本发明公开了一种工业用搅拌筒，包括筒体，筒体顶部左右两端设置有进料口，筒体底部中心处设置有出料口，筒体内中心轴处设置有转动轴，转动轴顶端与筒体外的传动装置动力连接，转动轴长度方向上设置多个倾斜的搅拌臂，转动轴底端设置有搅拌板，筒体侧壁上相对设置有转盘，转盘依次与筒体外的驱动电机和水平的转轴动力连接，转盘上设置有多个水平的搅拌轴。本发明搅拌臂加快物料水平面内的流通，方便混合均匀，使得物料搅拌更加充分；转盘和搅拌轴使得物料竖直门面内流动加快，与搅拌臂一起配合，形成不同层面的物料流通，避免出现搅拌不充分的问题；搅拌轴和搅拌板外表面均设置有突起颗粒，减少物料粘连。

本发明属于工业搅拌技术领域，具体涉及一种工业用搅拌筒。
背景技术
工业生产中，常常需要将多种物料混合，或者将物料与水等液体混合。在混合时，物料容易出现搅拌不充分，粘连在搅拌筒内壁，造成出料不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种工业用搅拌筒，解决了现有搅拌筒搅拌不充分的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是，工业用搅拌筒，包括筒体，筒体顶部左右两端设置有进料口，筒体底部中心处设置有出料口，筒体内中心轴处设置有转动轴，转动轴顶端与筒体外的传动装置动力连接，转动轴长度方向上设置多个倾斜的搅拌臂，转动轴底端设置有搅拌板，筒体侧壁上相对设置有转盘，转盘依次与筒体外的驱动电机和水平的转轴动力连接，转盘上设置有多个水平的搅拌轴。
本发明的特点还在于，
搅拌臂上端和下端均与转动轴成45°夹角，多个搅拌臂互相平行。
搅拌轴外表面设置有突起颗粒。
搅拌板为网状板，网状板的外表面设置有突起颗粒。
筒体底面内为垫层，垫层为柔性光滑面。
本发明工业用搅拌筒的有益效果是:
1)搅拌臂加快物料水平面内的流通，方便混合均匀，使得物料搅拌更加充分；
2)转盘和搅拌轴使得物料竖直门面内流动加快，与搅拌臂一起配合，形成不同层面的物料流通，避免出现搅拌不充分的问题；
3)搅拌轴和搅拌板外表面均设置有突起颗粒，减少物料粘连。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明工业用搅拌筒，如图1所示，包括筒体1，筒体1顶部左右两端设置有进料口5，筒体1底部中心处设置有出料口12，筒体1内中心轴处设置有转动轴2，转动轴2顶端与筒体1外的传动装置3动力连接，转动轴2长度方向上设置多个倾斜的搅拌臂4，转动轴2底端设置有搅拌板10，筒体1侧壁上相对设置有转盘8，转盘8依次与筒体1外的驱动电机7和水平的转轴6动力连接，转盘8上设置有多个水平的搅拌轴9。
搅拌臂4上端和下端均与转动轴2成45°夹角，多个搅拌臂4互相平行。
搅拌轴9外表面设置有突起颗粒。
搅拌板10为网状板，网状板的外表面设置有突起颗粒。
筒体1底面内为垫层11，垫层11为柔性光滑面。
本发明工业用搅拌筒，搅拌时，筒体1顶部外的传动装置3通电控制转动轴2旋转，待混合的物料等从筒体1顶部的两个进料口5进入，随着转动轴2的旋转，搅拌臂4带动物料混合，并在多个搅拌臂4之间形成多个物料旋转通道，以使物料充分混合。筒体1侧壁相对设置有两个转盘8，转盘8随着驱动电机7的驱动，随转轴6旋转，在转动轴2两侧形成垂直面内的物料混合通道，搅拌轴9沿转盘水平设置有多个，使得物料随着转盘8转动可充分旋转混合，进而搅拌均匀。
搅拌板10为网状板，带动筒体1内底部的物料随着网状板形成多个物料流通通道，加快物料的混合。
网状板和搅拌轴9上均设置有突起颗粒，避免物料粘连在外表面。筒体1底部为垫层，柔性且光滑，加快物料流通的同时，避免粘连，方便从出料口12出料。

1.工业用搅拌筒，其特征在于，包括筒体(1)，所述筒体(1)顶部左右两端设置有进料口(5)，所述筒体(1)底部中心处设置有出料口(12)，所述筒体(1)内中心轴处设置有转动轴(2)，所述转动轴(2)顶端与筒体(1)外的传动装置(3)动力连接，所述转动轴(2)长度方向上设置多个倾斜的搅拌臂(4)，所述转动轴(2)底端设置有搅拌板(10)，所述筒体(1)侧壁上相对设置有转盘(8)，所述转盘(8)依次与筒体(1)外的驱动电机(7)和水平的转轴(6)动力连接，所述转盘(8)上设置有多个水平的搅拌轴(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工业用搅拌筒，其特征在于，所述搅拌臂(4)上端和下端均与转动轴(2)成45°夹角，多个所述搅拌臂(4)互相平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工业用搅拌筒，其特征在于，所述搅拌轴(9)外表面设置有突起颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工业用搅拌筒，其特征在于，所述搅拌板(10)为网状板，所述网状板的外表面设置有突起颗粒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的工业用搅拌筒，其特征在于，所述筒体(1)底面内为垫层(11)，所述垫层(11)为柔性光滑面。
