Abstract
本发明公开了一种工业用搅拌筒,包括筒体,筒体顶部左右两端设置有进料口,筒体底部中心处设置有出料口,筒体内中心轴处设置有转动轴,转动轴顶端与筒体外的传动装置动力连接,转动轴长度方向上设置多个倾斜的搅拌臂,转动轴底端设置有搅拌板,筒体侧壁上相对设置有转盘,转盘依次与筒体外的驱动电机和水平的转轴动力连接,转盘上设置有多个水平的搅拌轴。本发明搅拌臂加快物料水平面内的流通,方便混合均匀,使得物料搅拌更加充分;转盘和搅拌轴使得物料竖直门面内流动加快,与搅拌臂一起配合,形成不同层面的物料流通,避免出现搅拌不充分的问题;搅拌轴和搅拌板外表面均设置有突起颗粒,减少物料粘连。

技术领域
本发明属于工业搅拌技术领域,具体涉及一种工业用搅拌筒。
背景技术
工业生产中,常常需要将多种物料混合,或者将物料与水等液体混合。在混合时,物料容易出现搅拌不充分,粘连在搅拌筒内壁,造成出料不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种工业用搅拌筒,解决了现有搅拌筒搅拌不充分的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,工业用搅拌筒,包括筒体,筒体顶部左右两端设置有进料口,筒体底部中心处设置有出料口,筒体内中心轴处设置有转动轴,转动轴顶端与筒体外的传动装置动力连接,转动轴长度方向上设置多个倾斜的搅拌臂,转动轴底端设置有搅拌板,筒体侧壁上相对设置有转盘,转盘依次与筒体外的驱动电机和水平的转轴动力连接,转盘上设置有多个水平的搅拌轴。
本发明的特点还在于,
搅拌臂上端和下端均与转动轴成45°夹角,多个搅拌臂互相平行。
搅拌轴外表面设置有突起颗粒。
搅拌板为网状板,网状板的外表面设置有突起颗粒。
筒体底面内为垫层,垫层为柔性光滑面。
本发明工业用搅拌筒的有益效果是:
1)搅拌臂加快物料水平面内的流通,方便混合均匀,使得物料搅拌更加充分;
2)转盘和搅拌轴使得物料竖直门面内流动加快,与搅拌臂一起配合,形成不同层面的物料流通,避免出现搅拌不充分的问题;
3)搅拌轴和搅拌板外表面均设置有突起颗粒,减少物料粘连。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明工业用搅拌筒,如图1所示,包括筒体1,筒体1顶部左右两端设置有进料口5,筒体1底部中心处设置有出料口12,筒体1内中心轴处设置有转动轴2,转动轴2顶端与筒体1外的传动装置3动力连接,转动轴2长度方向上设置多个倾斜的搅拌臂4,转动轴2底端设置有搅拌板10,筒体1侧壁上相对设置有转盘8,转盘8依次与筒体1外的驱动电机7和水平的转轴6动力连接,转盘8上设置有多个水平的搅拌轴9。
搅拌臂4上端和下端均与转动轴2成45°夹角,多个搅拌臂4互相平行。
搅拌轴9外表面设置有突起颗粒。
搅拌板10为网状板,网状板的外表面设置有突起颗粒。
筒体1底面内为垫层11,垫层11为柔性光滑面。
本发明工业用搅拌筒,搅拌时,筒体1顶部外的传动装置3通电控制转动轴2旋转,待混合的物料等从筒体1顶部的两个进料口5进入,随着转动轴2的旋转,搅拌臂4带动物料混合,并在多个搅拌臂4之间形成多个物料旋转通道,以使物料充分混合。筒体1侧壁相对设置有两个转盘8,转盘8随着驱动电机7的驱动,随转轴6旋转,在转动轴2两侧形成垂直面内的物料混合通道,搅拌轴9沿转盘水平设置有多个,使得物料随着转盘8转动可充分旋转混合,进而搅拌均匀。
搅拌板10为网状板,带动筒体1内底部的物料随着网状板形成多个物料流通通道,加快物料的混合。
网状板和搅拌轴9上均设置有突起颗粒,避免物料粘连在外表面。筒体1底部为垫层,柔性且光滑,加快物料流通的同时,避免粘连,方便从出料口12出料。
Claims (5)
1.工业用搅拌筒,其特征在于,包括筒体(1),所述筒体(1)顶部左右两端设置有进料口(5),所述筒体(1)底部中心处设置有出料口(12),所述筒体(1)内中心轴处设置有转动轴(2),所述转动轴(2)顶端与筒体(1)外的传动装置(3)动力连接,所述转动轴(2)长度方向上设置多个倾斜的搅拌臂(4),所述转动轴(2)底端设置有搅拌板(10),所述筒体(1)侧壁上相对设置有转盘(8),所述转盘(8)依次与筒体(1)外的驱动电机(7)和水平的转轴(6)动力连接,所述转盘(8)上设置有多个水平的搅拌轴(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工业用搅拌筒,其特征在于,所述搅拌臂(4)上端和下端均与转动轴(2)成45°夹角,多个所述搅拌臂(4)互相平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工业用搅拌筒,其特征在于,所述搅拌轴(9)外表面设置有突起颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工业用搅拌筒,其特征在于,所述搅拌板(10)为网状板,所述网状板的外表面设置有突起颗粒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的工业用搅拌筒,其特征在于,所述筒体(1)底面内为垫层(11),所述垫层(11)为柔性光滑面。
