5和转子4的咔哒声。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于混合动力变速器的发动机离合器电机联结结构,用于将所述发动机离合器的保持器与所述混合动力变速器中的电机的转子联结,所述电机联结结构包括:
至少一个阻尼单元,其沿所述转子的轴向安装在所述保持器的边缘上、所述转子的端部与所述保持器的边缘之间,并且与所述转子的端部连接,
其中所述至少一个阻尼单元包括:
垫圈,其与沿所述转子的轴向形成在所述保持器边缘中的安装孔相联结,以及
联结销,其装配在所述垫圈中,并且与所述转子的端部轴向联结,
其中所述转子的端部包括卡环,用于支撑所述垫圈的轴向压缩斥力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机离合器电机联结结构,其中:
所述至少一个阻尼单元包括沿所述转子的旋转方向以90°角度间隔布置的多个阻尼单元。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发动机离合器电机联结结构,其中:
所述转子的端部包括从其突出的多个冠状件,并且所述保持器的边缘部包括插入到所述冠状件之间的多个径向突起,以及
所述至少一个阻尼单元沿所述转子的轴向与所述多个径向突起联结,并且与所述冠状件之间的轴向约束件连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的发动机离合器电机联结结构,其中:
所述多个冠状件沿所述转子的轴向突出,并且被形成为沿所述转子的旋转方向以凹凸形式间隔开,以及
所述径向突起沿所述保持器的径向突出,并且被形成为沿所述保持器的边缘方向以凹凸形式间隔开。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发动机离合器电机联结结构,其中:
多个冠状件设有所述卡环,用于支撑所述垫圈的轴向压缩斥力。
6.一种用于混合动力变速器的发动机离合器电机联结结构,用于将所述发动机离合器的保持器与所述混合动力变速器中的电机的转子联结,所述电机联结结构包括:
多个冠状件,其在所述转子的端部沿轴向突出,并沿所述转子的圆周边缘间隔开;
多个径向突起,其沿圆周边缘从所述保持器的边缘部延伸,并插入到所述冠状件之间;
垫圈,其与沿所述转子的轴向形成在至少一个径向突起中的安装孔联结;以及
联结销,其装配在所述垫圈中,并且与所述冠状件之间的轴向约束件轴向联结。
7.根据权利要求6所述的发动机离合器电机联结结构,其中所述垫圈包括:
垫圈本体,其装配到所述安装孔中,
第一凸缘,其一体形成在所述垫圈本体的一侧上,并且支撑所述径向突起的一个表面,以及
第二凸缘,其一体形成在所述垫圈本体的另一侧上,并且支撑所述径向突起的另一个表面和所述轴向约束件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的发动机离合器电机联结结构,其中:
所述垫圈本体形成有联结孔,所述联结孔与所述第一凸缘和所述第二凸缘连接,并且沿所述转子的轴向与所述联结销联结。
9.根据权利要求8所述的发动机离合器电机联结结构,其中:
所述轴向约束件形成有在所述转子的轴向与所述联结销联结的联结槽。
10.根据权利要求6所述的发动机离合器电机联结结构,其中:
所述冠状件设有卡环,用于支撑所述垫圈的轴向压缩斥力。
11.根据权利要求10所述的发动机离合器电机联结结构,其中:
所述冠状件设有安装槽,所述卡环装配在所述安装槽中。
