Abstract

本发明公开了一种印刷机废气回收净化方法,装置包括吸气装置、热处理装置、冷却装置和沉淀池,加热外筒内由下至上依次设置有预加热丝网、大颗粒吸附层和多孔层,多孔层上堆积有若干薄壁金属球,多孔层上方设置有高温加热器,冷却外壳内顶部设置有雾化器,冷却外壳内设置有一排冷凝板,沉淀池位于冷却外壳的下方。与现有技术相比,本发明的一种印刷机废气回收净化系统,吸气装置将印刷机废气吸入加热外筒,经过预热、过滤和高温充分燃烧,然后进入冷却外壳,高温的气体接触水雾进行湿润,最后带有湿气的气体遇到低温的冷凝板,液化成水滴入沉淀池,水滴在沉淀池中固液分离,整个系统对废气的处理更加充分,更加彻底,也更加环保。

一种印刷机废气回收净化方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷机废气回收净化方法,属于环保印刷方法技术领域。
背景技术
印刷机工作过程中,会排放较多的废气,废气扩散到生产车间中会导致工作环境恶劣、影响空气质量,严重影响到车间工人的身体健康。目前很多的车间会安装排风扇,能够将车间内产生的废气快速排放出来,这种方式在一定程度上排除了车间内的废气,但是一方面废气的排放不彻底,另一方面废气直接排放会污染环境。为了避免印刷机工作过程中产生的废气污染车间空气,现在很多的印刷机上封闭安装了排气罩,将废气通过排气罩排到车间外。
如中国专利公告号 CN200977524Y,公开了一种印刷机集气罩,包括集气罩体和风机,集气罩体由一喇叭罩和一长方形壳体所构成的封闭式箱体组成,喇叭罩在长方形壳体的上方,喇叭罩的上部设有风机。印刷机废气通过集气罩直接排出室外,能够避免废气污染车间环境,但是直接排放到室外的废气会污染环境。
又如专利号为201520464890.1的一种印刷机全封闭废气回收装置,旨在解决印刷机排放的废气不仅污染车间空气影响工人身体健康,而且废气直接排放到室外污染环境的不足。该发明包括集气罩、喷淋塔、光电废气处理器、排气烟囱,排气罩封闭连接在印刷机上端,喷淋塔下端连接进气管道,集气罩上端通过管道与进气管道连通,喷淋塔上端连接有连接管道,连接管道与光电废气处理器连通,光电废气处理器和排气烟囱之间连接出气管道,进气管道上安装有抽风机,喷淋塔内靠近上端位置安装有水雾喷淋机构;该废气回收装置并不能充分处理掉废气中的全部油墨颗粒,依然会在排放的气体中残留对环境有害的物质。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种印刷机废气回收净化方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种印刷机废气回收净化方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1:将吸气装置将打印机产生的废气吸入,进入加热外筒;步骤2:废气经过预加热丝网提高有毒物质的活性以及漂浮颗粒的温度;步骤3:废气经过大颗粒吸附层,吸附部分有毒物质和大颗粒的漂浮颗粒;步骤4:废气通过多孔层分流进入堆积的薄壁金属球,高温加热器加热堆积的薄壁金属球,高温的薄壁金属球对废气中有毒物质和小颗粒漂浮颗粒进行燃烧;步骤5:经过燃烧的高温废气进入冷却外壳,与雾化器喷出的水雾充分接触混合;步骤6:湿润的高温废气经过冷凝板液化成水滴落入沉淀池进行沉淀分层。
作为进一步的优选方案,步骤2中,所述预加热丝网的预加热温度范围为50°-200°。
作为进一步的优选方案,步骤4中,所述高温加热器对薄壁金属球的加热温度范围为400°-600°。
作为进一步的优选方案,步骤6中,所述冷凝板的温度为-30°-0°。
作为进一步的优选方案,所述薄壁金属球的球体直径为1cm-2cm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种印刷机废气回收净化系统,吸气装置将印刷机废气吸入加热外筒,经过预热、过滤和高温充分燃烧,然后进入冷却外壳,高温的气体接触水雾进行湿润,最后带有湿气的气体遇到低温的冷凝板,液化成水滴入沉淀池,水滴在沉淀池中固液分离,整个系统对废气的处理更加充分,更加彻底,也更加环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选技术方案。
如图1所示,本发明的一种印刷机废气回收净化系统,包括吸气装置1、热处理装置、冷却装置和沉淀池2,废气的走向为吸气装置1-热处理装置-冷却装置-沉淀池2,吸气装置1覆盖在印刷机的上方,基本可以吸收全部废气,热处理装置对废气进行加热处理,分解其中的可燃颗粒和有毒气体,冷却装置将废气中无法燃烧的颗粒物或燃烧产生的物质溶于水中,也对高温气体进行降温排放,沉淀池2对固体颗粒和有害物质进行沉淀分离,分层处理;
所述热处理装置位于吸气装置1上方,吸气装置1与热处理装置之间管道连接,所述热处理装置包括加热外筒3,所述加热外筒3内由下至上依次设置有预加热丝网4、大颗粒吸附层5和多孔层6,预加热丝网4对废气进行预加热,提高废气中物质的活性,大颗粒吸附层5可过滤掉废气中的某些有毒物质,所述多孔层6上堆积有若干薄壁金属球7,多孔层6上方设置有对薄壁金属球7高温加热的高温加热器8,过滤后的废气在经过高温的薄壁金属球7,废气中的有毒物质和可燃颗粒充分燃烧,改变化学性质成为较为稳定的成分;
所述冷却装置的靠上部位与热处理装置的靠上部位之间通过管道连接,冷却装置包括冷却外壳9,所述冷却外壳9内顶部设置有雾化器10,冷却外壳9内设置有一排冷凝板11,所述冷却外壳9的底部为漏斗,所述沉淀池2位于漏斗的下方,高温的废气进入冷却外壳9,接触到水雾,对干燥的气体进行湿润,湿润的气体在接触到冷凝板11后,越冷液化,形成水落入沉淀池2。
所述高温加热器8朝向多孔层6的方向设置有若干根导热杆12,所述导热杆12插置于堆积的若干薄壁金属球7中,加速提高薄壁金属球7的温度,保证堆积的薄壁金属球7中任何位置能够达到高温状态。
所述冷凝板10为S形结构,增加了气体在经过冷凝板10时的路径,延长湿润的气体与冷凝板10的接触时间,使湿润的气体能充分液化。
所述沉淀池2上设置有循环管道13,所述循环管道13上具有水泵,循环管道13的一端连通在沉淀池2水面位置,另一端连接雾化器10,循环管道13可以将沉淀池2水面位置的较为干净的水引入雾化器10,供雾化器10使用,节省水分。
所述沉淀池2的底部设置有沉淀物收纳板14,所述沉淀物收纳板14的表面具有用于藏匿沉淀物的缝槽,在缝槽内沉淀物满后,可更换干净的沉淀物收纳板14。
所述沉淀池2中设置有酸碱检测器和盐度检测器。
具体在使用时:
步骤1:将吸气装置1将打印机产生的废气吸入,进入加热外筒3;
步骤2:废气经过预加热丝网4提高有毒物质的活性以及漂浮颗粒的温度;
步骤3:废气经过大颗粒吸附层5,吸附部分有毒物质和大颗粒的漂浮颗粒;
步骤4:废气通过多孔层6分流进入堆积的薄壁金属球7,高温加热器8加热堆积的薄壁金属球7,高温的薄壁金属球7对废气中有毒物质和小颗粒漂浮颗粒进行燃烧;
步骤5:经过燃烧的高温废气进入冷却外壳9,与雾化器10喷出的水雾充分接触混合;
步骤6:湿润的高温废气经过冷凝板11液化成水滴落入沉淀池2进行沉淀分层;
进一步的,步骤2中,所述预加热丝网4的预加热温度范围为50°-200°。
进一步的,步骤4中,所述高温加热器8对薄壁金属球7的加热温度范围为400°-600°。
进一步的,步骤6中,所述冷凝板11的温度为-30°-0°。
进一步的,所述薄壁金属球7的球体直径为1cm-2cm。

1.一种印刷机废气回收净化方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤1:将吸气装置将打印机产生的废气吸入,进入加热外筒;步骤2:废气经过预加热丝网提高有毒物质的活性以及漂浮颗粒的温度;步骤3:废气经过大颗粒吸附层,吸附部分有毒物质和大颗粒的漂浮颗粒;步骤4:废气通过多孔层分流进入堆积的薄壁金属球,高温加热器加热堆积的薄壁金属球,高温的薄壁金属球对废气中有毒物质和小颗粒漂浮颗粒进行燃烧;步骤5:经过燃烧的高温废气进入冷却外壳,与雾化器喷出的水雾充分接触混合;步骤6:湿润的高温废气经过冷凝板液化成水滴落入沉淀池进行沉淀分层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种印刷机废气回收净化方法,其特征在于:步骤2中,所述预加热丝网的预加热温度范围为50°-200°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种印刷机废气回收净化方法,其特征在于:步骤4中,所述高温加热器对薄壁金属球的加热温度范围为400°-600°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种印刷机废气回收净化方法,其特征在于:步骤6中,所述冷凝板的温度为-30°-0°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种印刷机废气回收净化方法,其特征在于:所述薄壁金属球的球体直径为1cm-2cm。
