Abstract
本发明公开了一种可均匀搅拌的磷酸铁搅拌机,包括活动座,所述活动座的顶部支撑架,所述活动座的顶部设有搅拌箱,所述搅拌箱底部的两侧均设有滑杆,所述活动座的顶端开设有与滑杆相适配的滑槽,所述搅拌箱的顶部设有搅拌电机,所述搅拌电机的输出端设有转轴,所述转轴贯穿并延伸至搅拌箱的内腔,所述转轴的表面设有螺旋搅拌叶,所述搅拌箱左侧的顶部设有进料口,所述搅拌箱右侧的底部设有出料口,所述搅拌箱右侧的顶部设有齿板。本发明通过控制器、搅拌电机、转轴、螺旋搅拌叶、齿板、正反电机、齿轮、滑槽和滑杆相互配合,可在搅拌机在使用时,对磷酸铁起到均匀搅拌的作用,这样搅拌机在使用时效果更好。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及搅拌机技术领域,具体为一种可均匀搅拌的磷酸铁搅拌机。
背景技术
[0002] 搅拌机,是一种建筑工程机械,主是用于搅拌水泥、沙石、各类干粉砂浆等建筑材 料。是一种带有叶片的轴在圆筒或槽中旋转,将多种原料进行搅拌混合,使之成为一种混合 物或适宜稠度的机器。搅拌机分为好多种,有强制式搅拌机、单卧轴搅拌机、双卧轴搅拌机 等等。
[0003] 磷酸铁在加工时,需要使用到搅拌机进行加工,但是,目前市场上现有的搅拌机功 能单一,从而导致搅拌机对磷酸铁搅拌时,磷酸铁出现搅拌不均的状况。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的在于提供一种可均匀搅拌的磷酸铁搅拌机,具备对磷酸铁进行均匀 搅拌的优点,解决了现有的搅拌机对磷酸铁搅拌不均匀的问题。
[0005] 为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种可均匀搅拌的磷酸铁搅拌机,包 括活动座,所述活动座的顶部支撑架,所述活动座的顶部设有搅拌箱,所述搅拌箱底部的两 侧均设有滑杆,所述活动座的顶端开设有与滑杆相适配的滑槽,所述搅拌箱的顶部设有搅 拌电机,所述搅拌电机的输出端设有转轴,所述转轴贯穿并延伸至搅拌箱的内腔,所述转轴 的表面设有螺旋搅拌叶,所述搅拌箱左侧的顶部设有进料口,所述搅拌箱右侧的底部设有 出料口,所述搅拌箱右侧的顶部设有齿板,所述齿板的右侧贯穿并延伸至支撑架的右侧,所 述支撑架右侧的顶部设有底座,所述底座的顶部设有正反电机,所述正反电机的输出端设 有与齿板相适配的齿轮,所述支撑架左侧的顶部设有控制器,所述控制器与搅拌电机和正 反电机电性连接。
[0006] 优选的,所述活动座的底部设有防滑垫,且防滑垫的顶部与活动座的连接处通过 粘合剂固定连接。
[0007] 优选的,所述搅拌箱底部的两侧与滑杆的连接处均通过连接块固定连接,且两个 滑杆关于搅拌箱呈中心对称。
[0008] 优选的,所述齿板的左侧与搅拌箱的连接处通过固定块和固定螺栓固定连接。
[0009] 优选的,所述搅拌电机的两侧与搅拌箱的连接处均通过支架固定连接。
[0010] 与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下: 1、本发明通过控制器、搅拌电机、转轴、螺旋搅拌叶、齿板、正反电机、齿轮、滑槽和滑杆 相互配合,可在搅拌机在使用时,对磷酸铁起到均匀搅拌的作用,这样搅拌机在使用时效果 更好,避免了现有的搅拌机在使用时,因为现有的搅拌机功能单一,从而导致搅拌机对磷酸 铁不均匀的状况,适合推广使用。
[0011] 2、本发明通过防滑垫,可对搅拌机起到固定的作用,这样搅拌机在使用时效果更 好,避免了搅拌机在使用时出现移动的状况,从而导致撹拌机使用效果不好的状况,通过支 架,可对搅拌电机起到固定的作用,这样搅拌电机在使用时效果更好,避免了搅拌机电机在 使用时出现晃动的状况,从而导致搅拌电机使用效果不好的状况,通过固定块和固定螺栓, 可对齿板起到固定的作用,这样齿板在使用时效果更好,避免了齿板在使用时出现松动的 状况,从而导致齿板在使用时出现掉落的状况,通过底座,可对正反电机起到固定的作用, 避免了正反电机在使用时出现晃动的状况,从而导致正反电机使用效果不好的状况,通过 连接块,可对滑杆起到固定的作用,这样滑杆在使用时效果更好,避免了滑杆在使用时出现 晃动的状况,从而导致滑杆使用效果不好的状况。

[0015] 请参阅图1-2,一种可均匀搅拌的磷酸铁搅拌机,包括活动座1,活动座1的底部设 有防滑垫2,本发明通过防滑垫2,可对搅拌机起到固定的作用,这样搅拌机在使用时效果更 好,避免了搅拌机在使用时出现移动的状况,从而导致搅拌机使用效果不好的状况,且防滑 垫2的顶部与活动座1的连接处通过粘合剂固定连接,活动座1的顶部支撑架3,活动座1的顶 部设有搅拌箱5,搅拌箱5底部的两侧均设有滑杆19,活动座1的顶端开设有与滑杆19相适配 的滑槽18,搅拌箱5的顶部设有搅拌电机8,搅拌电机8的两侧与搅拌箱5的连接处均通过支 架7固定连接,通过支架7,可对搅拌电机8起到固定的作用,这样搅拌电机8在使用时效果更 好,避免了搅拌机电机8在使用时出现晃动的状况,从而导致搅拌电机8使用效果不好的状 况,搅拌电机8的输出端设有转轴9,转轴9贯穿并延伸至搅拌箱5的内腔,搅拌箱5底部的两 侧与滑杆19的连接处均通过连接块20固定连接,通过连接块20,可对滑杆19起到固定的作 用,这样滑杆19在使用时效果更好,避免了滑杆19在使用时出现晃动的状况,从而导致滑杆 19使用效果不好的状况,且两个滑杆19关于搅拌箱5呈中心对称,转轴9的表面设有螺旋搅 拌叶10,搅拌箱5左侧的顶部设有进料口 6,搅拌箱5右侧的底部设有出料口 17,搅拌箱5右侧 的顶部设有齿板13,齿板13的左侧与搅拌箱5的连接处通过固定块11和固定螺栓12固定连 接,通过固定块11和固定螺栓12,可对齿板13起到固定的作用,这样齿板13在使用时效果更 好,避免了齿板13在使用时出现松动的状况,从而导致齿板13在使用时出现掉落的状况,齿 板13的右侧贯穿并延伸至支撑架3的右侧,支撑架3右侧的顶部设有底座16,通过底座16,可 对正反电机14起到固定的作用,避免了正反电机14在使用时出现晃动的状况,从而导致正 反电机14使用效果不好的状况,底座16的顶部设有正反电机14,正反电机14的输出端设有 与齿板13相适配的齿轮15,本发明通过控制器4、搅拌电机8、转轴9、螺旋搅拌叶1〇、凶板13、 正反电机14、齿轮15、滑槽18和滑杆19相互配合,可在搅拌机在使用时,对磷酸铁起到均匀 搅拌的作用,这样搅拌机在使用时效果更好,避免了现有的搅拌机在使用时,因为现有的搅 拌机功能单一,从而导致搅拌机对磷酸铁不均匀的状况,适合推广使用,支撑架3左侧的顶 部设有控制器4,控制器4与搅拌电机8和正反电机14电性连接。
[0016]使用时,磷酸铁通过进料口 6进入搅拌箱5内,通过控制器4控制搅拌电机8运行,通 过搅拌电机8带动转轴9转动,通过转轴9带动螺旋搅拌叶10对磷酸铁进行搅拌,通过控制器 4控制正反电机14运行,通过正反电机14带动齿轮15转动,通过齿轮15带动齿13板进行左右 移动,通过齿板13带动搅拌箱5进行左右移动,通过滑杆19和滑槽18配合搅拌箱5进行左右 移动,即可对磷酸铁进行均匀搅拌,磷酸铁在搅拌完成时,鱗酸铁通过出料口 17流出即可。
[0017] 综上所述:该可均匀搅拌的磷酸铁搅拌机,通过控制器4、搅拌电机8、转轴9、螺旋 搅拌叶10、齿板13、正反电机14、齿轮15、滑槽18和滑杆19,解决了现有的搅拌机对磷酸铁搅 拌不均匀的问题。

1. 一种可均匀搅拌的磷酸铁搅拌机,包括活动座(1),其特征在于:所述活动座(1)的顶 部支撑架(3),所述活动座(1)的顶部设有搅拌箱(5),所述搅拌箱(5)底部的两侧均设有滑 杆(19),所述活动座⑴的顶端开设有与滑杆(I9)相适配的滑槽(I8),所述搅拌箱⑸的顶 部设有搅拌电机(8),所述搅拌电机(8)的输出端设有转轴(9),所述转轴(9)贯穿并延伸至 搅拌箱(5)的内腔,所述转轴(9)的表面设有螺旋搅拌叶(1〇),所述搅拌箱(5)左侧的顶部设 有进料口(6),所述搅拌箱(5)右侧的底部设有出料口(17),所述搅拌箱(5)右侧的顶部设有 齿板(13),所述齿板(13)的右侧贯穿并延伸至支撑架(3)的右侧,所述支撑架(3)右侧的顶 部设有底座(16),所述底座(I6)的顶部设有正反电机(14),所述正反电机(14)的输出端设 有与齿板(13)相适配的齿轮(15),所述支撑架⑶左侧的顶部设有控制器⑷,所述控制器 ⑷与搅拌电机⑻和正反电机(14)电性连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可均匀搅拌的磷酸铁搅拌机,其特征在于:所述活动座 (1)的底部设有防滑垫(2),且防滑垫(2)的顶部与活动座(1)的连接处通过粘合剂固定连 接。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可均匀搅拌的磷酸铁搅拌机,其特征在于:所述搅拌箱 ⑸底部的侧与滑杆(19)的连接处均舰连接块(20)固定雜,且两个滑杆⑽关于搅 拌箱(5)呈中心对称。 ,_ 丄卜^
