Abstract
本发明公开了一种莨绸染色工艺,其包括如下工艺步骤:1)对真丝织物进行局部蜡染;2)薯莨磨粉,将粉料与水按照质量比为1:5配制一级薯莨染料,过滤后得粉料滤渣,将粉料滤渣与水按照质量比为1:1配制二级薯莨染料,并在二级薯莨染料中添加占二级薯莨染料总质量的1~2%的褪蜡软化剂;3)用一级薯莨染料对经步骤1)蜡染处理后的真丝织物进行多次浸染,后在经多次浸染的真丝织物表面涂覆泥浆,静置20min;4)清洗去除泥浆,烘干后用二级薯莨染料浸染20min,得莨绸成品。本发明将蜡染与莨绸染色工艺相结合,同时通过在二级莨绸染料中添加褪蜡软化剂,使得二次染色过程中同步进行褪蜡,大大缩短了染色工艺的耗时,且保证可染制得具有蜡染图案的莨绸成品。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物染色领域,特别涉及一种染色工艺。
背景技术
莨绸因其具有面料凉爽宜人、易洗快干、色深耐脏、抗菌、不沾皮肤、轻薄而不易折皱等优点而深受人们喜爱。然而传统的莨绸色彩单一,难以满足人们对衣物日益提高的要求。现有将蜡染与莨绸染色结合对织物处理的工艺,然而其操作工艺复杂且耗时长,不利于大规模工业化生产。如果利用蜡染对莨绸染色工艺进行改良,使得染制出的莨绸具有优异的综合性能同时染色工艺过程中步骤简单、耗时短且染色效果良好,成为行业急需解决一大技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种莨绸染色工艺,其步骤简单,染色效率高、染色效果良好。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种莨绸染色工艺,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1)根据所需图案,对真丝织物进行局部蜡染;
2)薯莨磨粉,将粉料与水按照质量比为1:5配制一级薯莨染料,过滤后得粉料滤渣,将粉料滤渣与水按照质量比为1:1配制二级薯莨染料,并在二级薯莨染料中添加占二级薯莨染料总质量的1~2%的褪蜡软化剂,经溶解混合均匀后备用;
3)用一级薯莨染料对经步骤1)蜡染处理后的真丝织物进行多次浸染,每次浸染时间为2~5min,每次浸染后均进行烘干处理,后在经多次浸染的真丝织物表面涂覆泥浆,静置20min;
4)清洗去除步骤3)中真丝织物上的泥浆,烘干后用二级薯莨染料浸染20min,清水洗涤,得莨绸成品。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,步骤2)所述的褪蜡软化剂由有机硅类柔软剂和食盐复配而成。具体地,本发明中所述有机硅类柔软剂和食盐的添加量按质量比为5:1,其赋予了二级薯莨染料褪蜡和软化的功能,在二次染色过程中同时进行褪蜡和软化,大大缩短了莨绸染色的耗时,提高了生产效率。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,步骤2)所述溶解混合均匀过程中的溶解温度为45~60℃。该温度可保证二级薯莨染料具有良好的稳定性同时有利于所述褪蜡软化剂的分散。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,步骤3)所述的浸染次数为2~5次。具体地,浸染次数根据所需染色程度而定。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,步骤4)所述的泥浆为含有硫酸亚铁的泥浆。具体地,硫酸亚铁中的铁离子与薯莨染料中的单宁酸发生氧化还原反应而能快速有效地在真丝织物表面形成一层黑色沉淀物。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将蜡染与莨绸染色工艺相结合并调整相关的工艺参数,同时通过在二级莨绸染料中添加褪蜡软化剂,使得二次染色过程中同步进行褪蜡,大大缩短了染色工艺的耗时,且保证可染制得具有蜡染图案的莨绸成品。

3)用一级薯莨染料对经步骤1)蜡染处理后的真丝织物进行多次浸染,每次浸染时间为2~5min,每次浸染后均进行烘干处理,后在经多次浸染的真丝织物表面涂覆泥浆,静置20min;
